Not only did this family insurance make sure I had an amazing quote and a reliable policy, they went above and beyond during my time there. I felt like I was living the dream. They gave me some delicious steaming hot coffee, a plush pillow, and situated me in a cotton cushioned seat. I swear some other customers may not know manners, but either way they treat everyone with patience and respect. I will be bringing all of my friends and families Here!!!

The quality of this place since Muntaha and Cynthia took ownership has gone down the drain. Expect to be on the phone for an hour because they dont have any idea how to make a quote with multiple vehicles. I was on this insurance with my parents, and I wanted to see how much it would be for moving out with my own house, car, and fiancé. Not only did it take multiple phone calls to get an ACCURATE quote, (which was not competitive compared to the other places we researched by the way) she added my fiancé onto our insurance cards AND a refund check for my mom when we switched companies. My fiancé should not have been added to her policy whatsoever because my mother did not approve this. Watch your policies closely, or go to a different branch of AmFam.
