Came here for the first time a few months ago. The staff is very polite and professional. Fairly priced and honest. My only issues is when my husband brought his vehicle in it had to come back a few times. To correct the problem. The mechanic (Dakota) working on our vehicle seems to be side tracked at times and doesn’t take pride in what he does while talking to him. We also had to reset our own oil light and clean our seat because he got it filthy. Finally I got another mechanic there (Jay, I think) to look at our vehicle and he was able to fix it correctly and in a timely manner. He’s very honest, reliable, and courteous. As far as we are concerned we will always come back to see Jay and the office lady Tiffany for all our repairs. I give them a 5 star despite our reoccurring visits due to Dakota.

Walmart told me I needed a new tire because I had a screw in it. I took it to Cars & More, they removed the screw that was too small to do damage the tread. They HAD the sale yet honesty had them turn me away and not buy 2 TIRES that I intended on doing. I truly appreciate that kindness and loyalty to their customers.

I took my car here for the first time not too long ago, and was very disappointed. Seems like backyard mechanics run this place. I went in for a repair worth a couple hundred dollars. Got my car back and they actually caused a couple thousand dollars worth of damage! I will never go back, and dont recommend anyone going here for a repair. They might be able to do oil changes and repair a flat tire but NOTHING beyond that! But I say dont chance it, learn from my experience. You get what you pay for.

The service her is amazing. The young lady was super helpful. I came in to get a U-Haul trailer. I was missing a part I needed to get installed, she pointed me in the right direction. When I came back to get it installed, we had a friendly conversation. She was very personable. I left a happy customer, thank you for your service. I will recommend this place.

They were able to get my break pads on without an appointment. Knowledgeable staff! Will do business with them again.

Sorry this is a few years late , I lost your Info and just found it tucked in a Draw, But a couple of years ago my daughter and her Friend was in Myrtle Beach and their Jeep Cherokee Broke down they had it towed to your shop and you made the repair Fast and The cost was Reasonable , I just want to say Thank you for your Excellent Service you done for two stranded girls on Vacation, And she said you where one of the Nicest Person she has ever met, I want to say thank you as a Father for taking care of them so they could get back home safe , THANKS

Excellent customer service!

Unfortunately I learned a valuable lesson. Paid $100 for diagnostic which was told revealed nothing. Told them the turbo was surging and code earlier had said waste gate issue and I assumed that put it in limp mode. This was explained to them. They felt it was a transmission issue. Quote was $250-$495. They would need to tear the front apart to get to the wires from the tcm to pcm to check for a bad wire and possible a tcm replacement. I said ok but didn’t think it was transmission issue. They found nothing again. So they took it to a transmission “friends” shop. This was the 3rd week there. Was brought back and said they found no problems any transmission was “fine now and shifting great” I paid the bill and my mother cake to pick up her car. She did not make it 1/4 mile and it did exactly what I carried it there for in the first place. She took it back and after looking at it told her there was nothing else they could do and suggested it goto a dealership. After calling the dealership and finding out the pt cruiser turbo models were no longer had parts manufactured m, stocked or sold by Chrysler for the turbo. Was told to check junk yards. Luckily pick n pull has one and amazingly I started with the wastegate solenoid and the car is fixed. So spent $600 here and fixed it for $5 myself. Called and spoke to the garage at making this right since apparently nothing was fixed there, I spoke to the shop foreman as he described himself. So far no return phone call by the owner to possibly a partial refund since nothing really was fixed in the 3 weeks the car was with then. Joe is a nice guy and I believe tries but not fixed is simply not fixed is what I paid $600 for in the end.
