Been with American Family for almost 30 years. We have no complaints. Professional and friendly. Now, I procrastinated on fixing my small truck dent for months. My bad, no one at AMFAM has insinuated I was a fraud, which I for some reason, think people in the industry would think since I waited so long to decide to repair it. All good so far. Go to any other agent. She is very rude. Her team is great but she has a terrible attitude with you if you get in an accident.Update: on your comment the reason behind the negative reviews is this A dissatisfied customer will tell between 9-15 people about their experience.
