Incredible experience. Staff was very professional, very cordial. The tech who did my xrays was professional, pleasant. The dentist was such a pleasure to talk with and gave me so many options. I was given relevant information to proceed with my plan in a very pleasant and professional setting which I appreciated. Could not ask for more.Overall it could not have been a better 1st experience.

I needed dental service and could not find an affordable dental office. I saw a tv commercial talking about Aspen Dental services. I read the reviews both positive and negative and couldn’t decide what to do. After a month of searching, I decided to just try them. I was pleasantly surprised and happy with my my service. It has been about 2 weeks and “No dental problems” just a lot of smiling. Thanks to Aspen Dental in Conyers from the first visit to the final visit and all whom I encountered especially the lab director who took her time to ensure a quality fit.

Horrible handling of billing and claims. I was charged over $1440 for periodontal care and have been trying to process the reimbursement claim for 2 months with no response/confirmation after 5+ calls and constantly being put on hold. The doctors seem strong but the billing customer service is poor.

They are amazing! I had an experience the day before of a dentist extracting a tooth where I had a panic attack, and blacked out for a second. I called a friend for support. The dentist had worked on the tooth for about 20 minutes. When I told him I was ready to continue he said he wasnt comfortable and sent me home with a prescription for pain meds and antibiotic, the procedure unfinished. Dr. Park and every single person I came into contact with at the Aspen Dental in Conyers was knowledge and incredibly compassionate. They talked me through every step in removing the tooth. Although the treatment plan going forward is extremely expensive and I dont have insurance, the procedure that day was actually less than I expected. I will never go anywhere else. The financial lady, Miss Jennifer, was also amazing even knowing I wouldnt be able to afford ongoing treatment anytime soon. It was an amazing experience! Thank you, Dr. Park and Aspen Dental!

I’ve been seeing them for a while I use’t to love them up until I had a root canal and shortly after I was suppose to receive a crown the first one broke in the process of putting it on the second one just didn’t fit kept falling out ! I think I may have swallowed the tooth idk but I want my money back bc I’ve paid for something that’s not in my mouth !!! Not to even mention my MOUTH IS IN PAIN n they refuse to do anything bc of an allergic reaction never again !!! And they won’t refund me !!!

I was there for a very long time . The dental assistants were right on it but the Debtist took forever and then I was supposed to get a plan and I was so cold after 2 hours I asked the office manager if they could email me their suggestions and pricing? She said absolutely and I have never heard back and never received a call but have tried several times to reach out and no luck getting them on the phone after almost 2 months of waiting to see them. Very poorly ran!!!!! I saw other people getting much better service and care than I did !!! Would not recommend to anyone!!!!!

They are really unprofessional! I called on a Thursday to schedule an appointment for really severe tooth pain and the gentleman who did my scheduling was friendly and got me scheduled for that following Monday. However, the office called the very next day (Friday) at 12:21pm to confirm I would be attending my appt but I missed the call. I returned the call at 2:17pm the same day but the office closed at 2pm on Fridays (which i was not aware of as a new patient) but I left a voice-mail confirming I would be coming to the appt. Come Monday the day of my appt they canceled my appt and filled the slot and didnt even try to work me in. This is horrible service especially when I called back and confirmed.

My wife, Bonnie, had to have all her teeth extracted and new dentures made. I was with her on all visits and observed the followup visit where her temporary dentures were fitted. From the front office staff to x-rays to the technicians... all did an awesome job. From the first visit through the post-op visit, Lakira, Emana, Xiomara and Dr. Park could not have been more attentive, delicate, friendly and professional. Xiomara fitted Bonnies teeth with a comfort liner to assure that no sores would develop... and she was spectacular! We used a discount dental plan which help to lower the cost drastically.We highly recommend this Conyers, Ga. Office and Dr. Rajavelu, the owner of the facility, who was the Dr. who performed the surgery.We will refer anyone in close proximity to give these professionals a try.They go above and beyond to make you as comfortable as they possibly can. My experience with Aspen Dental was amazing from beginning to end. The staff did an amazing job. A lot of anxiety comes along with having major dental work done. From the beginning I felt at ease due to the professionalism and care displayed by all involved. On top of the great service, I am elated that I have a beautiful smile once again. The staff was extremely respectful of my comfort. (I have chronic back pain and had injections the previous day) They were very informative and kind. If money were no object I would have given my consent on the spot. Unfortunately I saw the ad reading that each arch (dentures) start at $399 so I was planning on spending $600-$800 and it wouldve been $11,000+, about $6,000 out of pocket. I was very disappointed because they were so wonderful I really do wish I could return for treatment but they are just too expensive at this time in my life.

Definitely have some patients, they work hard at keeping there customers safe during this pandemic so I had to wait a while to be seen, so please be understanding in that regard. The customer service was excellent. The dental assistant and the dentist was amazing! They make you feel real comfortable and relaxed. Oh, and the cost was unbelievable!! Definitely will be going back....

Messed up appts for my son and I, was told our new patient appts. could be done together at same time. When office called to confirm, I alerted them to this and that they had moved his appt. to another time and that he had school to attend and that wouldnt work but assured would be okay when arrived, it was not and he had to be rescheduled. The initial visit took 2 hours, which I had to tell them I had to go because my son needed to get to school and we rode together. I didnt get a chance to go over my treatment plan and my insurance wasnt added to the system at that time but they did call me and go over it but never emailed it. Overall, everyone was nice in the office, just started off on wrong footing. Hopefully future visits will go smoother.

PLEASE READ before making the decision to go to this establishment!! Most women and men that LOVE their mothers and fathers will appreciate the information that I share in this review. Before I continue, I can say that due to my work schedule, I could not have made the trips to this dental office with my mother.My mother was charged $258 to realign and fix a broken tooth in her upper denture. She had Medicare insurance. The cost was not the issue, more than the actual work that WAS NOT DONE CORRECTLY!!! This office told my mother that they put something (perhaps, Elmers glue) on the cracked tooth to hold it in place. However, that same tooth broke off of her upper denture a short period of time after she picked it up from this office. My mother made at least two attempts to speak with their office regarding this matter, once on the phone and the other time in person. However, those two attempts were to no avail. When my mother went back to their office to explain about what happened with her denture, she was somewhat ignored by the front office staff and was told to sit and wait as several other patients were waiting to be seen at that time. Unfortunately, after waiting for about 25 minutes or so, my mother left their office after feeling no assurance that she would be seen or that this issue would be resolved. My mothers impression was that she would have to pay again for this issue to be resolved! I think that this is highway robbery!!. This is absolutely wrong and could have been resolved in a considerate and professional manner! Seniors are people too. Take good care of your teeth and research the mess out of dental offices as well as dentists before making an appointment to be seen by one. BUYER BEWARE!!!

After cracking my tooth last Saturday and finally able to get into the office today. This will be my new dentist office. The dental assistant was wonderful, she assured me that I would not feel anything. The dentist ACTUALLY listen to what I had to say and what I wanted to have done. I started going to Aspen Dental while I was in Florida and subsequently continued patronizing them when I moved to Georgia with the Snellville office. First, you can’t switch to an office more convenient to your location (if you move) without having to start over again with exams and X-rays. One would think these records would simply be transferred but then they couldn’t make more money; right? However I wouldn’t visit the Conyers office anyway since having scheduled an appointment there last year and upon going in being greeted by a bunch of unprofessional nitwits. In fact, they were so busy socializing and being rude that I walked out rather than stooping to their level and giving them a scolding the likes of which they would have never forgotten (when they go low, go high).Yesterday I went in for my cleaning in Snellville and was charged $91 entry for “my last visit” balance after insurance and upon completion another $394 for antibiotics and something on my tooth to lessen sensitivity. I have never had “unhealthy gums” until visiting Aspen but ironically they have posters all over the office about periodontal disease. I recently learned they have had class action suits brought against them for overcharging patients.While everyone seems nice it is only because they are making commission off of every service that they scare you into accepting. I will never go back there ever - buyer beware and choose a regular dental practice, not a chain.

Took my mother in for denture repair and the staff experience was great but when I went back to get her dentures they were given to me in a ziploc bag at the front counter in front of everyone. I asked for a bag or box but was told there wasn’t any. Patients dental items should be concealed the same as their identification.

I wasn’t in there very long, which I LOVE, because usually dentists take FOREVER. I also love that they take sanitation so seriously. I’m not real big on the Covid stuff, but it’s still comforting knowing that the staff takes it seriously and makes sure to take precautions accordingly. They truly exceeded my expectations with their kindness and diligence. The only thing that caught me off guard was my bill being around 300 dollars, when I was ensured maybe a day or two beforehand that it’d only come up to around 27 dollars out of pocket. But then again that was an estimate, and I obviously needed more work done than originally intended. And they gave me a really nice new Bluetooth toothbrush and a prescription to this special mouthwash type treatment for my gums, so I’m presuming that the combination of that, along with my cleaning treatment is why it came to so much. I’m still completely satisfied with my experience. No complaints here! I’d just advise that if you go than be prepared in case you may need more work done than you intended.

Not good. Got a cap put in 2 years ago and it has already broken off and I have to get a whole nother cap or something even more expensive. They did not offer to do it for free or even discount the new procedure. I havent even received an email explaining the new procedures and charges that I asked for. Do not use them if you need any caps done on your teeth. Bad experience

Over the years, I have heard mixed reviews on Aspen Dental of which many were negative. But when I called to make the appointment, I was impressed by the friendly voice of the person I spoke with. I have a Dental Plus Discount Program and most office receptionist try to make you feel that discount plans are not good or a waste of money. I have experienced dental offices that would actually try to convince me to purchase another dental insurance! But that was not the case with Aspen. They reassured me that they accepted discount plans and encouraged me to make an appointment. I am so glad that I did. I saved almost $400 using my dental program!!I received excellent care from the dental hygienist, dental assistants and the Dentist was awesome! The front office staff was friendly and professional! As an insurance agent, I will be recommending my dental clients to Aspen in the future. It was worth the drive.

I have always hated going to the dentist office. I have had bad experiences when I was younger.The staff at Aspen are awesome. The doctor who worked on my mouth this week is awesome. She looks like a teenager but speaks like a Sage. Her energy, expertise and chair side manor are second to none.The hygienist who cleaned my mouth was just as awesome. They both ensured that I felt no pain and that I was always informed during procedures.I will continue to be a client as long as these “SeaStars” are present. I don’t trust my dental care with anyone else.

This was my first time at Aspen Dental. Arrived at my 3:30 appointment at 3:10 wasn’t called until 3:50! During my wait not once was I called up to the receptionist desk to discuss my insurance information.Had initial x-rays part of which was done standing up. Placed in a room and wasn’t seen by the Dentist until 4:40! I came in for a Deep cleaning but after reviewing my x-rays, etc its now after 5pm and they’re officially closed for the day! My treatment plan was reviewed with me and after the cost of the plan was discussed I find out that it was assumed I had no insurance, like I mentioned before, I was never asked! When I gave my insurance information I was told that they needed to be contacted to determine how much they would pay. When I asked if I could schedule another appointment for a desperately needed cleaning that I came in for I was told I would have to wait until my insurance company was contacted to see how much they would pay!!!!!!!! That’s definitely an example of a medical emergency patient showing up in the ER and being refused treatment because they have NO INSURANCE which by the way is ILLEGAL!!!!! I’m Appalled at the lack of professional I was subjected to! My appointment was on a Thursday and I’m writing this on a Saturday and I haven’t heard one word from that place! I based my decision on trying out this place on their commercials which I enjoy but I will never step foot in another Aspen Dental or recommend them to anyone I love and care about!!!!! I would give them zero stars but unfortunately that’s not an option!!!

After a dental emergency at my home and watching a commercial about a Veteran going to Aspen Dental and getting completely taken care of without insurance and saying he hadn’t paid a dime, I thought my prayers were answered. After calling Aspen during my dental emergency, in severe pain, I made my appointment. I told the receptionist the problem... during my tenure in the Uninted States Air Force for 8 years all four of my wisdom teeth were extracted. All four of them being impacted posed a challenge for my USAF dental team, and during the procedure had chipped my upper right molar in the very back. After many arguments with my USAF dental team and them denying responsibility to the malpractice, I was the one who truly lost. Upon exiting the USAF, one is supposed to have a final dental exam and in essence they are to release you in the same condition that you entered, to the best of their ability, but because of the incompetence of this out processing protocol I was told I would have to exit the USAF without the final. After the USAF dental team blatantly lying on my out processing paperwork, I was released from duty, and also I was the one who truly lost. Fast forward 10 years to present day, and dealing with the VA, being disabled, fighting for my rights as a US Veteran, getting minimal compensation and absolutely no VA dental care or program in place to cover such a thing, my mouth is a war zone and my teeth are the battered and beaten soldiers and they are losing. I thought my prayers had been answered when I saw the commercial for Aspen Dental and hearing the Vet explain his experience, and I thought, “Hey that’s me!”. I called Aspen and made my appointment and told them my story and the woman on the phone explained to me that all of my procedures on my appointment day would be completely free of charge, that she had seen several Vets come in and get thousands of dollars worth of dental care free of charge and without insurance. Excited, I attended my appointment on 8/6/2020 in Conyers GA and upon my arrival I was being handled by the receptionist with respect and care, and then I sat in the chair. I was asked more times about my payment method and insurance and how I was going to pay more than I was informed about the status of my dental health. I arrived at 1:45pm and did not leave until 4:55pm, most of this time was spent sitting in a chair in the very back of the office because they were trying to figure out my insurance and payment after I had already told them that I didn’t have any insurance and they knew my story. I saw 3 people get seen and taken care of in the chair next to mine during my stay. I felt severely alone, unwanted and forgotten...much like when I came home from deployment. After almost three and a half hours in the chair and all that was done we’re xrays and a very short exam, to which I was informed they were so graciously waiving the fee to, I was sat in front of the same receptionist I talked to upon my arrival. She explained to me I had no insurance and would not be receiving care that day unless I could pay that day. She explained all my procedures and told me they would be over $5000.00 out of pocket to me. I explained my story once again and the commercial I saw, to which she told me, “Yeah I’m sorry.” So, after an awkward silence, I stood up and thanked her and I left bewildered, defeated, and in more pain than when I arrived. I feel as a Veteran I was targeted and coerced to come in under false pretenses, and much like the USAF I left feeling used and received no help. Thank you Aspen Dental of Conyers GA for solidifying to me that Vets are under appreciated and forgotten about for all of their sacrifices.

I spent all day there and nothing was done. They couldn’t finance me or anything. My appointment was for 10:15 and I didn’t see anyone until 2:30. Then they wanted to charge me for X-rays. Aspen Dental in Conyers is THE BEST! I went there for the first time and I left with clear understanding what was going on with my tooth. They made sure I got all my questions answered. I love the way the staff can confidently answer my questions, which made me feel confident that they know what they are talking about. I showed up to my appointment 20 mins early. Just to do paperwork early so I could get my cleaning done. Waited to do xrays and exam. They close at 5 my appointment was at 5. I could tell they were stalling to waste time. After all of that I get called in the room to book my nexts appointments and all breakdowns of money. And for her to tell me two hygienist called out...THATS NOT MY PROBLEM. You should have called me and said that before I drove an hour away..So I did not get my cleaning. Confirmed appointments twice over the phone and specifically said I wanted cleaning. Arrive to office they asked me reason for my visit several different times. I said cleaning cleaning cleaning. I know all xrays, exams and cleaning can be done in one visit. Then you saying I need a deep cleaning (more money) I just want my basic cleaning. Your recommendations are great but for now I want my cleaning. If my appointment is at 5....and youll close at 5 its obvious no one is in the office. So it would have taken nothing to get my cleaning. If I could give this score a -5 is what it would be. Highly not recommended Conyers location

I had a dental emergency and Aspen went above and beyond with their service. I was seen same day and given amazing attention. As someone that struggles with anxiety, the staff showed so much concern and help that I was immediately at ease. Gina helped tremendously calming my nerves and giving me tips to calm me down as well as Jennifer in the front office. I will definitely return and am so lucky to have found this place. I could not be more thankful.

Aspen Dental is not the best place to go to! You make an appointment and when you get there early you have to wait an hour or more to be seen! They’re never understanding if you’re to call to say you’re pretty close but will be a little late! Their nonchalant attitude towards patients is beyond what I have time to explain! Our family could never go back there or we could never recommend Aspen Dental to anyone! I hope management finds the time to train staff members on good manners and respect for patients!

It was the worst visit. The doctor was rude and very uncorncering about my needs. After explaining to her what I wanted done,( which was to get 3 extractions and a full denture set ), she started talking down to me and ( maybe because by doing it my way she wouldnt be making as much money ) which seems to be her only concernNow please understand that Im a certified dental assistance so I know and expected better from this doctor which I wouldnt allow her to work on me . She is cold and her attitude leaves a lot to be desired!!. Also I was given a price for non-insured that turned out to be just as much as it would if I would have used my dental insurance. No not the place for me.

My experience with Aspen Dental was a good one. Everyone was very nice. The hygienist spoke kinda fast but I guess that’s because she has to repeat the same things over and over again on a daily basis (so speed it up huh). The dentist was very nice as well but I didn’t see a point in her coming to speak with me because the hygienist had already explained everything to me. I guess she had to come in and repeat it...lol. Overall, I have no complaints.

Everyone was very knowledgeable and taught me a lot about dental health and my teeth. They were very helpful with a payment plan and scheduled me for services quickly! Despite the mixed reviews, I had a great experience as a new patient.

I got there at 10 AM I was out of there about 12 PM I only got one tooth pulled everything was fine and dandy till I went to the pharmacist and they told me I have to wait the next day for my prescription because it wasn’t there . so I was confused even though aspen dental told me it will be in a few hours. now I’m in excruciating pain with no pain medicine no anabiotic’s . if you go here make sure they send your prescription I asked for paperwork for the meds I was to be receiving and you guess it they gave me nothing said that the pharmacy would have but they DONT.Thanks Aspen Dental

As a walk in wanting to have my tooth abstracted, it too approximately 2 hours. The service was remarkable by each employee I came in contact with from my entrance to my exit. As bad as my tooth ache was, everyone’s customer service towards me was outstanding

I’m going to be as honest as I can. My overall experience was great ... the dental staff was very nice , patient , and understanding. The facility was clean, but not enough room in the waiting area. However the lady at the front desk seemed very distracted , didn’t greet customers, and seemed to be all over the place. The wait for the dentist and hygienist was terribly long . Once I did get seen , it was amazing customer service. They just need to work on the receptionist and not to overbook.

Visited Aspen Dental a few months ago for a routine exam and cleaning. I was informed by their staff that I had 8 cavities and gingivitis. This raised my skepticism because Ive never had a cavity in my life, and I take care of my teeth. I decided to get a second opinion from a different dentist, and it turns out that I dont have a single cavity. If I didnt seek the opinion of a second dentist, I would have ended up spending hundreds of dollars at Aspen Dental for the treatment they recommended me. This treatment included drilling into my teeth to insert fillings that I dont even need.

These guys were great! The hygienist , the dentist, the assistants were all fantastic, my husband, James had a really difficult procedure and he was so happy. Even the appointment specialist was awesome. You guys Rock!!!

I really enjoyed the personal care and touch. I received all information that I requested as well as any additional information that I could use. I also received emotional support concerning my future procedures. I came in the office nervous and concerned,I left the office relaxed and confident.
