Amazing workout! Results driven with no fluff. Get in and get it done is her motto and thats what we do. Fast and effective. Jeri knows fitness, nutrition and how to make the two work for each persons goals.Hands down the best workout in Charlotte.

If you want a perfect personalized workout from a top notch trainer then Jeri is for you! No matter whether its weight loss, overall fitness, or toning, shes your girl. Even if you are someone like me who is on a tight schedule and not much motivation for working out ! There are one on one sessions and group sessions up to 6 people. But beware, even in the group sessions Jeri has a VERY close eye on your form and knows exactly what YOU personally need to work on (sometimes too much LOL). She truly has passion for what she does and is committed to not only giving you a great workout program but also your overall health and fitness (please drink your water :). She is the best trainer I have ever worked with and the results are actually extremely fast.

I have been working out with Jeri for 2 weeks now. She promised I would see results in 2 weeks. And I HAVE!!! She’s the BEST of the BEST. If you want an intense full body workout in 30 mins and feel it in every muscle, this is the place. Results are guaranteed as long as you show up and put in the work

This is the perfect workout for those short on time wanting more than just a weight loss benefit. I sit at my desk 8 + hours a day doing computer work and coaching calls, often losing track of time & not realizing how long I have been sitting. I have a herniation with free floating fragments so all the sitting is not good. I had to find something to help me build my core without injuring my back.Enter the POWER PLATE and Fitness by Jeri. Ill admit that like many people, I would rather do most anything than workout, but its because no matter how much I worked out, I never seemed to make any progress. I joined gyms, I tried exercise classes, etc., but I struggled to find a workout program where I could see actual results.About three years ago, I found Jeris accelerated PowerPlate training program, and Ive been AMAZED with the results! Her program is a quick and intense, comprehensive workout of multiple muscle groups, all amped up by the PowerPlate. Not only have I lost weight, but Ive developed real muscle definition. In 6 weeks, I was more flexible and even lost 5 pounds. Abs, hamstrings, hip flexor and neck. Cured frequent hamstring and calf muscle pulls running in softball games. Stretched out tight hip flexors which no longer cramp! I highly recommend this class. Jeri Bullock improved my quality of life!

Absorb all her advice and institute it into your daily routine and you will be in best shape of your life! Love working out on the Power Plate which has helped me with my RA in strengthen my wrist joints with the vibration. You will be challenged and see results quickly!
