First the good: They can find people for you really fast when you need them.The bad: Their screening process seems to be very lackluster, we tried reaching out with the criteria we were looking for with little to no response, or follow up. Retention we get from them is the lowest out of the 3 agencies we have in the area, and I only converted one of their candidates to full time, in the last 8 months.As of late we also get no response whatsoever, from the rep we have assigned to us (Lekeisha). We reached out several times to end assignment for one of their candidates, with no response. Walked him out myself today, which is not unusual. But if you are an employer, they are a lot harder to work with, than their competition.Edit/Follow up:They reached out to me and followed up on our issues, got a new representative. Great communication with her so far, and she is working hard to satisfy our needs. Thank you Jessica, Felicia and Chuck.

Usually I have no problem with communication with the Duluth office. But the attitude I just got from Alice, horrible! Theres a difference between not communicating and being ignored. I am hoping to find a better work opportunity elsewhere soon because I am TIRED of things like this. I didnt curse. I didnt raise my voice but I will stand up for myself when I know I did right. I worked for 2 days at reloc 1st red flag is when I tried to clock in and both days it wouldn’t let me but the dude Said he’d fix it on the 2nd day I still couldn’t clock in on the 3rd day I was scheduled I had to go to court at 4 pm so I call in and let them kno so at first I was told it was ok then I receive a text saying I’ve been released from my assignment 2nd red flag now today your supposed to get paid so I check my accnt there’s no Money from them so I call I’m being told that they sent my money and that it’s my bank in era mind you ive been with this bank for years every job I get direct deposit I never have no problem it shows up in my accnt INSTANTLY but all of a sudden with hire dynamics my money not there so I call my bank they say they haven’t received anything so I call hire back and they keep saying well I don’t know what to tell you because we sent it but it’s not showing on my accnt so you couldn’t have so I’m going back and forth with these people for my money that I worked for long story short as soon as I say ima report them to the bbb and file the necessary paperwork against them to get my money right after I tell them this I check my accnt and my money magically appeared so basically they was playing games with my money and like I said they never sent it in the first place because it’s mighty funny how all before I’m being told it was sent but when I’m looking at my accnt it’s not showing anything from them but as soon as I say something about reporting them to the bbb my money appears in my accnt expeditiously yea ok find somebody else to play with like that

I never went back and did the interview. Not saying they dont do good work, but i do know whats unprofessional. 1 person underage with his mom, another lady who had been there before, a guy who had been there before and me (new). They were literally talking about people that already work for them. One walked off a job, one lady was talking about a pay rate change of another employee of theirs. Good or bad, it just seemed like they could have waited till it was just them in the office to talk about things like this. Or atleast whisper. I heard the whole conversation. To each its own i guess.

Zero starsI have been waiting 2 weeks and getting nothing but the runaround. It was a great interview(on Monday) Tara was extremely nice, but the process afterward was nothing but unprofessional. I went in with 2 friends, one was a felon and he was on a job that next day(Tuesday). My and my other friend had to wait on our background to get back (which is understandable). She got hers back and was told to call and pick a start date(on Friday at 4:40 pm). When she called in (on Monday)they told her she may not qualify bc of her back ground and they would discuss her approval at their corporate meeting Tuesday. (The meeting was not on Tuesday it was on Wednesday) They never discussed it as we found out on Friday. My friend called Tuesday and they informed her they had been trying to contact me about my start date(no miss calls or voicemail received). While on the phone with her they asked if her acceptance would affect me working there, I said no I still want the job. I called in, they asked me if they dont accept her would I still take the job, I said of course. (all of this on Tuesday) I repeated over and over again I was calling because I was informed you all tried to contact me about my start date. They never once spoke about a start date, just wasted my time. Every time I called in they would tell me to stop calling, yet when I call in is the only time I find out about a new development in my assignments such as my background being back and my start date. It is now Friday and they are still wasting our time. What a waste of my time, I still have not started. They even informed me when I called in today that assignment was canceled Wednesday night yet told my friend it was canceled Thursday night. We waited days for a start date before it was even filled. They also gave us the wrong paper to take on site. It was an awful experience.

I could not activate my globalcashcard.The week I received it, their website had technical difficulties. I was not informed what day I receive payment nor around what time to expect it. No issues with the job or its position; work is work. However after working the hours required for the week, Id like to be aware of how long I have to wait to receive my pay. I rememberoverhearing on the hiring event day, that if you do not activate your card before pay day, you will receive your pay the following week. Trying to proceed as carefully and correctly as possible. I may request a physical check instead.

I forgot my social security was asked to bring it in order to process my paperwork . So I drove back home and brought it back .
