Austin Brothers is a reliable business to trust your vehicle with. My family has relied on them for years. Most recently they were able to repair a defect in the oil filter mount which caused a leak. It required some labor but they repaired it successfully & the costs were very reasonable. You can trust the folks at Austin Brothers. I would rate them 5 Star Plus.

They weren’t able to fix the problem in my car because of a more intricate mechanical problem, and even after 2 full jobs that required 5+ hours of labor, they didn’t even charge me a dime and referred me to a specialist nearby. I came to the Austin Bros to get a standard oil and filter change for my 2004 Avalon. Even though they were busy, they got my oil changed, oil filter changed, tires aired and rotated, in an hour for about $55. I was so pleased with their service. I was expecting it to take much longer. If youre looking for excellent service and to support a local business, you should definitely come here.

COLLEGE STUDENTS BEWARE.The people are nice, don’t get me wrong, but do not take your vehicle to these guys without knowing a bit about cars or have someone close who does. I made the mistake of taking my car to these people for honest work, and I was overcharged for work that wasn’t performed AT ALL. They will smile in your face while stabbing you in the back over a dollar sign. This is your warning.

We took our car in for tires and somehow a technician damaged our hood. (Tried to close the hood with the prop rod up and folded the hood on the side.He didnt say anything to anyone that he damaged our car, but I had photos of the car from ten minutes before we got there. Hugh came out and saw the damage and was FURIOUS with his staff, not because the error, but because they failed to own it.It wound up costing a lot of money to repair, but we were heading out of state, so Hugh went right to our bank and deposited MORE than the estimate in our account and sent a note with an apology and told us to have dinner on him.That is how business owners should handle their business.Thanks for being a good human Hugh.

Excellent service here! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and wait times are brief. I came in with a totally dead tire. They took it off and showed me the damage. It was irreparable. They offered to order the tire but I declined because I didnt want to spend that much money just yet. They didnt charge me anything at all and put the tire back on and put some stuff inside of it thats helped it stay inflated. I absolutely recommend them. Best tire shop in Conway!

Great people with great prices. Pick up the phone every time you call. Looked around all day Friday trying to find a price I liked on 4 new tires, an alignment, and an oil change. They beat everybody I called by several hundred dollars. Dropped my car off the following Monday and picked it up a few hours later. Topped off all my fluids without being asked and my car drives straight as an arrow again! Cant thank them enough and I will advise all my friends and family to go here

Best tire shop in Conway! The pricing is fair and they do honest work although I will say that they kept my tire cap after replacing my tire. I dont think it was intentional so not docking them because the service and friendliness of the staff is unmatched!

Took my car in to have my starter replaced. I had called in advance to make sure they had a starter so that they could replace it and put a tire I already purchased on the car. Dropped it off at 7am. They called me at 9 and said “we got the tire on and your starter isn’t the problem, it’s your battery terminal.” I told them no, the battery terminal DOES need to be replaced but the issue I’m having is with the starter but if you have time AFTER replacing the starter, please replace the battery terminal too. I called at 3pm to see if my car was ready and they said “they’re working on it now but we haven’t replaced the battery terminal yet.” So imagine my surprise at 5pm when I pick it up and the starter hasn’t been replaced. I tried asking the woman at the counter 3 times why they didn’t do what I asked, but she was too busy chatting with a friend and playing with his dog. The other 2 times I’d come in, she barely listened to what I was saying anyways. I wondered how they were “working at my car right now” at 3pm if they had already put the tire on at 9am and didn’t replace the battery terminal until after I called- they’re liars. So I went home and posted an honest review on Facebook and the OWNER (Hugh Austin) posted my phone number publicly in the comments. I got harassed all night long by his psychotic friends trying to defend his awful behavior. This place is run by a senile old man and a bunch of careless idiots. I WILL be contacting the attorney general about him doxxing me. I wouldn’t take a Playskool car to this establishment.

Both my mother and uncle used this place for years. Twice Ive brought a vehicle to them for a minor service that they DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR because it was quick and easy. Theyre always friendly, and their prices are competitive. I have waited at the shop for service and dropped my vehicle off for service. In both cases, it was done quicker than estimated, and not in a tell em 2 weeks no matter what kinda way. If youre afraid of getting swindled by mechanics, or you dont want to wait 2 hours at Walmart for them to tell you they broke your dipstick off in your engine, then come to Austin Bros.

They called me every time there was something they found or just to give me an update. I was kept completely informed the entire time and that was important to me. I left from needing a tire replaced. I called them in a panic because I am going out of town this afternoon. I brought my car in for a low psi tire. One of the guys took it off, sprayed it to find the problem, repaired it, & put it back on my car. All at NO CHARGE! He was very fast & very nice, as well.I cant say enough good things about these guys!

After reading great reviews of this place, so took my car in for some routine maintenance. When I picked it up at the end of the day, I was so grateful for friendliness, reasonable prices and top-notch customer service! I was even told about a part that was giving me some issues was not as big a deal as I thought— that the cost of repair wouldn’t be worth it for an issue that isn’t causing harm to the car. I was so relieved for honesty. I’ll be coming here for all my car repair needs from now on!

Ive dealt with Austin Brothers on more than one occasion and always had a good experience. When I needed tires for my daughters car Austin had the best prices on highly rated tires. The installation took about an hour and they even took extra care with the painted rims. The next time I need tires Ill definitely give these guys a call first.When I called to get prices for tires the lady that answered was patient and helpful. The young man that works the front counter is an example of proper customer service. If I had a business Id try to hire this young man. Hes exceptional at his job and helped the entire experience be super positive.

I was traveling to Missouri for work when I hit something in the road outside of Conway. I went to the closet shop to see if my car was safe to drive. The wind guard at the front of my car was hanging and I had no idea what other damage had occurred. The nice people at Austins worked me in, they were very busy, checked my vehicle out, secured the wind guard and sent me on my way....all at no charge! Cant say enough about their customer service! Very grateful for their help!

They were very disrespectful to my son when he went to pickup a tire for me. Since my parents have done business with them for 25 years, I chose to call the owner directly to let him know how his employee had acted. The owner then chose to take up the issue of my phone call with my brother, who happened to be in their shop on another matter. Due to their complete lack of professionalism, I will not spend another dime with this business and will encourage my friends and other family members to do the same.

They fixed up my tires in a timely Manner, and solved my engine issues. The wheel alignment was solid straight work (Toyota Corolla 2017). Returnin customer 10/10

This is my second time here, and the team has been terrific to me both times. Last time, they kept my car up for longer than necessary just to let me take pictures of the undercarriage for my records, and the service was quick and reasonably-priced. They even pointed out a few things to watch for in the future.Then today, I came in for a grinding noise; turned out my brake protector (I dont remember the term) has fallen off, so they took that out for no charge. I decided to get one of those things they pointed out last time done, anyway, though, and they started on it almost immediately, and were completely up-front about the cost. Everyone here seeks knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.10/10, would recommend.

Took my car here to get an alignment done, the guy on the phone told me I needed to buy a special kit to allow them to align the wheels, when I asked him why the guy got defensive raised his voice and told me “just because” and that “every other alignment shop would tell me the same thing even the dealership” the part they were trying to sell me was $300 plus labor of installation, I told him I wasn’t having it worked on by them and he got angry, I then took it to the dealership who was able to do the alignment for $80 and they told me any shop could have don’t the same thing and that the only special tool or equipment needed is the alignment machine that any alignment shop should have, so in my opinion these guys were trying to rip me off for $220 + labor

Austin Brothers is a great place for honest, reliable mechanical work. The only downside is that you cant make an appointment. You might be there for less than an hour or you might have to leave your car for hours. Theres no way to tell.

I called them seeking help with a nail in my tire while on my way to Nashville from NW Arkansas because I was on limited time. The man who answered the phone had wonderful customer service and helped me navigate my way there. The guys who patched the tire got it fixed in under five minutes and were just as nice. I can’t express how grateful I am for my experience here!!

Excellent service, reasonably priced, and trustworthy. Work is done in a timely manner and they keep you updated on the status of your vehicle. I have had two incidents where the staff went out of their way to help me save some money. Trustworthiness is an important factor for me when choosing a mechanic.

They had the best price for the battery I wanted, so Im happy! The service was definitely very very fast, I was in and out, they were very polite. I had to re-do the installation because they did a very poor job. The screws were loose, the connection to the terminal wasnt all the way down, the battery could wobble. Although Im glad that happened because after re-doing it I found there was a piece of metal that needed to be bent. To be reasonable I wouldnt expect a mechanic shop to spend that kind of time to find out that a piece of metal needed to be bent, after all it wasnt mission critical. I like my battery to be solid in place, which it is now.

They were very polite, kind and made sure my car was safe for me to drive by letting me know I needed new brakes on the front end. They were very nice to me and my service dog as well. In fact Hugh Austin himself told one of his employees not to pet my service dog and that surprised me and I told him thank you. Great service and they get it done right. I highly recommend!

Had 4 tires installed on wifes CRV. I dont think I was even there 30 minutes. Great price on the tires too!

Maybe my expectations are too high, but I went there twice to try to get a wheel balance and was informed it would take 2 to 3 hours both times. They may be good, are certainly friendly, but fast? Nope. They are victims of their own success and need to figure out a way to upgrade their service to prioritize maintenance ahead of repair like most places do.

These folks are one of the most honest automotive places on the planet. Many times, they wont charge you to check out minor things, and they usually will air up tires for free. Their prices are competitive, and they always do a fast and thorough job.
