Ive been coming to this Zales for years, as a matter of fact they know me by name! Their service is impeccable. Always friendly, always helpful, always reminding me of current sales and up-and-coming sales. They have a customer for life with me. I absolutely love my Jeweler ladies🥰

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is a short woman with black hair wearing glasses who did very little to help my situation. I notice when they are selling products to you, staff is as sweet as pie but when you present to them with a problem, like in my case you are dismissed and stonewalled as i was today. I was so upset i just walked out of the store. I will go to another Zales store where i am hoping to deal with a friendlier person who actually has knowledge about jewelry. I am having allergic reaction to my engagement ring and this idiotic woman is telling me its due to moisture under my ring. I guess she didnt know i am a nurse practitioner and have knowledge about what an allergic reaction is compared to moisture on my skin. When small bumps and redness along with excessive itching occurs within less than an hour of wearing my ring, this is not moisture. Bottom line i need a new ring and she did very little to help. Being condescending. towards customers is not helping!!! It only upsets them more and leads to negative reviews like this one.

My wife has invested thousands of dollars into products this company offers. Let me start there. Today I came in because she bought me a watch for Father’s Day which came scratched before I even wore it. First, they tried to have me come back because the manager was going to order one. I looked around myself through the store and found an identical piece which was slightly scratched but I agreed to take it anyways. An associate by the name of Kathryn began to assist me, I asked her to talk to me about the product, but she was completely honest and stated she knew very little about the product. I was a little surprised, but I’m ok with looking at videos on YouTube to learn on my own. But I did want them to set the time; so I don’t leave with a timepiece on my wrist that doesn’t state the actual time. So a different employee approaches me and begins to engage me and asked if the manual wasn’t given to me as if that was a question I had for her. But behind her I saw Kathryn going above and beyond and digging on line through the internet; to try to figure out how to set the time. This is what we lack in business now. The ability to place ourselves in the clients shoes and understand them a little. I’m pretty sure Kathryn wouldn’t have liked to be disregarded after she spent hundreds of dollars at a business, she made me a believer that there is still good individuals who understand the essence of customer service. Kathryn I greatly appreciate your time and effort. God bless you and I hope the store you work for learns a little lesson from you today.

I love Zales. I bought my husband and my wedding bands there. There service was friendly and the sales associate was very helpful and never pressured us to buy something we didnt want. And every time I go back in for a cleaning, its a super fast process.

Terrible customer service. Will never return to this location and most likely never to a Zales again after this experience. I purchased a watch from the Plantation location a couple of years ago for my husband. The battery recently died so we decided to take it to our local Zales which happened to be this one in Coral Springs. The manager, Todd, helped my husband which would have been fine.. But when he attempted to open the watch to replace the battery, he scratched the back of the watch which was engraved and also somehow scratched the inside faceplate of the watch. Upon realizing this, my husband immediately told Todd that he was not satisfied. At first Todd was unwilling to do anything on the matter and after many words by my husband, he finally agreed to give us a brand new watch and have it sent out to be engraved. When the new watch came back, the engraving was not the same as our original watch and again we were not satisfied. Now, Todd is unwilling to do anything to make this better. At this point we have been told there is nothing they can do and we simply have to pick up a watch with no engraving and have it re-engraved on our own with our own money if we so choose. So now not only do I have to pay for the battery to be replaced but I have to pay for a watch to be engraved a second time. COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS! How am I responsible for something that the store manager damaged. Not to mention when I called to try to speak to Todd, I was told he was not in and his schedule for the week. When I called the following day when he was supposed to be in, he had already left for the day.

My fiancé and I purchased an engagement ring in November and in the ensuing months I unfortunately developed an allergy to the metal of the ring , apparently Zales is able to not disclose the amount of nickel present in the metal. When I spoke to the associate Ann she was extremely unprofessional and refused to help rectify the situation , even laughing when I asked to speak to her manager who was not available on a Saturday. Her overall interaction with me was one of negativity and rudeness not to mention a lack of helpfulness. The parent company of Zales is also apparently under fire for falsifying their diamonds during replacements so the overall message here is buyer beware !!! Hopefully when I finally get a chance to speak to the manager the situation will be rectified .

I went to Zales last night to pick up a 5th wedding anniversary ring for my wife. I actually brought my wife in with me. Diante (pronounced Dianthe) was extremely helpful and patient with my wife and I. By the end of the night we had a beautiful ring picked out at a very good price. They even allowed us to go check other stores even though it was almost closing time. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and have been there at that Zales location for many years, so they try to achieve high customer service ratings. I fully recommend this Zales store location at Coral Square mall.

I went to pay my account in full. The person in charge gave me the wrong information and now they charging me late fees and the bank says that they are not from zales and I have to pay no matter what.
