We have been using Randstad in Conyers for a little over a year now and have always had an excellent relationship. No doubt we all struggle a bit to find that perfect fit, that individual that will not only shine during the interview but also in their performance, and Randstad is NO different, they try to weed out the ones who do and dont want to work the best they can and do a pretty good job of it.The quality of communication and willingness to make changes and adjust is outstanding.

The Ladies are super nice. Theyre always trying to find me employment that fits me. Theyre always keeping in touch with me. I just love them. They make any employee feel as comfortable as possible. The job descriptions no where near matched job I was sent to. During a temporary layoff randstadd said they’d place me till call back- they wouldn’t even return my calls. Another location said if I missed a day I could never come back-I had a prior appointment and they have not let me have another job since- ridiculous;we all have a life and need a job. I’m sure they’ve had reasons to miss a day. They still working .

Through my interactions, Mrs. Jennifer Thompson made locating a position that matched my background credentials relatively painless. She could not have been more thorough and helpful in walking me through the job searching process. Her attention-to-detail and helpful demeanor have secured my recommendation to anyone that is actively searching for work.

Ms Mary is a wonderful supervisor to work for, she’s very helpful in finding assignments for the employees and she’s firm but fair when it comes to working for Randstad. I enjoy working for a company whose dedication to its employees to have a great experience in seeking employment and working for great companies and Ms Mary is a great asset to have on the team.

Since I have worked with Randstad at other locations in the country I naturally went to the Conyers location when I moved back to GA. The staff was very nice and quick to help. Jennifer was awesome and very understanding. Randstad has been good to me and I will continue to be loyal to them. I would also agree with previous comments that some improvements are necessary!

Mary was sooo rude to me and I drove to the location because nobody was answering the phone and still didn’t get no help worst branch...seem like she doesn’t even like her job. Plus when I was in the office the phones were ringing and nobody was even trying to answer the phone which I don’t understand... they need to do better ASAP

Hello Everyone! I’m updating a review that I left a few weeks ago. Initially, I had an unsatisfactory complaint due to a breakdown in communication between myself and one of the staffing reps. My review was responded to immediately by the owner of the company. The following week I received a call from Jennifer whom had another job opportunity for me. It was an upgrade from my first assignment (better hours, higher pay). I’ve been at my new assignment for around 2 weeks now and have already received a raise. Also, I had an issue that I contacted Jennifer about recently and she was very patient and helpful. She also has given me feedback from my employer. Everything has been great since! I would like to say thanks to Randstad and Jennifer!

I recently visited Randstad to gather information on the types of positions they staff. I must say, my experience was nothing short of pristine. I have worked with Randstad for over 2 years out of the Stockbridge office. I was recently contacted for a position with the conyers office. I was just told that they were to busy to take my call about a background coming back. She literally said to me We have a house full of veterans and honestly mam Im just to busy to take the time out to look. Understanding that you are busy but were still customers as well. A simple Mam could I have your phone number to get in contact with you, our team is working with our Veterans as as schedule job fair. I will try my best to get back with you by the end of business, no later than the following business day. I wished I wouldve gotten her name working in HR myself I know for a fact that is NOT how you handle a client. I cant imagine what they are like with their current employees.

Mary Blount needs to self evaluate her customer service skills . She is very rude and talks to you as if your beneath her. I did not enjoy my experience with her and as a result I’m going to the Stockbridge location to see if I will have a better experience . Jennifer is very sweet though

In the beginning it was fine,until they put a new payroll system in. They lied about when I was going to get paid,also when you tell them something is wrong with The company you work for,they do nothing. The personal in that location are horrible. They have attitude,unorganized, etc. I could go on about this branch. They jeopardize people interested in working for them.Im still waiting on my separtion letter.Looking back on it now. I wish I never worked for them. Rate =0

I regret working with them. I worked a job for a week and I’m between the week I worked, I revealed I’m 6 months pregnant. They waited until the day of a new work week to tell me not to return. It’s due to my performance. They haven’t tried to find anything for me since nor reach out regarding the issue. I feel I am being discriminated against.

Dont work here they only treat you nice and care about you as long as your doing what they want. The 2nd you have an issue or complaint they get attitudes or ignore you. They lie on assignment descriptions. DONT WORK 4 RANDSTAD theres a reason why they only have 2.5 stars and I have been with this company on and off for 8 yrs BEEN NOTHING BUT ISSUES since I moved to GA . Randstad needs to take notes from DC/MD offices because Ga sucks.

My experience with Ranstad has always been great! This is the only temp service with good clients thats pay well! Other temp services only paying 11 to $12 an hour, this temp service has managed to place me at good companys, making good money! $17 & $18 an hour! They staff is polite, courtesy, and make an effort to find the clients and their employees what they are looking for. Cudos to you Tesha & the Conyers Ranstad team!

I have reached out to this office for work on numerous occasions all I get is that they dont want to be bothered which makes no sense to me I have took a drug test went on several interviews for a job that didnt hire me but I still call for work Im a certified forklift operator with 15 years of experience and conyers office is located where I stay I just wish they where more understanding of a person feelings when you call for work and there screening calls

Felt a review was in order. RANSTAD CONYERS was a lifesaver for us.The employee we worked with was Ms. Mary Blount. She could not have been more proactive and empathetic to my sons situation. My son enlisted in the Navy though not set to deploy for 6 months. Sitting around the house was not an option. Ms. Blount was able to place him in, not one but two separate, temporary jobs. Once the first job ended, he was immediately placed in the second. Both offered great hours with great pay. Ms. Blount stayed very connected with my son. She not only notified him of any company changes and upcoming positions but also instilled an awareness of work ethics, responsibility and giving 110%. We are so grateful for Ms. Blounts involvement and compassion. I would recommend this company/office and moreover Ms. Blount to anyone that needs temporary job employment as we did.

They never answer there phone, but when you walk in they’re the only ones in there 😑

I was fired after working two days, and have yet to receive my paycheck. I started working May 4th and its going to be July and I still havent gotten paid.

Took them two weeks to get me into their system and then when receiving my last pay check they only paid me for one day and told me the client said I was not there. Never going back first and last time.

The only person I would deal with is Lindsay, she is the only one who is more for the employee than the company!!!!!!
