I bought my tires at the NLR store ($1700+). I had a low tire light on so I made an appointment at the Conway store for the next day. I got there a little early. It took them 30 minutes after my appointment time to bring my truck in. Then, they took the wheel off, took the tire off the wheel and sat the wheel on the floor for 30 more minutes. I asked them to go ahead and rotate and balance all four tires while I was there but they did not do that. Total time to fix one tire, with an appointment, 1 hr, 20 minutes. Plus, all my tires had even pressure when I went in. Now the right front is 3 psi lower than the left side and the right rear is 2 psi higher than the left side.

I have bought two sets of tires through them. Amazing service and prices. Highly recommend.

I went to discount tire this afternoon after having some issues with my tires caused by a dealerships shop in Little Rock. They were very professional and friendly through the entire experience. Quick service as well! I highly recommend them for any tire needs.

Ive spent over $4,000 on tires at this place and the moment I bring tires here from somewhere else, they wouldnt mount them on my wheels after saying they would over the phone. They just lost a repeat customer!! I do not recommend this place to no one!!

I have visited Discount Tire in Conway on three separate occasions. Every interaction I have had has been truly outstanding. The crew has pulled nails from two tires on my 2015 RAM 1500, patched, and remounted at no charge. And this past Saturday they fixed a tire on my Graveley zero-turn mower, again at no charge. The staff have always been courteous and positive. Ive lived in Conway for 25 years and used a variety of tire companies over that time. I was familiar with Discount Tire from growing up in North Texas as a young man. When Discount Tire opened in Conway I was thrilled. My multiple visits to this business have only confirmed the high regard I held the company. If you are coming through on I-40, Discount Tire is an easy on/off at exit 129. This is absolutely a company deserving of your business.

Buying experience with you guys were great its the after you buy experience thats bad not important anymore afterwards all I wanted wase2tite checked after I bought because it kept going flat but I said ,I got 2 people ahead and hr later you said I got 2 people ahead of you Ive seen 8 people leave but I guess 2 tired that keeps going flat wasnt important enough to be seen without a 2 1/2 hr wait ridiculous

They were very helpful with helping me select a great set of tires and were very personable, which is something I look for in any business I visit. They answered all of my questions and treated me like a person instead of just a sale. The customer service here is outstanding!!! I was 350 miles away when a tire I bought at Discount Tire had a bulge develop on the sidewall. I had to go buy a replacement tire, so I could get home. When I went to Discount Tire they refunded me the entire amount of the tire I had to purchase(kept my receipt) from a competitor. No hassle, and as always they are always very friendly. I had a great experience with discount tire today. I got a flat tire not far from their shop close to closing time (on a Saturday no less) and they went above and beyond to help me. I didnt have a spare tire and I wasnt totally sure what I would need. I called Discount Tire and spoke to Mike. He talked had one of his guys come to me to get the wheel. Then he had to take it back to the shop and bring it back to me. If not for their help, I wouldve been stuck. They were super courteous and theyve earned my business and that of my family. I highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend this location. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. They quoted me over the phone, and when I called back with a better price somewhere else, they matched it. I ran into a problem with my lug nut key, and long story short, they drove it to the Dodge dealership (this is a Ram truck) and they got them off for them and they drove it back to DT and were working on putting the new tires on when I went to pick it up. Every one of the guys I talked to in there were friendly and professional, and they wanted to make sure that I had a great experience, which I did. I would buy tires here again!

Excellent service. They do free tire repair and have taken care of us on a couple of occasions but most recently I purchased a new set of tires. I shopped the price and found them for less at the place I had bought from in the past, but when I came back and asked them to match the quote I had from another place, they were able to give me the same deal with free tire rotation and warranty. Wendell was great and kept me updated and communicated everything to me throughout the process with texts and phone calls. Would definitely recommend!

This place is great! I have never waited more than 5 minutes to speak to someone. The customer service is always above and beyond. The job they do is fantastic, no complaints at all. I purchased new tires from here and bought the insurance for all of them and so far it has saved me well over 200 dollars with all the wear and tear my car/tires take. So happy I found a place that I trust to do a great job at an affordable cost.

Not typically one to do this but honestly feel super taken advantage of after this morning. I took my car to Discount Tire on Amity road in conway to get my typical tire rotation that I get for free because I purchased my tires from there. After I got my car back I was told one lug on my back tire broke and i would need it replaced. They took full responsibility for it and referred to a place in Maumelle where they would pay for it. No big deal right? Well, wrong. I called said place and they wouldn’t be able to get me in until Wednesday & I’m fixing to leave on a 10 hour road trip. I called Discount Tires again & asked for a different referral because I am fixing to leave on a big trip & I was told “no” and that I can technically drive safely on the remaining lugs I had left (not the point). I was pretty done at this point and instead of them fixing the mistake they created I spent 5 hours of my day trying to find someone else to replace it and a ride because I would have to drop the car off due to most companies being super busy right now. My husband then called and received a completely different answer and was told that they didn’t have good “relations” with any tire companies in conway but we could take it anywhere and they would reimburse us. Why did it take my husband & my dad talking to someone to get an answer like that? Seriously save your breath and money going to Discount Tire. I went to McKinney tire and received service that was just fine and was actually told I wasn’t the first person they had done this to. I completely understand mistakes but please don’t leave me to fix a mistake that wasn’t mine to fix. Also, don’t make me feel stupid for being a woman in a tire shop. Give me the same answer you would give a male.

My daughters battery quit in her car in the adjacent parking lot, and Javier, an employee at Discount Tire, came over in his own car to jump hers and save the day! We were not even customers, but we are in the market for new tires, and because of Javiers act of kindness (and the really competitive prices!) we will be buying our tires at Discount Tire in Conway. Absolutely wonderful service today! Cannot remember the tech’s name but he was super helpful, fast and friendly. He even dropped me off at nearby store so they could rotate my tires so I wouldn’t have to wait although I already planned to be shopping. So far the two stores I’ve visited the people have been super nice, friendly and fast with the service. Will continue to use then for my tire needs. :)

Had the greatest experience ever at the discount tire center in Conway. There was a problem with the bolts and lug nuts on one of my tires. Wendall called me and said he could not replace one of my tire Because of the problem but he felt it was unsafe for me to drive. This young man came in the next day on his day off and took my car to be fixed so I did not have to drive it. It is that kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. Even if the tires are more expensive which they were not this is now my only tire store. Wendall you made me feel safe you are the best. I hope your employer realizes what a special employee he has. What should have been a bad experience turned out to be a very nice one. Developed a flat on boat trailer tire while loading groceries from Sams pick up lane which was 40 ft from Sams tire service entrance.Asked for help from workers in tire store but they said unable to help.They directed me to Discount Tire where Wesley, Dylan and unnamed helper graciously replaced all three of my trailer tires efficiently and with smiles on their masked faces.😊😊😊

I went to the new store my first time awesome customer care and service from Mike all throughout every employee highly recommend to anyone needs this type of service. My family and I have used this company for three generations now. We have not had anything but good experiences with them. I do not think you can find another business dealing with tires that will come close to surpassing their prices, services, warranty, and just awesome customer service.

What an amazing experience I had. Went to Honda first since thats where I got my tires. They couldnt find anything wrong. I had a slow leak. Went to discount tire at noon time. I got right in. They didnt have any trouble finding a nail I had in the tire. Fixed it and I was out of there in 10 minutes. Best tire shop Ive ever been to. And they just made my day when they didnt charge me anything. Ill be back when I need new tires. They have awesome customer service and Jake was wonderful and quick.

Hey Sam’s club you are a huge disappointment! I thought I was very fortunate to get 4 new tires on my little car for a great price. Seemed like I was getting a great deal!Today I run by to see if you guys could help me with a slow leak on the passenger rear. I was told I had a nail in my tire and they didn’t want to fix it, they could sell me a NEW tire but they were out of them but it could be ordered. That doesn’t help me now! I’m driving to the beach Monday!I took a chance and drove over to the new Discount Tires and not only did they immediately assist, waited an hour at Sam’s, they fixed it for FREE!!! Aired them all 4 up and wiped them down with Armor All. Thank you Christopher!By the way, my great bargain at Sam’s, turned out to be 3 yr old tires! Yep. They were bought in 12/2018. The code on my tires shows they were already 2 yrs old when they were purchased. 😢

Excellent customer service!! They are fast and friendly. Christopher was excellent from start to finish; he and Dylan did a fantastic job changing out my tires and getting me on my way.Every employee that I came into contact with greeted me regardless if they were the one helping me or not. The waiting area is very clean and spacious and has hookups for computers and phone chargers.

I brought in a couple tires zero turn mower tires mounted on the wheels but couldnt get them seated and inflated, neither could a couple other shops down the street, even one shop that specifically works on and sells outdoor equipment. Only took a few minutes and these guys had them seated, aired up and ready for me. Absolute life saver!! Great customer service, I will be back here again and will send friends and family here as well. Big thanks to the guys who got er done!!!

Mike is an outstanding manager for this crew. I was not expecting this type of service from a tire store. From being greeted by Wendell with excellent customer service to Brandon and Chris servicing my vehicle in a timely manor and the quality of work. Im amazed and blown away by the experience I had. Wendell is an amazing person, and a real asset to Discount Tire in Conway, AR. I had somehow gotten a rope twisted around my front passenger tire, and all stuck up in my brake, and he took maybe 5 minutes to take off the tire and get the rope out. Great experience, purchased a set of Michlin tires. Wendell was the person I initially felt with. He was very up on the products. He was very nice to deal with. They were efficient and all employees including management participate in installation. You are in and out. They beat other prices I got for the same tires at other tire stores by as much as 400.00. They also have free rotation and flat repair. So, if you need tires go to Discount Tire in Conway and see Wendell, Mike or Chris for a really good deal. Ill be back the next time I need tires for anything.

So called around because the Nissan dealership I go to was having a sale buy 3 tires get 1 for a dollar. Talked to Wendel on the Phone at Discount Tire, and promised me he would guarantee the best deal for me. Very convincing and sounded like a man with Integrity. The gentlemen here at the Conway location were wonderful when my daughters brand new tires received a puncture. They went above and beyond their own obligations, and thats difficult to find in any retail or service industry. Very professional and polite. Recommending to all I know, and well go back.

I was very pleased with my new tire purchase. Wendell gave me a good deal I couldnt pass up. I like that when balancing the techs double check after placing weights to make sure it is balanced correctly. I like that they use a wire brush to clean the mounting surface on the back of the wheel and on the wheel hub. I like their procedure for cross pattern tightening and then final torquing after lowering the car to the ground. Air pressures dead on. I had a very different experience at a local national auto repair store on my last set and was not happy. So glad you added a store to Conway.

Today, I experienced the great service of Discount Tire. I am a college student and when I get tires, I usually go to Walmart. I had a friend recommend this place to me...talk about EXCEPTIONAL service. The employees greeted me in the lot, and was super helpful in picking out tires. They didn’t pressure me into “upgrades” like Walmart does. They were, fast, efficient, and friendly, and most importantly, VERY affordable! I will definitely be back.

This is the “Chick-Fil-A” of tire stores. Friendly, helpful, clean, and quick. They didn’t try to upsell anyone but made certain everyone knew what they were getting for their money.While I was getting new tires on my wife’s car I overheard a transaction with a college student. He came in to get a tire repaired. The tire was not repairable because it was literally falling apart. The student called his dad to tell him that the representative said that he needed a new tire. His dad was apparently skeptical and told his son to just take the car somewhere else. The Discount Tire employee didn’t want to let the student drive away on the bad tire because it wasn’t safe. So they put a brand new tire on the car for free. They put the old tire in the trunk and simply asked that the student show the tire to his dad and consider using them whenever they decide to get a new set of tires. They didn’t even know I was listening, but they just made me a lifetime customer. What awesome service!
