My friend referred me to Avant Auto Repair 11 years ago, and it has been a blessing ever since! Sly is the most honest and fair mechanic around. I do not live close to Avant so I have been to other mechanics out of convenience over the years, and regretted it every time. Honesty and quality service above all. Sly is one of the best mechanics around Conway. These other negative reviews being posted? These people obviously lying about Sly working on their vehicles OR they simply didnt reach out to have him check the problem and fix it if there was a problem but instead just posted negative words. EVERYONE makes mistakes, however, with Sly hes went above and beyond several times for me and other customers that Ive referred to him. Hands down, Sly is one of the 2 mechanics in Conway is trust working on my vehicles. 5/5 all around.

Doesn’t deserve one star. Sly is horrible he had my carto put on a alternator and keep my car for a week and keep telling me he would have it the next day but took a week to get it. Once I got my car back he told me to call if I have any problems. So I got down the road and realized my radio, doors won’t lock, inside light won’t work. So I tried to call him back but he won’t answer so I went back to the shop and he was in the garage with his music on and won’t come out. I knocked on the door and tried to him again and he still won’t answer. I will never take my car back to him and I will not recommend him to anyone.

Better than any other shop I’ve been too! Sly is amazing and so is his workers. He’s an honest man and I would recommend his shop to anyone. My tires were put on right and so was my sensor. They kept me laughing. Very personable. I’ve never felt so relieved getting worked done. He will look out for you. I was a first time customer but I will definitely be back if need be. Highly satisfied.

Ive been going here off and on for years and i can say that he is a good guy good prices quality work. If you have a prob after he saw it he will repair it. The only problem is that sometimes it takes longer then expected to get car back. But thats bc advance auto or somebody else gives him the wrong part frequently. Also he could never keep good consistent help there so with a ever growing clientele and little to no extra hands it gets overwhelming and he still squeezes more people in love the guy

We were traveling and did not know who to call, took the recommendation of OReilly auto parts worker, and so happy we did. Came to us, got us back on the road, and stayed with us until he was sure we were good. Too bad we live 600+ miles away because I would definitely take all my business here. Thank you!
