Had a busted taillight and some small trunk and quarter panel damage. They got me in the day after my estimate compared to 3 weeks out from another place. Called the rental place for me and made the insurance and rental process very easy. Vacuumed out car and washed it. Car looks great!

Shout out to BKs collision! I broke down on main street yesterday with electrical problems and one of the techs came out brought me a jump box and allowed me to store my car there for the night. After parking my car there overnight I returned with a new alternator and still had problems, by that time 2 techs came over and found a short and helped me fix it in no time. BKS Collision is the best auto body shop I have been to. Not only do they do a great job fixing your vehicle they will make sure to keep you up to speed on any surprises Like with my Chrysler Pacifica. Of course being a newer vehicle the manufacturer makes things obsolete and make you pay more for the newest replacement parts. I was made aware of this immediately by BKS wich I really appreciated. Then the dealer gave them the parts and of course they were the wrong parts( I wont say what dealer but its the only Chrysler dealer in CONWAY) anyway after they dealt with them on that there was a factory recall. So BKS informed me again as to what was going on. I did not have to lift a finger during any of this. They went back and forth with the (dealer) BKS made sure that they took very good care of me. I will recommend BKS COLLISION to anyone I meet or know with any problems or damage to there vehicle.

It is a grate place to get your paint job done on your cars the staff are grate people and they do a grate job

The repair took longer than projected after all that time had to take the vehicle back and still have flaws Im going to take the vehicle some where else also have significant amount of over spray.

I know its impossible to keep everyone happy when working with the public. Some people just wake up mad. But i rarely vouch for anyone and especially a business anymore, but Brian and Kara have plenty of experience, and are very hard workers. I do not believe for 1 second that either of them would not do just as good if not better than anyone around. Everyone wants to concentrate on the bad reviews. If you have much experience in working with the public, im sure somewhere down the line, a bad review has come across your own desk. I am self employed, have never asked anyone to leave me a review. Im to concerned on the task at hand, much less a facebook or yelp review. But anyone that leaves this business anything less than 5 stars, should try another body shop. Sometimes people just cant be reasoned with and expect the impossible. This is not a shade tree body shop, so dont get mad when they act professional. I think if someone is allowed to leave a 1 star review, the owner should be allowed to review your job and performance. And before that 1 star review is posted, at least explain the entire reason from start to finish. It is unfair to a hard working family to get a 1 star, a one sentence explanation. Or we could figure out some motives involving the review. It takes hard work and long hours to be self employed and be successful, and i wish this family/ business success and a bright future. I have a feeling they will be around a long time.

If I could give them 0 stars, I WOULD. The staff did nothing but lie to me and my husband about what was going on. They were rude and trashy and I am extremely upset with how they treated us. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this place.
