Ive been paying this agent for years for home and auto insurance and never processed any claims. I canceled my policies on January 11th, 2021with Davids agency. On January 12, 2021 Davids agency pulled my annual home insurance money from our escrow account when is was not scheduled to be pulled until the 22nd- it shouldnt have been pulled at all because I canceled. Thank you for only proving I made the right choice by leaving your agency. I look forward to the refund of my $1289.43.Oh- and whoever the lady is that answers the phone today was SO rude and unprofessional. Wouldnt answer simple, direct questions and said she couldnt pull ANY of my information because is was canceled- yet knew I had two vehicles insured with them.

I have been with State Farm for over 20 years and with David Doyea for over 12 years. I have had multiple claims and State Farm has always been great to work with. With my job, I work with a lot of auto insurance companies and State Farm by far pays better on medical claims than any other insurance company. Many other companies will cut you off of your medical benefits before you are better. Make sure you have State Farm!David Doyea is a great agent, very knowledgeable, and makes sure I am taken care of. His staff is easy to work with, and they are always happy to answer any questions. David and his team are great! When we met with David to go over our coverage he explained the different coverages we should get and why. It wasnt a painful experience that we have had with prior insurance agents and was very informative. As a result we have several policies with David Doyea State Farm.Today, I had to file a claim for my husband who was a passenger in a vehicle accident this prior weekend. One of the first questions from Trish was if he was OK. It is nice to see they genuinely care about their clients first and getting the claim figured out second.

Absolutely love everyone in this office. Its very rare to be able to have a conversation about anything after they help with what you needed. They are never in a rush to get off the phone. I was told well check and see what we can do for you.I received my new quote from David and its around $50 - $60 less then i was paying. I’ve had State Farm insurance for over 20 years. My initial policies were with Ron Runk who was outstanding! When Ron retired, my policies were picked up by David Doyea. Since then it’s been 180 degree turn for the worst. David and his team increased my rates, provided lower quality service, and made me jump through hoops to file claims. I became so frustrated with David’s high rates and plainly rude service, I switched my policies to another provider. I now have similar, friendly and responsive service as I did prior to working with David and my rates are nearly half the price. If you want State Farm coverage, I’m guessing you’ll be happier with someone, anyone other than David Doyea.

I cant say enough about the great customer service and consultative approach by David and his team. From auto, home, atv to life, umbrella and auto financing, I deeply trust Davids team with managing my very important insurance and financial needs with the best combination of price and coverage.

We filed a claim for a broken back window soon after taking out a policy with this agency. Several cars in our neighborhood were vandalized. Lots of trouble getting a claim started as State Farm said that we were so new. That issue was resolved. After 18 months we decided to change to a different insurer. We followed all of the instructions from David Doyeas agency for cancelling the policy. Two months later we get a bill from them. They had forgotten to cancel our policy. We were supposed to get some of our money back from our cancelled policy but they werent that interested in getting a refund to us. Eventually, after a few calls to unfriendly office staff we eventually got half of what we were supposed to get. They made it clear that we wont be getting the rest of it. No decent reasons were given. They just didnt want to refund to us what we were entitled to. Sad.So, theyre probably OK if you dont ever cancel your policy. If you do decide to cancel, be prepared for very unprofessional stonewalling and a total lack of integrity. When we cancelled our policy, we immediately got a call from David. He wanted to tell us that we were always welcome to come back. After what we went through, we certainly wont be going back.
