Dropped my car off on a Tuesday. Asked for text updates, asked to have diagnostic overall check of the car, which was like 50 or so. They already knew ahead of time it needed an oil leak checked. And it needed cat conv replacement.Two weeks I waited, no call, no updates no text, no email...nothing....I call them, they ask me did i know it needed a repair for the oil leak, yes, they knew this, they ask me oh, do you want us to do that?Yes. And they say theyll order the exhaust etc.Another week goes by, then a few days more, no updates no text no email. I call to check the guy tells me it has a misfire, it didnt before, then he says the main guy isnt there but will be when I pick it up. In the beginning I was told the exhaust would be an easy fix etcI go to pick it up, and Im told it was not an easy fix, it was cut poorly, and now Im told it doesnt have a misfire it has an engine knock, which it also didnt have before....so Im thinking is this cat conv bad? They tell me it had no oil, it had oil put it when I got it, and when I took it to Austin brothers right before taking it there, Austin told me it was a good engine, but now I have a knock? It was my first car taken here, and my overall experience wasnt good. Im left with a lot of questions and text charges for signing up for updates I never recieved. I had to drive the car home with multiple dash lights on and a knock while it would get stuck shifting gears.....I wish they wouldve called me during the steps, or called me at all during the almost month they had it, side note they didnt do the diagnostic overview I asked for, it wasnt on the receipt either. Overall I was pretty disappointed since it was recommended to me. I hope they communicate with future customers better because I feel my car is worse now. :/

I went in for an a/c recharge. You cant make appointments for these. I think they do them in between appointments. I took it in at 730am and had to call at about 1030 to see if it was done yet and they said yes. I didnt get a call from them telling me it was done but over all very good job and im happy.

The new manager is very on top of customer service. I can’t express enough of my appreciation to the entire staff that made my wait pleasurable! I have no complaints at all. I was greeted when I walked in, and updated on progress throughout my wait!!! And might I add my A/C is blowing snowballs!!!

Took my car in to have a noise under the hood checked out and they were super fast! I had my car back in less than 2 hours after I dropped it off. The mechanic was very friendly as well and explained to me what needed to be fixed and told me what the cost was up front, which I really appreciated.

I had my car towed in because I had a blowout and needed a new tire, so I decided to get all four new tires. When I go to pickup car and after I make payment, I noticed that one of my tires is missing a nut and all four new tires are missing their valve stems. I go back in to ask the guy at the service desk why I have a missing nut and no valve stems and he replied that the owner broke my nut and they forgot to put on valve stems. So I asked him if he thought that might be something he shouldve told me and he looked dumfounded. I understand that people make mistakes but in this case, it was apparent that they knew they broke the nut and intentionally didnt mention that to me. After that conversation, the guy did say they he would order a new one. Needless to say...I wont be taking my vehicles back there again.

They were very professional and friendly. They a thorough job in a timely manner. They tried to make me comfortable by offering the tv remote. Nice staff!

They were very attentive and serviced us fast, they were honest with us about stuff we needed done and stuff that we didnt. They didnt try to overcharge us. I would tell everyone about them and have them take their vehicles there for work needed. Well done

I was gaslighted because I’m a female. I heard a noise and knew it was a wheel bearing. (I had already had this problem so I knew what it sounded and felt like) I asked them to replace my wheel bearing two weeks ago. They told me that they looked at it and nothing was wrong with it. They then diagnosed me with something else that was $1000 which did not need to be done. I went ahead and let them fix it but the noise was still there. While “fixing” my problem, they broke my brake line. Luckily my car told me that my brake fluid was low. I found a leak in my wheel from them replacing what didn’t need to be replaced. I took it back and specifically asked them to replace my wheel bearing and fix the brake line that they messed up. When I went to pick it up, they told me they “checked” my wheel bearing and it didn’t need to be replaced. I refused to take my car back and told them to replace the wheel bearing. When I picked it up today, they told me the wheel bearing did need to be replaced. They insulted my intelligence, gaslighted me, made me pay $1,500 to replace something that should have only cost me $500, and put my life at risk by messing up my brake line.I had to ask for a replacement wheel bearing multiple times, I was denied the service I wanted because they “didn’t” see a problem, they ignored my complaint because I’m a female, and endangered my life by messing up my brake line.

They provided excellent service and were sure to be very attentive ensuring that they included me in the steps as they went along. I set up another appointment for the next week for further repairs and I would refer others to Meineke! Thank You Meineke.

Had to get my water pump changed on my 03 Mustang. Took it in at about 10:30 and it was ready around 5:30. Cost about $470 after tax. Very professional place and the workers are very friendly. I definitely recommend.

There was grease left on my driver seat, grease on my door and handle. Grease was left on my hood and grill as well.

There was a leak in the water pump in my car and I was able to drop it off first thing in the morning, I received a call within probably an hour where they told me what they did to test it and what the problem was, and then quoted me for a repair. The repair was done before end of day. They were super easy to work with, and really kind too!

The employees and owner were very nice and open about the cost/process of running diagnostics on my broken A/C.

I was stranded out of town and had to get my van towed. Meineke was wonderful! Easy to work with, very friendly and professional interactions. Great communication before doing any work, as well as when it was complete. They got the repairs done quickly and it was reasonably priced. If I need anything else done, it would be worth the 45 minute drive for me to go back to Meineke!

I’ve been into the store 3 times in the last 2 weeks to try to get an oil change and either they’re not taking oil changes for the day, the system is down, or they didn’t have an oil filter for my car. Like what the heck?

Could not get web site on my oh. To apply for the credit/ payment plan! I was told my ph had them. Blocked, I did not block anything on my ph, never even heard of them till I broke down and was referred to them . Truck still not acting right. Starter they just put on dragging and now it has a electrical problem it did not have before. Every time I take my foot off gas it dies, that is a big problem exoeshiky driving in town. ( truck has to be compleatly stored, shift in to park and restart, causes major problems in other traffic in town.) Did not have a problem what so ever before they replaced the starter!

Payed for a diagnosis of my problem, and they presented an $800 solution that wasnt necessary. They said both of my front struts were blown out, but after taking it to another mechanic, they were fine. I felt like they were trying to upcharge me saying my CV joint axle and ball bearing were worn. Ended up not having to get anything replaced. Sad to say their diagnosis was poorly done

I have never left a review for anything before but today really got to me. I showed up for an oil change. After I gave them my keys another guy came in about 5 to 10 minutes after I arrived for an oil change. His truck was took in before mine but I was there first. I asked the guy what was going on and he said my mechanic has my keys. Maybe he went to the restroom. If he had to use the restroom he should have waited to grab a set of keys. When the other guy paid he even apologized. It was not his fault but he felt bad for leaving before me when I was there first. I am not sure if I will be back.

Very nice people, told me my car would take overnight but had it done same day. Added an oil change to my other services for free because I was having a lot done already and Im a college student. Very helpful and nice people.

Reasonable prices. They took me in on a last minute drive up call right before close. Paid $500 but it was for a necessary fix that they allowed me to see in the shop with my own two eyes before they even moved to fix the issue. Loved it here.

I needed a repair on my truck done on a Saturday and this was about the only repair shop open. I called to make sure they could fit me in because I dont live in Conway and needed my truck fixed that day.The guy who answered the phone assured me they could get my truck fixed. He even suggested that I try to use my auto insurance for a free tow. Sure enough my insurance sent a tow truck at no cost to me. I would have never thought to do that which saved me a tow fee.Sure enough that evening they had me ready to go! They seem to have done a great job, my truck is running fine! The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because they seem a little pricey for the repair but not totally unreasonable.

These guys are amazing. After an initial quote of $2500 from a different shop, they took the time to really dive in and find out what was wrong. $500 later my car is up and running. Their manager kept me up to date daily with all the repairs and information i needed to feel confident my car was in good hands. Will definitely be using them for future repairs.

Good response when I called to make appointment. Was told No Saturday appts but I could walk -in. I was able to get right in and car was ready at a reasonable time. Very kind and efficient.

I took my car to this location multiple times due to vibration issues while driving as well as rough idle and acceleration issues. I had multiple repairs done and spent close to $2000 and the issue was never fixed. I even had the manager named Todd drive the car with me as a passenger so he could feel the issues I was describing to them. His words to me were “the car is so safe to drive I’d put my grandma in it, the issues are in your head”. I found that comment to be very disrespectful and unprofessional. When I’d try to tell him that there is definitely an issue still going on he would interrupt me several times and just explain that since my check engine light was on there was no issue. It didn’t matter how many times I’d say something was still wrong with my car, he didn’t pay attention to it. Sure enough, the very next day my check engine light came on. I didn’t take my car back to Meineke due to how Todd handled our previous interactions so I went to a different mechanic. Turns out there was an issue with the throttle and a crack in the radiator. I got both of those issues fixed with a different mechanic and now my car runs great. I don’t trust Meineke with their services, they are poor on quality and the management is very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to take their car here.

I LOVE this Meineke. Everyone is super nice and they’re always honest with me. Being a young woman, and one who knows nothing about vehicles, it can be hard to make good decisions about what you need and what you don’t. Everyone there treats me like family and advises me when things need changed and even other places to go if they think it’ll save me time, money, stress, etc. Time and time again, I come back here to get my vehicle serviced! The place is super clean, hot coffee, nice waiting area, all the good stuff.

Its great to find a place with such friendly helpful staff. They got me in and out quickly and even gave me a heads up on a few other items without pressing to get them done right away. Definitely a place I will return to get things done right.

Had me standing around first day went to get oil changed.. I was not greeted by nobody..Had to find someone to ask a question..The next day I went same thing..No help and I still didnt get oil changed will never go back!!!

I made my appointment through the app only to be told when I got there that they dont take appointments for oil changes. Then it took them over 2 hours to do a simple oil change! I have used meinike for years but dont believe I will be back!

Was charged $60 to put My car up on the lift .. Walked underneath had partner rev the car to 40 miles per hour seen the problem put the car up back down all within about 5 minutes I think $60 is a little high for 20 minutes work From parking lot and back out to the parking lot

Stopped at another tire shop that morning to get my wife’s tire fixed. There wasn’t a car in the parking lot and the guy said they were to busy. Let there and pulled into Meineke and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Very clean and professional! You’ve earned my business.

I went early on a Saturday morning. The staff was hospitable and made an effort to inform customers if there would be an extensive wait time and gave helpful recommendations for the care of my vehicle.

I had my car towed there bc I was driving and all the sudden the car died and the engine light came on I had them do a diagnostic and they said it was the tensioner and belt so I let them replace it which cost $378 I get there to pick it up and I asked them are you sure theres nothing else wrong with it that was whats wrong they said yes I drive it home the next day Im having problems so I bring it to them they keep it overnight look at it then they say that they dont have the type of tools or diagnostics to fix it so obviously they fixed the wrong thing on the truck Tell me that I need to take it to a dealership so Im out $378 because they fixed the wrong thing and didnt do a full enough inspection or diagnostic on it and just fixed the first thing that they saw if they couldnt do the job they should have sent me somewhere else before taking a bunch of money from me Im disabled so all I get is a little check a month they took advantage and so I had to take it to a dealership and spend a bunch money. Thats what you get for trusting ppl to be honest and do there job right 😭

Had noises during shifting. I was afraid it was clutch related. Turns out it was the u-joints. They could have told me it was the clutch and hit me with a huge bill. They are honest and very detail oriented.

I went there to get a new radiator for my jeep, they not only put it on in under a few hours, but everyone there was very professional! I will be going back there for any/all of my jeeps’ needs from now on!

I literally never leave reviews, but I have to tell you how great my experience was at Meineke in Conway. They are speedy and do an excellent job every single time. That, mixed with their customer service has made a faithful customer out of me.

My 21 year old son brought my Chevy Malibu to get an oil change. The oil changed amounts to about $65. My son called to make sure it was ok before letting the employees service my car. I work out of town so I was ready to go out of town once he returned.No fluids was added as I had to put coolant in my car the very next week & no I have no leaks. There was no mileage put on the windshield for the next oil change service. Nor was the oil change monitor system changed in my car to 100%, as normally is done once you have new oil, I paid for a new filter too and supposedly a certain suggested kind of oil. To this day I don’t know if anything was done. Sad to say I never had issues before, but I will take my business elsewhere. Sadly my inexperienced son didn’t know any better so he left without saying a word. Customer service is not customer service anymore. Charge $60 plus for oil change and very displeased!!!Christy L*

Terrible experience took almost 4 1/2 hours to get 4 new tires installed with a 9:00 appointment did not pick up car Until 1:30 I in the afternoon, after leaving I checked tire pressure on dash and car had been over inflated was supposed to be 32 according to car and was inflated to 39,40,41,40 this was tire pressure cold. Called tire shop and got not sure what they are supposed to be serviced to, he told me to look on car door. It said 32, he replied he didn’t know why it was that high. I called at around 1:00 and he said he had one tire left to do would be another hr to hr and a half. I told him that was not acceptable and he told to come on down and sit in his air conditioned waiting room . When I got there car was still on lift and not done, there was no one waiting inside air conditioned waiting room . I told him this was not ok and that I was going to call meineke head quarters and complain. He tried to deter me from calling by trying to give me a free oil change. Worst experience I have ever had with a dealer. I’m glad I didn’t order another set of tires for my wife car. What bothers me most is the safety aspect with over inflated tires, The supervision of this store needs to be addressed by Meineke, I’m sure this is not how all meineke stores are operated , William H. Although I have my scheduled maintenance done at Meineke, this was a situation where I was broken down on the side of the road. They took such good care of me, starting with my free tow thanks to Meineke Rewards! I’m so thankful for the team of people who work in the Conway location. Jordan, Rodeo and the other team members are my heroes! They have their diagnostic tools but also their combined knowledge base of working on vehicles when those tools are unable to provide the answer to the problem. I’m treated as family from the moment I call or walk in the door. The work is well done and warrantied, but the customer service is what keeps me coming back.

First of all I scheduled to have a front end alignment and got an oil change which I didn’t not realize until yesterday as I was looking at my paperwork. I just had an oil change two weeks ago at Walmart. When I called and made the appointment on Friday I was told two times available one was at 2 o’clock and the other was at 3 o’clock and I chose 3 o’clock because I was getting new tires and needed an alignment so I needed to make sure enough time was allotted to get there. When I walked in I said I am here for my 2 o’clock appt and stayed my name and the service I was getting. Somewhere between the time I left and got back there must have been a mixup and I didn’t think anything if it and the copy I was given was not legible due to printer ink. I’m peeved and I left two voice messages and no calls have been returned. I was not a walk-in I schedule unless he forgot to put it in. I don’t feel like I should have to give another 45 plus as a matter of fact I should get that back since that’s not what I asked for.I will say that Aaron was very informative about some items that my car should have corrected.

Good professional mechanics and always finish the work in a timely manner

Decided to change up shops since I saw Meineke pop up closer and wasn’t disappointed. The store manger Josh is a little goofy but seems knowledgeable and sincere. Always nervous about being screwed over by auto shops but they always break down what’s needed and where the costs come from. Overall enjoyable experience. Only issue is it seems like customers aren’t able to be dealt with quickly with just 1 guy.

I stopped here on a short trip because I desperately needed oil in my car and none of the surrounding gas stations had the correct type. They gave me 4 quarts of oil and asked for nothing in return. While he was assisting me, I also saw them helping a lady with a flat tire. Good shop with even better people. If I lived closer, this is the only place I would go for my car services!

I walked in not knowing if the coupon was still good that I received in the mail. To my surprise it was. Landon the receptionist and manager was so nice and fixed me a cup of coffee which made you feel right at home while i waited. The service was not long and they all were very friendly. I highly recommend this location for quality care and great customer service!

Went the extra mile! Replaced my starter which was not easy to get to in my Chrysler 300. AND towed my car to their shop, free of charge. Price was fair for the amount of work that went into it and the extra mile they went to provide good customer service. I needed the help and they were there!

They changed my oil and rotated my tires super fast and noticed that both of my running lights were out. they changed them free of charge and have been so helpful! I will definitely continue to bring my VW here in the future! 😊
