Nice guard is really nice while I wait to pick up my other-half who has been doing yard work for the company

Extremely disappointed with the service from this branch. Purchased a vehicle on 2/11/21 and it arrived with many undisclosed issues. The engine was knocking, it had frame damage, etc. Since the vehicle was sold As-is, I was out of luck. Fair enough. 30 days later and no title is available, I come to flex my right to return the vehicle since the title is absent over 30 days. I speak with Liz Woods and she begins the claim. 2 days later she tells me to send the vehicle back to Manheim and I will recieve my refund. Well I took the vehicle back and my account was credited the full amount. Less than 3 hours later I get a call from Manheim stating that managers are looking into the issue and I won’t be receiving my refund after all. They came up with a convenient story saying there was a clerical error and the refund should have never been processed. Well they took the money out of my account and now I am one again stuck with a car that manheim Knowingly sold me with a bad engine all because they want to accommodate the seller more than the buyer. Extremely disappointed in the service and keep in mind this vehicle cost me over $19,000. So not some cheap beater. Stay far away from this branch if you care about integrity and NAAA policy. Because clearly they don’t abide by the NAAA rules.

Bought a vehicle through this location, seller neglected to send out the title for processing for several months, local staff were IRREDEEMABLY WORTHLESS in doing anything about it. I finally had to reach out to the seller to get the title sent. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION

This is the first one star rating I have given in my lifetime. Manheim is new to Little Rock, and it is evident they are struggling. I, and other dealers have tried to stick with them but it is difficult. The local hospitality is nonexistent, and the customer service is very poor. There have been a few personal disputes that I will not mention here for everyone to see. Because of their corporate background they dont care how many dealers they lose. If they were an independent auction they would be bankrupt. Dont waste your time here. Go to an independent sale that will treat you like family.

Do not trust green light vehicles, the Arbitrator from St Louis his name is Nathan, try to fool dealers all the time. We had a 2013 Toyota Camry with bad transmission and the arbitration told us it only needed fluid flush. We took it to transmission shop they flushed the fluid and they found metal pieces in the fluid and the transmission was all missed up. We called Nathan and he told us to take the vehicle to the dealer to get it inspected again! Really, it’s not safe to drive, we spent money on it to get inspected and the fluid flushed and he wanted us to pay for towing and another inspection. Is this reasonable to anyone out there?! Side note they don’t trust their own arbitration mechanic and they outsource their arbitration work to a mechanic shop with very bad reputation.

I must say extremely slow service and the hospitality is so horrible in Arkansas. The first place I’ve been to in the south that is so unwelcoming.

Terrible first experience with this auction. I have been doing business with Manheim for over 20 years and have never felt so disappointed with such poor customer service. I refuse to ever purchase a vehicle here ever again. Called and left a voicemail never got a response. Definitely unprofessional. TERRIBLE AUCTION!!

I purchased a truck on OVE that was listed through this facility on a Friday morning. I requested a Post Sale Inspection to make sure its half way decent. I purchased the truck on a Friday morning and i did not know the results until the following Thursday afternoon! Every day i would call to see when they would be completing the PSI and i was told theyre doing the PSIs today. In the end they called me and said the truck needs a transmission, fuel injectors, and lots of other things...I paid 20k for the truck and the money was tied up for a week for no reason, it definitely does not take a week to test drive a truck and figure out that the transmission is shot along with the injectors. Would leave 1 star but ill feel bad because the lady answering the phone was nice each time i called. Oh well, skip on this one!
