My 2003 Sierra was starting to show its age. Never had any major work done on it before but decided to have things checked and while I wasnt having to drive it every day. Luyets checked things thoroughly and have my truck driving better than it has it has in years. Will definitely be using them again.

Great service, they stand behind the mechanical. May be a little more expensive than other shops but well worth the few bucks for quality of work. Very clean organized shop. Ms Linda and Ms Elizabeth up front always communicate Repair status promptly with accurate estimates. They Also are very Knowledgable And familiar with symptoms parts and time to repair. I had a tire ordered and put on here, and the staff was so kind. The women at the desks answered all my questions over the phone and were never once rude. They checked tire pressure for free as well. The tire only took a day to order, but the wait time was rather long 😕 At least they have a nice little waiting room tucked aside with coffee, couches, and a TV. Normally very pleased with service here. Was told I needed to replace the whole light assembly on my BMW X.3. Cost $500. Replaced this small module myself instead for the cost of $19.

Didnt want to spend that much money but they back up the work that they do and they do an excellent job and that makes it worth it and gives you a piece of mind.

This place did a fantastic job on my pathfinder. It has been riding rough after I took it to another local place in Greenbrier for an alignment. Later Automotive fixed the issue, was honest and professional, and kept me informed as they were seeing what was wrong with my vehicle. I will absolutely use them again!

They have always taken such great care of our GMC 2500HD truck we brought them our 5th wheel RV to have new tires put on it and the wheel bearings cleaned and repacked. Top notch service as per normal. You guys are great!

4th of july weekend I was headed to the store and my car ac just stopped blowing cold. I called my husband and told him I was pretty sure my compressor went out, that was a Saturday on Monday I took off work early to run over to a shop in conway that I drive by everyday to get my car looked at and see what it was gonna cost to fix it the guy pulled it into his shop and confirmed yeah he was pretty sure it was my compressor like I thought but hed have to call me with a quote or I could call him about 10 the next day so I tried calling him no luck waited til later n the day so hed have plenty of time to call me and he never called so I called him and he said oh I have about 4 or 5 different quotes Im working on call me back I said oh ok and hung up a week went by a I never heard anything!!I said all that to tell you my experience prior to finding Luyets.I was telling some co-workers about what happend and Mrs.Becky said call Luyets he was friends with my son growing up and hell take care of you so i picked up the phone and called Luyets and Mrs.Linda answered the phone and I asked for a quote for my car ac just the compressor and the whole system which she gave me both quotes and explained the difference between the 2 while we were on the phone , I told her Id get back with her the next day I called to see when I could bring it in after vacation as we were leaving the next day and she made me an apt for Tuesday morning to 1 confirm again it was my compressor that needed replaced and it was I had my car back by Wednesday mid morning with cold ac!! Thanks Mrs.Linda for all your help you were so helpful and explained everything like it should be done you didnt treat me like a number you treated me like my car ac was broke and its way to hot to be driving with no AIR. Thanks to the mechanics that worked hard to get my car back to me in a timely manner. I will diffently recommend using Luyets!!!

Great communication. Ordered tires with them @ 8:30. The tires had to be delivered from Little Rock. They notified me when the tires arrived, I dropped my car off and shortly thereafter my car was ready for pickup. I highly recommend this shop.

Took my sons car in for repairs. The car hadn’t been driven more than around the block in 18 months, so I knew it would need some work and possibly not be worth fixing. I received great service!! I took my 2003 Nissan maxima in because it had an oil leak. The leak was in so many places, and I had no idea. They took the time to find all the leaks and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to fix the leaks. I didnt go through with the repair because it was more then the cost of the car, and they did not charge me anything for the diagnosis. Every one was very courteous and nice, I will definitely be doing all my future business with Luyet Automotive!!

Ive been using Luyet for about 4 months now. A vehicle inspection, couple of oil changes, so routine maintained to replace leaking seals, and some brake work. Nothing but good things to say.

Updated: Extremely pleased with this last visit. Air conditioning went out, they diagnosed and repaired within a couple of hours. Extremely good service as always and fair pricing. While car repairs are a major inconvenience, they make the process a very pleasant experience.The customer service has always been top notch. They have always been honest, transparent, and offer advice on ways to save money on repairs. I have had a great experience bringing multiple vehicles from normal repairs to complete transmission replacement. Never an issue and will continue to use this companies services.

Always honest with me and provides great service! I was told by Mckinney Tire my Tahoe needed the entire front end rebuilt and it had broken suspension parts that needed to be addressed. They said my Tahoe could not have an alignment done before everything was fixed. I had just purchased brand new tires from them. They quoted me over 1800 dollars to fix my Tahoe. I took it to luyet automotive and they said everything was in excellent shape all I needed was lower ball joints. They took pictures of everything and showed me. I was able to fix the lower ball joints myself for 100 bucks. Luyet will always have my business. And I will tell everyone about my experience at Mckinney tire.

Best customer service. I trust them over anyone, I have had 2 oil changes in my life go very wrong at 2 different places. Here I have no worries. Now they have done my tires my husbands tires, his breaks, and they do giveaways!

Every time I have gone here I was welcomed by very nice people with warm smiles, they are very respectable with your car and they try to do their jobs 110% satisfaction. I highly recommend them.

I will never try to go there again. It was overpriced and they couldn’t find the main problem with my wife’s car. She received an estimate that was half the value of her car. When she said that she couldn’t do that, they then asked for $95 to pick it up. So now, the main issue has not been found and now there’s a fee. The lady who works behind the desk became very snarky and insisted that they told her about the fee. My wife then received a call from the owners wife who then confessed thatshe could not remember the first conversation between her and my wife. She ended up not charging the fee but by this time my wife had been degraded enough. I would not recommend them.

This is a very bad place they will tell you what you wanna hear rude no good service will break your vehicle go somewhere else
