So far in the process has been amazing. Staff always keeps you posted where in the process your vehicle is. The Pro Auto team will get you the best of parts not used parts. I will have to say Pro Auto goes above and beyond their duty for the customer. They are hooking me up with a spray in bed liner VERY quick during times of covid. Terrific experience. Have worked on 2 of my vehicles. When they finished I could not tell where damage occurred. 2020 vehicle looks like just came from the factory. Shop Foreman kept me informed all the way. His attitude was most reassuring.

Pro Auto took great care of may Honda CRV after an accident. They were very helpful and willing to explain the process and then the repairs done. Terrible service all the way around. This place used to be top notch but has since plummeted down hill. They refused to fix my car constantly coming back with $100 over total loss value even after that value was increased so they could be paid to fix it. My car sat there for 2 months of deliberating with this shop to do the work and they were totally resistant to fixing the car. It was a $4600 job that they wanted $8400 for. Run, they want to buy your car so they can sell it across the street for more profit.

We have used pro auto several times to do body work on our vehicles over the years. They have always done an amazing job! We will always use them for any towing or collision needs that we have.

Took a while to get parts (kind of my fault with what was broken and having a wild ride) but they got it in and out of the shop in two days and even washed it. They pretty much just got a customer for life.

Had my car towed here after someone hit me months ago. The work was quick, and to this day still looks factory. There was a scratch on the door that may or may not have been from them, but they were happy to order a paint pen (for free) to satisfy me. I recommend this place to everyone I know.

Worst customer service ever!! The guy actually enjoyed being rude!!!

This place is operated by predators who prey on people in vulnerable financial situations. They demand exact cash-only payment in full for vehicles that have been towed without the owner’s consent. I dealt with the owner’s wife (incredibly rude and condescending) who absolutely refused to work with me and my situation. I asked if there were other, more reasonable payment options that would allow me to take responsibility for my mistake (credit card, collateral, payment plan). I was told no, “because that’s not how we do things here”. I explained that I have no family to rely on, I work two jobs, I’m a full time student, and a parent. I can’t do any of these things without my car, and the hundreds of dollars they demanded in full would have meant a significant blow to my finances (not that I have that much to my name anyway). She responded “ Well, WE aren’t the ones who parked without a permit”, and then told to “go ask a church”. I got my car back after a friend agreed to loan me the cash.For anyone considering doing business here: don’t be fooled. They only care about making money. They were investigated in the past and forced to pay over $5k in fines for sketchy business practices, so I’m certain its only a matter of time before someone discovers more dirt.

Called to see about them looking at my vehicle to get some frame work done. I was basically told they had too much insurance business to deal with my vehicle. Also, they didnt want to do just frame work, but wanted to fix everything. Why- its all about the MONEY!

First time using pro auto to fix my car that was stole . They first off didnt fix all the work that needed to be done and the work they did wasnt never close to being right. Second they called saying they talked to my insurance and wanted to fix the problems and to fix the right of the car to make it righ . Then get a call thursday about a job with them just to find out that it was a scam. Come to find out that my insurance didnt pay them some money and after taking my car and putting it on the lift they tell me and say that I cant get my car back until I pay that. I would like to know why i wasnt told about it before hand instead of being screwy about it this is not how a business should be ran. Instead of doin that they could have simply called me and worked something out. Now I am left without a car to go back and forth to work. I will never use them again

I thought the price was really kinda high but they were fast and efficient. They forgot to email me my receipt that morning but talked to Nels that afternoon and he was really friendly and got it taken care of.

I am from Prim, AR. I was traveling home from Little Rock when my vehicle began to have problems. I called my daughter in Conway to get a quick recommendation from her coworkers as to a place that could call for help. I called Pro Auto with their recommendation. They were friendly and professional on the phone. My SUV made it to their business without having to be towed. They assessed the problem which was the alternator and had me back on the road in less than 45 minutes. I really appreciated the clean business atmosphere. The service man talked by phone with my husband to explain and get clear information. It was a very good experience!

I hit a deer in my honda accord and totaled my honda out. Deer walked away without injuries. Pro Auto wrecker was the towing company that responded to the wreck. The dude that showed up in tow truck was a really cool dude. He was clearly trained well and had been doing this awhile because he was goin at it flipping levers and pulling chains to pull my car up on the truck. I was concerned that someone was going to come around the curb and hit us like I hit the deer, but the first thing the tow truck dude did was put out safety cones and tell me where to safely stand. Wrecker dude let me and Larry (my chihuahua), who was with me at the time, catch a ride back to pro auto to meet my mom. Next day I came in the talked to the sweet woman at the front desk. She answered all my questions, even got me a soda while I waited on paperwork. Awesome folks here.

Pro Auto Wrecker grossly overcharged a truck driver when called out via law enforcement rotation (the driver had no choice in the matter). They billed the driver $12,578 to pull his truck out if a ditch. Subsequent investigations uncovered they lied about the number of wreckers and hours on the job. Arkansas Towing and Recovery Board ordered them to reimburse $5,615 as well as a $2,000 fine. Unfortunately no criminal fraud charges appear to be forthcoming.You have been warned.
