Id give them a poor rating, but the thing is they never gave me a chance. Was greeeted by a woman who asked me if insurance was gonna be used, proceeded to refuse an estimate because i had already gotten one from another local shop. This for a repair near the deductible that likely wont result in claim work.Their customer service ensures ill be sure to look elsewhere in the future needs for bodywork as well.

I would give this establishment a 5, but because 5s are perfect, that is a impossibility . So I give all that I like a 4. knowing that nobody is perfect.

We highly recommend Coon Rapids Collision. Our vehicle was repaired in two days. Pete made things so easy on us, as we dropped our minivan on Tuesday right around three, and a nice car rental was ready for us. Their service was quite effective, and we were surprised that our minivan was already fixed and ready to pick up on Thursday morning. We picked up our minivan on Thursday evening, and it was nice and shiny like new.If you are looking for a great and fast fixing of your vehicle, Coon Rapids Collision is the answer. They will exceed your expectations. They accept all insurance companies, in our case was the USAA. Prices are just right. Called them and left a message with my phone number to call me back to check for an estimate on my car. And they never called me back to follow up at all. Not good business at all I dont think. SMDH. Wow I feel like im broke or something and they dont want my business. But im definitely not!!!!

This is one of the few shops I have came across where the customer service is above and beyond for everything! They actually put the customer first! I extremely recommend this shop. I hit a deer with my vehicle, took it there, they had for 3 weeks, and when I got it back, it was absolutely perfect! Runs better now then before I hit the deer. I highly recommend them!

Every once in a while, you run across a business that genuinely cares about its costumers. This holds true for Coon Rapids Collision & I couldnt be more satisfied!Over a year ago, my girlfriend was run off the road by another vehicle. Not only did the folks at Coon Rapids Collision repair her car to as good as new, but they also convinced the insurance company to cover new tie rods, which were suggested by the adjuster to be POSSIBLY damaged before the accident. Of course, this was just the insurance companys way of trying to weasel out of additional expenses, but Coon Rapids Collision was having none of it.Just recently, I regrettably sideswiped my girlfriends new car in the driveway. Luckily for me, I knew exactly where to take it. Coon Rapids Collision was able to buff out the scratches, leaving behind only damages to my dignity and driving reputation. Instead of insisting on a major paint repair, they offered me the most affordable solution possible. This place will give you fair, honest service at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend CRC to anybody needing body work! I think Ill have them work on my own bumper now that Im out of the doghouse...

We were in a dire situation with our back quarter pannel It was rubbing on the back tire to the point that if we drove it anymore the tire would have been blown.We explained the situation over the phone and as soon as we got there we were helped immediately by Eric. He popped out what we asked him to plus more than what was asked. He was very friendly and very helpful.Thank you Eric!!

I brought my 2015 Chrysler 300 in to Pete to get an estimate for an insurance claim estimate due to some damage done to my car. Pete was fabulous from the moment I walked in there. He was honest and told me that he thought that the dent could be pulled out easily and then buffed up so he didnt think the insurance company would need to pay anything. This was great news. Brought it in today and wow not only did he remove the dent caused by another driver, but he removed 2 others at no charge. I will be bringing all of my auto body repairs as needed to them. Amazing experience with amazing people. Thank you Pete and staff. You are truly awesome and will come highly recommended.

I never want to use Coon Rapids Collision again because I never ever want another car accident! But there is no other place I would take my vehicles to, seriously. We dealt with Pete throughout the process of getting our vehicle repaired and he is a man of integrity. He told me he would make sure that everything that needed to be repaired would be and he would make sure that the insurance adjuster gave us the correct and fair amount. He lent me a beautiful new Honda Accord with less than 5000 miles on it for the week -- at no charge!! Who does that? Pete was a good communicator and kept us in the loop. Before I came to pick up my vehicle he took it for a quick drive to make sure it was good. I highly recommend Coon Rapids Collision to anyone.

I just got my car back yesterday from this place. They fixed my bumper and replaced it because it was scratched. The color looks lovely and works looks good. My bf told me that they saw how my license frame was broken and offered to order me one and put it on my car for free. So sweet of them

I really wanted to give a good review, and I went out of my way to pick a local shop. The repair was fine no issue. When putting my car back together they didnt tighten my drivers side door bolt all the way causing a sound like my window was cracked! I have video of my husband looking into why it was making that sound and it shows the bolt that connects your door to your frame was loose! On top of that I had clear coat over spray all over my drivers side window when I picked it up, they half scraped it off at pick up but found more later on. I do NOT recomend taking your car here.

Once again had a super positive experience with Coon Rapids Collision. These guys do the job right and have it done when they say they will at the price they say it is going to be. They have fixed multiple vehicles for us over the last few years and they will always be my first choice. Theyve arranged for rentals to be available at their shop, theyve worked with us to get used parts (a door for a 2000 Subaru which saved us a bunch) and theyve even driven me home after I dropped off a vehicle and was planning on walking home. I feel like they are an honest shop that treats you fairly and actually appreciates your business.

Had to have my car repaired after the rear quarter slid into a guard rail. Paint was scuffed up down to the body and had some dents. After repairs no one would even notice there was ever any damage. Prices were more than reasonable and I would definitely go there again and suggest it to friends.

The guys at Coon Rapids Collision do great work. Ive brought 2 vehicles to them (one of them twice) and had the repairs done in a timely manner and at a fair price. I have referred family to them and they have had the same exprience. I will definitely use them again for my auto body repairs.

The car looked great and the price was $100 less than the other guy!

I had some paint damage on my Jeep in three separate areas. I got a quote from another body shop where they said they were going to have to paint the entire body part where the damage was located for each of the three small damaged spots. But Eric at Coon Rapids Collision gave me a quote for much less. They were able to blend the new paint with the existing paint so they didnt have to paint the entire body part for each damaged spot. They completed the job for about half the cost of what I was quoted elsewhere, and it looks great!
