Ladies at the front desk are very rude and not professional. I walked in and said Goodmorning, no one greeted me back. They were going back and forth about if their iPhone headphones were working instead of giving me their full attention and helping me out as they should be doing.

Horrible communication skills. The manager is the only one that cares. Seriously take the Google reviews into consideration before applying here! Employees don’t even know the procedures + they hang up on you...

When I walked in I was VERY POLITE , and I said hello I would like to fill out an application for whatever positions y’all have available. She said (in a rude tone) I only have warehouse positions, and then said like packing.? Because I have packing experience. She said I’m yea like packing. I started to fill out the application and she was so busy on the phone with her friend that she couldn’t even answer my questions. So I then put the clipboard back, and I proceeded to walk out, then she said you have to leave the application here (rudely) so I handed it to her and said the application is incomplete and walked out. I’m going to contact whoever their HR is cause she is VERY RUDE and has a NASTY ATTITUDE. Long story short even IF your in dyer need of a job (like I was) don’t go to RESOURCE. It’s a terrible place. And I WILL be contacting to BBB.

My last 2 interactions with this staff, I feel that they were curtious and helpful. I do not have anything bad to say at this point. First impression is a lasting impression...

The lady who is suppose to be the face of the company as their receptionist is very rude and disrespectful. She doesnt speak to people walking in the door. When you are at her desk, she doesnt look up to acknowledge your presence. She has a very nasty stank attitude. This has been my experience for the third time walking into that office location. She needs to be removed from the from desk and trained properly on customer service. She is also very rude and nasty on the phone. Spoke to Eddie at the location about this issue and plan to call to Florida to the corporate office about her.

My experience with this place was fast and efficient to get a job which was okay, but yesterday having to travel back across town trying to get through traffic after being told to meet up with the person to get my badge at the Covington Pactiv (I wasn’t told a specific time to meet) I walked in the Pactiv office around 12 something after the orientation was over at 11:30 AM or 11:50 AM, I was supposedly told I was “late” after seeing everybody else leave getting their badge, and me walking in right after. First off, there was no communication about a specific time for me to come like I said, two it’s very unprofessional, petty, and rude to try to come at someone wrong and despise them with this dumb narrative of “lateness” because I am never late to anything, some lady at the pactiv office who does the pictures for the badges was very rude, irate. She acted like she had something to do, and acted like she wasn’t going to take my picture for my badge. Is this how y’all treat upcoming employees trying to get a job? If so the miscommunications, presenting dumb narratives of “lateness”, unprofessionalism, and bad attitudes can get reported. I came too far to try to find a better opportunity and to nitpick at me over a specific time for me to show up that was never communicated with me was very stupid.

Do not apply here. They should pay you more money for the type of work that youre doing.

Over look the lady at the front desk... She dosnt have a attitude.. Thats just how she acts... And yes a couple times there checks has been late.. But that happens sometimes. Not their fault if something messes up. But overall i would recommend this company any day.. Yes its a fast past enviorment. And yes its 12 hrs shifts. So this is not meant for everybody!! He usually brings the checks to his ppl on friday..they have 10 stars from me..!!!

I recommend, if a temp service is necessary, to look further. At least for a better service.1st problem was they only offered you to work at ONE place: Pactiv. A factory that makes plastics. You work temp-to-hire, work 12-hour shifts during the day (at first) packing plastics into boxes. At $9.00 an hour, and its all you can get, its not a terrible deal. But maybe a temp service should have more than one company to select from. Maybe to utilize other skills you have. If you have a background in, say programming, what are they going to offer you? Packing boxes at Pactiv.2nd problem, if you start in a day shift, eventually you MUST work overnight. Now, if youre like me and cant stand working overnights, what options do you have? They say Then you cant work for Pactiv. So, you can end up working for the company for 6-12 months, decline overnights and they get rid of you.3rd problem, related to problem #2, there is a clear division of who is working days and who is working nights. All Blacks work overnights by an overwhelming majority. Majority of Hispanics, during the day. Some Asians but, guess what? The only white people working at Pactiv are executives. During my time there, for about 6 months, zero white packers. All executives. All the packers are Black, Asian and Hispanics. So Trumps America is a little assbackwards. No one is taking anyones job. They just dont want the low paying jobs.Better positions and working during the day are deadlocked, too. Its almost impossible to go days unless you know somebody.4th problem, Resource doesnt do direct deposit. They force you to come up to the Conyers office, Fridays to pick up your check. After 11:30am.While one shining light on this service is the weekly paycheck, heres the problem with no direct deposit:A) For a few weeks straight, they had issues with checks being printed. At two separate times, all employees had to come up to the job after 5PM to wait for them to print a check from a damn desktop printer.B) You have to come up to the job and collect a damn paper check. Then drive to deposit or cash it elsewhere. They forgot this was the 21st century.The times they delayed giving out paychecks, which many of us live and die by, underscored my drive to leave this madness. In the end, I got a better job that paid more, recently promoted to a manager, full-time during the day. You see, even if you became permanent at Pactiv, you can only go so far in that company. You got people there working as a packer for 20-25-30 years! Doing the same thing.Many of them were hold overs from the previous owners of the company. They all swear by the benefits, though. In my opinion, they are just settled and capped out on how much more they can make. Youre doing the same thing for the rest of your life with a solid paycheck, why go elsewhere? Though I dont know how much these people are making as permanent Pactiv packers, I can only imagine its the pay rate of a long-term postal worker that sorts mail. Somewhere around the $18-$20 an hour possibly. Being a life-long employee isnt for everyone and I consider that a death sentence especially with this back-breaking work (lifting, pushing, packing, extreme heat, very VERY loud noise (it is a factory)).Your options are to be a packer, operator and team lead. Any other supervisor positions above that are deadlocked. Unless you want to wait 40-50 years for them to give them up, good luck.If you plan to go to Resource as part of your employment strategy, use them like they will use you: get the job, plan an exit strategy. Give them a month or two, find something better then say goodbye. They will not offer you anything to entice you to stay except maybe $14.00-$16.00 an hour to work overnight and its not worth it if you are educated, determined and know you are worth more. In the end, I found something better and got paid $16.00 with less stress daytime. You can, too.

This is NOT a agency. They rob you of overtime hours, rob you in pay regurlarly. Marisol will call you a half hour beforebtime for you to clock in to tell you not to come in. After you have waisted your whole day resting preparing to work a night shift 7pm to 7am. I worked over 30 hours overtime and received 9 on my pay. This company truely is the worst I have ever experienced. It gets NO worst! Horrible. I would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Ugh dont like this place!! i call to tell them i was not going to make it they told me it was okay gave me other day go did all the paper work was there for 3 hours. the they call me telling me not to come back in. what bullsh** is that. you should of told me this from the start. Worst place.

Terrible, unprofessional and they should be ashamed of them selves. People are there to find work not be jerked around for three weeks . They are incompaident, the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. Kayla sent me to a job with only an hour notice and to a location that was different from were i was told id be assigned to. But i made it there. At11:01 the company gates were locked up. I called kayla an her very unprofessional, rude ass first said why are you late . I was not late plus the worker who was to meet me at the gate was up the stree taking a CP lunch break instead of being there to let me in. I left and would urge anybody needing work through a temp service stay away from this one unless you have no bussiness about yourself and like being treated like poor trash. Kayla and Perry both need to learns some MANNERS. We are human and they both made stupid mistakesBAD bussiness practices

I sent someone and was told the moment they walked in the woman rolled her eyes at him. How unprofessional and rude. Apparently they think because they have a pathetic excuse for employment they have the right to look down on people and treat them like dirt. Hours are not clear and the staff is not customer friendly. Embarrassed to have referred someone and to have an establishment like this on my community.
