My necklace was fixed perfectly, and the owner of the store gave me some very useful advice on how to keep a wedding set I just bought looking new and staying in good shape.Update: I had to go back to get two diamonds replaced on my engagement ring. Jerry was very helpful and have me advice on how to keep it from happening again. He replaced the two diamonds and reshaped my engagement ring. It only took two days. Shout outs to Jerry for an excellent job, and Mariam for stellar customer service. Im happy with the service and the results.

Very nice people! Also, they are quick and do nice work. I took a silver chain to be repaired and it only took about 25 minutes from the time I dropped it off till pickup. Jerry even took time out to explain how he repaired my chain when I asked. I definitely will go here again.

What an amazing location!! I’m so sad I didn’t get the lovely lady’s name who assisted me, but she was truly outstanding. She fixed my necklace within 10 minutes and cleaned it for me as well. It looks stunning, as if it was brand new. I will most definitely be coming back for any of my jewelry needs. Highly recommend!

The customer service was on point. I usually go to the mall to get my watches done but they are not as quick as these guys. The women is friendly and have a beautiful personality. The gentleman is quick and great at what he do! How much more can you ask for? Thanks guys for the quality work.

I went to Walmart with my girlfriend for a few groceries. As we walked in a man was standing in front of a store front named fast fix. I asked him if he could adjust my Eco-driveTitanium dive watchband to fit better on my wrist, he said sure.I left it with him. He spent about 10- 15 minutes on it, it fit perfect. I had worn it about a year loose because I didnt want to make a special trip somewhere just for that, so I was so happy when I found this shop, it was super convenient and only cost $10.00 very cool!

I’m giving my review of this location on my own free will. I have many watches some are fun some are expensive. I have been to many repair company’s. And this one is the by far stands on top. My honest opinion is this company is reliable, honest and trust worthy with the work they do. This location is located inside the Coral Springs Walmart. Now I can get my watch or a broken piece of jewelry repaired by the time I finish shopping. No more going to the shopping center. Job Well Done!

Went there today with my new Tory Burch watch that I just received within that same hour and I knew I had to get the links removed right away because my wrist was small and I wanted to wear it right away. The gentleman there was very kind, great and efficient. He had removed my links off within 10 minutes. Will go back there again for other jewelry needs!

I only needed a few links taken out of my new smart watch. Took him no time at all and the price was very reasonable for exactly what I wanted! Ill be back with more jewelry for sure!

The gentleman who helped diagnose the problem with my watch was wonderful. He was honest enough to tell us that I did not need to buy a new one, because it only needed a battery. We did not know that tge batteries recharged with sun light and motion. Additionally, he offered to clean mine and my spouses wedding rings, which he did not charge us for. He went out of his way to make us happy, and have an enjoyable experience in his store. We will be back!

Professional knowledgeable Excellent work and customer service. While in Copper mountain Colorado in the village I found a beautiful white gold white saphire impulse buy ring that reminded me of the ice on the lake, but my husband stepped on it (by accident after my cat knocked it on the floor), breaking it in half in a horrible looking way I thought was unrepairable. Thinking I would need a new band I was doubtful. My husband took it in and miraculously the gentleman has seen it before and took his time to redo the band saving the ring and replacing some stones. I cant tell the difference that it was ever mangled. Beautiful craftmanship. Always says hello as he see us. Best of all was under a hundred dollars saving the cost of a new band and resettibg the stones. Unfortunately I dont have a before picture of how bad it was.

Immediately as I walked into the store of the Coral square mall, the worker stated “to finish eating what I had in my mouth cause he couldn’t understand me” and just walked off. He didn’t even bother to come back to help me. I was dumbfounded that someone would even say this to a customer. He didn’t greet me hello or welcome me into his store. After I came back to pick up my purchases, I complained to another employee there and NEITHER OF THEM BOTHERED TO APOLOGIZE!!! The person I had an issue with literally shrugged off what I said about him and denied everything. DO NOT GO THERE!!! They didn’t even apologize nor say anything regarding my complaint. Absolutely horrible customer service. I will not be returning whatsoever.

Service was quick. I needed three batteries for watches. One didnt work after the battery was put in. The jeweler immediately took it back, air cleanec the watch and put the battery back in. Worked perfectly.

Stopped at Wal-Mart to get a few things and noticed the fast fix shop on my way out. My next visit I brought my wifes watch and dropped off while I went shopping.
