I love having my car insurance through them but it can be a little expensive. That being said I HAVE looked at other insurance companies and they are even more expensive. I’m in good hands with Allstate.

Dave helped so much with switching my auto over to Allstate and bundling my renters insurance with it. He worked hard on the whole thing, which I appreciated so much!!!

They were very welcoming. And there was no pressure on making me get the insurance. Overall it was a great experience and I will continue to carry on my insurance with them.

After shopping around at a couple of different insurance agents and companies and having a negative experience with Progressive, we went with Dave due to the customer service. Some of the other agents I spoke with were distant, did not return phone calls, and appeared bothered by questions. None of this with Dave and Allstate. Sent me quotes online, was able to be reached via phone for explanation, and then had time for me to come in person and finalize everything. It was a great experience and I now feel as if we are really set with the insurance that we purchased.

Started a claim on my truck that I have that was involved in a intentional accident as well as stolen from my property so when o go to file the claim I find out that they never added coverage so anyone looking for insurance coverage and you want Allstate look for someone that’s gonna have you in you good hands clearly this agency doesn’t

Ive been with Allstate for 20+ years now. Ive been with Dave Curtis since 2014 I believe. Whenever Ive had a claim or a question in general his entire team has been very helpful. I highly recommend this office. I truly feel like Im in Good Hands.

If you’re looking to switch, just do it! Our rate was much cheaper while keeping the same coverage. Amie is a complete GEM with awesome customer service skills. She genuinely enjoys her job and it shows. I should have made the switch sooner! 😀

I specifically advised them I would be traveling and needed to pay my insurance bill in full, up front, directly out of my bank account. Which happened just like that. Then the policy was canceled and the money was refunded. Then the price went up and I advised Hailey I would shop around. Unbeknownst to me, Hailey started a new policy and sent the bill the an address wasnt at, and called a phone number that I wasnt at. Because I was traveling, just like I said. Now I have a credit collection on my credit report and an overly argumentative insurance rep. What an absolute bunch of administrative screw-ups. I do not recommend doing business with this office.

Insurance rates and level of insurance is competitive. But...Allstate has a program called DriveWise, supposedly you can save more money for safe driving habits. However, the system is plagued with bugs. The app records erroneous data-- it reports that Im using my phone while driving, and Im not.

Jill is AMAZING! I originally called in last year on a Friday around 4:45p right before I was about to head home for Christmas (Yes, I was that customer...). I was in a time crunch after another provider failed to help me out. Instead of making me feel like a total jerk, Jill laughed and reassured me that it was no problem and that she was more than happy to help! Still to this day, she is a joy to work with. I would recommend Dave Curtis and his team to anyone! They are quick to respond when I have any questions and always reach out when Im eligible for discounts. Give them a call! You wont be disappointed.
