I Limped my 05 For Explorer up here and had a Transmission scan done! I was TOLD the Great News my Transmission is done! I asked how much? They said How about just come pick up the Truck! God Bless them! Im already in a bad situation and that was a Very Solid Gesture in a time of Distress! Firestone wanted to charge me 100$ to hook a scanner up. So I really appreciate you Guys there. And will send business your way!3-17-21Update***** I decided to have my transmission rebuilt! These guys are a group of solid guys just doing work! It may not be a corporate kinda place. But, this is my kind of place!! The personable kinda guys you can call or text about your work being done!! I saved allot of money (400-1000$) vs having my transmission built by a big box store chain type transmission place. So Once again, Appreciate you guys! Great Honest and hardworking team. Sang, the owner is a great guy. I took my 2013 manual Honda Accord sport in to check on why my front wheels were making a squeaking sound and why my Ebrakes werent working. It turned out my ebrakes were just stuck and needed to be released and my front driver side brake was rubbing the rotor and needed re-adjustment. I ended up giving him just $50 for his time fixing it. He couldve lied like a ton of other mechanics out there and charged me well over $500 but he didnt. Very very honest shop here and my future repairs will be going to Apex auto. Thanks again Sang and your team at Apex auto!

I had my breaks and rotors done, front and back. Mr Sang called me at 3pm to let me know my car was ready for pickup, but i over slept the call and his shop was closed. i sent him a text and he called me back offering to deliver the car to my house since it was so close because i had to work tonight. this shop and Owner have earned a customer for life.Thank you Mr Sang for being the best!

Mr. Sang and his staff are great, I am definitely going to be using them in the future b/c it is SO rare to find an honest, genuinely caring, hard working individual & staff. Read the good reviews, needed my car towed and repaired. Called the towing hotline and the guy obviously was messing around with me... Said I needed care towing service, he kept repeating what I was saying in an obviously fake Boston accent. Extremely unfortunate, lost what would have been a lot of business from me.
