I went in to get my wedding rings clean, cut keys and to change a watch band. The service was remarkable, the cleaning was exceptional, my rings look like the day we bought them 16 years ago. The size band needed for my watch he didnt have, but he took the time to right down the serial number and case number and told me how to buy one online and offered to change out the pieces from the original band to the new band to match the watch. Exceptional service, he knew his job and there was no pressure to up sell, they just genuinely wanted to help. Thank you so much, we will be return every couple of months to clean and of course when I receive the new band.

The cashier or assistant was very pleasant and helpful. But I wasn’t 100% happy with my result. I needed a small gold chain reattached but after he put it together you can visually see where he did the attachment, it wasn’t discreet much. They don’t keep you waiting long either. Overall, it was ok.

Laughable. $30 for a watch battery with a 1 yr guarantee? Also 1 hour wait. I went to Ninas on McNab and University. Same battery, same guarantee, 10 minutes, $6 including the tax. If I wanted to get robbed Id have gone to the Galleria. What a rip-off!!! Dont even waste your time.

I needed a watch repair shop nearby and found this one in the coral square mall. First time here and I was pleasantly impressed. I needed to get a strap fixed and they were able to do it within the hour. The price was also very reasonable too. And the staff were all so very nice. I’m definitely going to recommend my family and friends to come here next time. I also noticed that they do other things like ring sizing, engraving, and I’m sure a bunch more.

Hi my name is KS. I went in today 1-27-21 @ about 11am to get my beaded necklace repaired at the Coral Square mall. They fixed it and I was extremely happy. Fast forward today is 2/11/21 and my necklace came apart when I was taking it off my neck. Poor workmanship. I wouldnt recommend.

I needed a pin spring for my watch band. They lost the band guard.I then was given a chintzy one. I refused it. They then put a similar one on. All taking awhile.

Angelica (hope I’m spelling it right) was so kind! I found this place off google and decided to give it a try since my dad has been asking me to fix the battery on his watch for awhile now. She told me the price for the battery change upfront and in the event she had to get rid of the water on the face because she could see some humidity. The prices were both reasonable, the wait time was only 45 minutes. Showed up at 45 minutes and the watch was ready to go! She changed the date for me and comped me for the humidity. She was so sweet and so responsive! Thanks again for all the help, my dad will be so happy.
