Our family was traveling home from Tennessee back to Oklahoma. Our van started to shake so badly. We stopped 5 times along the way to see what was wrong and to get it fixed. The customer service here was awesome! Prices are great! The BEST part of their service is the shuttle. The staff came to my job, picked my car up, and took it to get my oil changed. Then brought it back in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend that you try Total Tire. Im definitely coming back to see them!

I needed a new tire for my vehicle so I checked prices around town. Total Tire and Automotive was very competitive with their pricing and their customer service was EXCELLENT! The waiting room was nice, as was the bathroom; which is very important to ladies. My wait time was less than 15 minutes. Call or go see John for any of your automotive needs. He is a super nice young man! He priced golf cart batteries for me, in addition to discussing tractor and other mower tires. This is the place to go folks!

Came there for an oil change and right after I left the car started to shut off. Luckily my husband spotted the problem. The exhaust hose had been disconnected which ment the bolts on it had been loosened. It DID NOT have that problem before I came there and I end up having to cancel an appointment for my son that takes months to get!! I will not be returning!
