My son needed an emergency dental visit and his regular dentist was not available. I called and they were able to take him immediately. We came back to have his tooth pulled and the doctor remembered his injury and was WONDERFUL with his procedure. Office staff is great as well.

My daughter and I really enjoy coming to Mini Smiles- Conyers. We have not experienced a bad visit. The staff is always very sweet. Thank you all for running a great business. Very professional (5 Stars)

Dr. Washington and her wonderful staff were so nice and professional. It was my daughter’s first dental visit so I was prepared for a show from her. However the staff were so reassuring and helpful to try to settle her. They were fast and understanding. I am thoroughly pleased with this office

Great doctors very nice.my only problem was my son had a appt schelduled for today and I was running a little late, appt was at 1, got there at 1:10..nobody got to me until 1:15..The lady tells me even though they heard my voicemail i have to reschedule...which was fine but why not call to tell me besides me wasting my gas that i really didnt have,just to be told that i have to reschedule, something that couldve been dealt with on the phone.

Today was my daughters appointment and I totally blew it by not showing up at the right time. Mini Smiles provided all of the reminder notifications and somehow I still managed to mess it up. Fortunately, their schedule had the room to squeeze us in, even though I was prepared to reschedule. Coming from the dentistry world myself, I know how complicated this can be. We didn’t feel rushed. I feel right at home. The staff and Dr. Washington are awesome. For my first appointment I accidentally came on the wrong day. The front desk staff was so accommodating and was able to fit in. On my second appointment my daughter was only scheduled for a cleaning. There was an availability to get her crown done that day instead of waiting, they fit her in. Everyone is so friendly, masks are enforced, very professional, appointments are true to time and I can appreciate that. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with Mini Smiles staff professionalism and amazing service. I want to giving the x-ray technician his props for getting a full mouth x-ray of my autistic sons teeth. This was no small task that other dentists had failed to do in the past. The dentist explained the dental procedures my son needed and the course of action. I highly recommend Mini Smiles to other parents.

Very patient staff, I would have kicked my own child out for all the fussing but the staff was very friendly and understanding. The work was fast, then again my child was a little dramatic but at the end was very happy.

Always a great experience. The staff is customer focused and great with the kids. My daughter left today saying mom the lady that took care of me made me feel so good about my self and she did a great job with my teeth.

I simply love this office. I really appreciate that I was able to schedule an appointment at the last minute for his older brother and both were brought back at the same time. This saved time and I was able to get the boys back in class without delay. The staff are always friendly and thorough and ready to answer all my questions.

My four year old daughter has been takin to this location a number of times and we have never had issues but yesterday my child had her second appt to get her fillings and both of the nurses were too busy caring on their own conversation instead of paying attention to the job they were doing, and ended up drilling a hole in my daughters gum! They said that she would need some pain medication for the “scratch” on her gum and had to fill her mouth with gauze when i took The gauze out it was FULL of blood. So much for a “scratch” i will Be finding a new dentist today. They are lucky if i dont File a negligence lawsuit. There’s no reason for my child to be terrified of the dentist at such a young age.

Am I the only one having problems getting ahold of someone on the phone?! I have tried several attempts to schedule appts for my kids, with no results... but Im at the point where Im about to take my business elsewhere. Whats going on with them?

I have taken my daughters to this dentist since 2017, and never before have I experienced such lack of empathy and poor customer service. On our last visit, which was Oct. 14, my eldest daughter was to get her teeth cleaned, and just a general check-up. Considering that the kids are virtual learning right now, her little sister, my 7-year-old had to attend. She had forgotten her mask, and so I thought it should be fine. The office should be able to provide one for her. Let me mention, my oldest and I both had our masks. When we get to the front desk the receptionist asked for $1 for a mask. I told her that I didnt have any cash and ask if they could please just give one to her. She didnt respond, and made it seem as though, I had not been a paying customer for all these years. About twenty minutes later, although myself and the little one had been sitting in the lobby for all that time without her having a mask, the manager came out and asked if we could sit in the car until my older daughter was done. I said yes, but first please provide me with all of their medical records and cancel all appointments moving forward.For me this all begs the questions: why not give a mask immediately, and bill me for it? Or why not just have them, considering everyone doesnt carry pocket change...and honestly, its a matter of public health. So, charging for something so important should be secondary to protecting patients health. It just all seemed very uncompassionate and made bad business sense, considering we had been paying customers for three years.I am standing on principle, which is why I decided to take our mini smiles elsewhere.

This was my 4 yr old daughters first dentist visit. The staff were professional and friendly. Very understanding of her fears and talked her through it all. It put my nerves at ease to see how well they handled her and the patience they showed. By the end of the visit when the dentist came to count her teeth, she laid back in the chair on her own and I asked if she needed me to hold her hand, she told me she got it. To see the difference in how she was when we came in (fearful, nervous, anxious, tears, drama 🙄) to when we left (relaxed, confident, calm, comfortable 😃😁), I was both proud and relieved to know I brought her to the right place. I definitely recommend and we will be returning for future visits.

I am so pleased with the care that child receives while in their care. They talk to him let him know each step of the process and it makes him feel comfortable and confident. Dr. Washington and her assistant has done a wonderful job to make every visit is not only done with care, but that my child is pleased with the results as well.

Horrible scheduling. Confirmed a week ahead of schedule and and showed up on time but was told they cancelled because I did not confirm. Very unprofessional! It’s actually a negative star if it was available!!!!

If you dont pay for their 20 dollar anxiety gas they take it out on your child. Do Not Trust Them!!

They are the best pediatric dentist office I have used. They are kind, gracious, patient and very professional. My kids always feel at ease even if they dont always enjoy the experience.

Dr. Osama and his assistant Stephanie was amazing, they made my daughter feel real comfortable and was able to do the procedure easy and quick! Friendly and helpful. A very great place to take your kids.

Love going to this dentist office. Everyone is professional and friendly and they are very understanding with my children as they have special needs and that is something I look for in the medical field when I take my children to office visits pertaining to their health.

Office was clean, practiced social distancing due to Covid and temperature checks for everyone. The staff was friendly and my 4 yr old felt comfortable during his cleaning.

I absolutely LOVE Mini Smiles in Conyers!! My daughter doesnt do well with being uncomfortable or anxious, her anxiety really shows through in times of nervousness. But when I take her to her scheduled visits af Mini Smiles it ALWAYS goes smoothly!! They staff is great! They have and show extreme patience with children and do their best to make them feel comfortable while in the dental office. They have t.v screens mounted on the ceiling above each dental chair and give the kids a pair of snazzy sunglasses for them to wear, so the bright light isnt so harsh on the eyes. As long as they stay open... My daughter will remain a patient of Mini Smiles Pediatric Dentistry in Conyers!!

I have never been more livid with a doctor in my life! My daughter was diagnosed with COVID over a month ago. We were in contact daily with the health department about our quarantine. After two weeks, we were told that we could come out of quarantine. We waited a month to be on the safe side. Anyone that has had this knows that they are not recommending a retest because positive results can occur for up to 3 months. We waited 20 minutes in a waiting room just to be told that they wouldn’t see my daughter. If this is your policy thats fine but please make parents aware before the appointment. We have made a drive to come here over the years but are finding a new dentist.

Went for the first time yesterday. The staff were so wonderful and everything was so clean. They look their time and made sure my little mess of a child was comfortable with everything they were doing. He needed to get some work done and were able to fit him in today and took such good care of him and pretty much catered to him. I loved it. We will be back. Thank you so much!!!

The people working there have ridiculous rules designed to make them money during the times. At the time of writing this, it is mid June so all the restrictions have been lifted. They wanted to force my two year old and myself to wear a mask literally just to cross the waiting room (then they allowed them to come off) even though even the CDC does not recommend two and under wear them. They made no exceptions in the name of safety. I am sure their reply will say that they are just concerned for people. As a single mother of five who had to get a babysitter to come to the appointment in the first place, this was extremely wrong. I will not be going back here again.

I LOVE these women. They are very good with kids. My children get excited on dentist day. Good job ladies. ONLY problem I have (not worth losing any stars) is they make you confirm your appointment so many times. I had to confirm through text and email (thank God I check emails) because the next email said if I didn’t confirm I might not have an appointment anymore. I guess the text didn’t matter? Once I confirm it’s confirmed no need for multiple reminders.

The atmosphere is something I would have enjoyed as a child as they have TVs in the ceiling for children to enjoy while getting dental work done. They’re also extreme fast and very customer centric. The visit seemed more like an experience than anything. Highly recommend you go see Dr Washington.

My girls LOVE Dr. Washington and her team. The clinical team is patient and professional with my girls. Hygienist and assistants remember them and always ask what they have been up to, how school is going, and what they plan to do over their summer break. They are building relationships and showing them just how pleasant a trip to the dentist could be! I couldnt imagine going anywhere else! Keep up the good work Mini Smiles :)

Called Friday left two voice mails was hoping for a call back Monday morning. Around 10am Monday no call back. So I continue to call through out the day Monday left another voice mail. Nobody ever answered nor called back.

Very friendly, professional and there is no wait, my sons appt was at 8 and we didnt have to wait a minute later.

The staff was great with my kids, very patient, and explained to them the whole process so they werent scared. I felt comfortable with the level of care they received. I only gave a 4 instead of a 5 because it is going to be almost a month before I can get one of my kids in for a filling.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! My three year old is BEGGING to go back! The staff is so sweet and encouraging not to mention professional! They kept me in the loop with everything going on and what will be going on as well as options for my one and three year old. We can’t wait to go back!

I had a great experience here with my 6 year old son. He was traumatized from his first dentist so we were new patients here and the whole staff was very patient and loving with my son. Our second visit which was a 6 month check up was even better because my son felt safer and more relaxed. It was a great experience. The staff explained every step and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend them.

My daughter has been coming here since she was 3yrs old and is always ecstatic for her biannual checkups. The ladies here are very sweet and professional and go to the wire to assist and accomodate in anyway possible. I would definitely recommend their services.

I never received a call or email to let my know my child appointment was cancel and took the day off without pay to bring her to her appointment. Just to be told your appointment was canceled.

Great people work here. we have always been treated respectfully and they are actually nice to our kids! they dont push for extra work that is unnecessary like we have had in the past. the place is clean and has things to distract kids. A+

I took my 2 year old and 6 year old here and they did awesome. My 6 yr old was a little afraid bc of previous experience with dentists for a filling and it was my 2 yrs olds very first time. The office is extremely kid friendly, my interactions with the staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Washington and the hygienists made may kids feel very comfortable and relaxed during their cleanings also. I was so relieved our visit went as well as it did (no tears). My 6yr old even wanted to go back the next day! Thank you Mini Smiles!

Dr. Washington and her staff are WONDERFUL!! And I am not just saying that because we both went to Howard University either lol! Our past experience with a dentist in Conyers was the worse. I thank God I found her because she is gentle with the children and she was able to correct what our last dentist messed up. My 6 year old has gone through so much and since coming to Dr. Washington, he is no longer afraid of going to the dentist.

This was by far the best visit to a dentist EVER! The staff is so friendly! There were no wait times. The staff was extra careful is seeking to the needs of my very small children. The cleanings and X-rays were thorough. They even gave both of my kids ballon animals, stickers, toys, and goodie bags filled with a toothbrush and floss sticks. We will definetly be using them in all of our visits going forward! I typically dont write reviews but our visit was honestly just that outstanding.

The dentist was not upfront with me about my sons treatment. I was told after spending alot of money on my sons teeth that there was other options. All the work that they have done on my sons teeth has failed or keep falling out. I would not trust them with my kids anymore.

Steer clear of this office. Bad customer service, unfortunately thats many places now days. The lady that answers the phones there is a business killer. I scheduled on a Wednesday for the following Wednesday appointment. 2 days later I was contacted via email to confirm my appointment I just scheduled 2 days prior. 3 days after that email I was contacted again, this time by a robo call telling me to call the number provided and confirm my appointment. I followed the instructions and called and no one answered. So I called and called and called and called because I did not want to loose my appointment that I had already confirmed 2 times prior in a 5 day stretch. Finally the business killer picks up the phone explains to me they are closed but she just happened to pick up the phone because she saw it was the same number calling repetatively. I complained about the multiple confirmations and offered her to simply take money out of my financial institution so I can pay in advance and stop the confirming and the re confirming calls as it is ridiculaous to get so many in less than a week with the understanding that if I miss one of their confirmation calls, they will cancel my appointment, Who in the he%% has time for that many calls????. I asked her what I should do in this situation with repetative calls and her response was COMPLY When this office shuts down, and they will with that attitude at the helm, the dentist will scratch her head wondering what could of been done differently. LOL , With attitudes like that I dont want them servicing my childs teeth. Whats even more baffeling is that kind of person will be reading this saying, we dont need his money anyway Good Luck Mini Smiles, only frowns here.......
