Great customer service! They show up every week and do a great job. They are always friendly and answer all my questions. When we had a small concern, and they took care of it completely and quickly. Very professional.

Recently, it was time for a face lift on my pool of 10+ years which included re-plastering/painting, bead blasting and lighting so I decided to give Paradise Pool and Spa a call for some advice. Adam showed up and knocked it out of the park! I was so delighted to meet face to face with a true professional that not only answered all of my questions and concerns, but truthfully advised me on potential issues that could haunt me in the years to come. Paradises team of expert craftsmen carefully protected my property while performing the necessary repairs to bring my pool back to its new appearance. Not only were these guys on time each day, they left my property as they had found it - neat and secured. I have since called Adam and the guys for many other items including pumps, lighting replacement and everything in between. I highly recommend Paradise Pool and Spa - their price point is on target and the professional knowledge and quality of work are first class!

Paradise Pool & Spa were fantastic!! We recently had our 1998 pool updated!! Paradise Pool & Spa delivered on their promises, were prompt in providing pool estimates and super helpful in giving objective pros and cons. We never had an issue from start to finish. Thankfully the work was completed in a short few weeks & ahead of expectations. Adam was very knowledgeable throughout the process, on site regularly & I loved his craftsmen! Tech has had no idea what he is doing in regards to pool maintenance and or cleaning. He also had equipment pumps running with no water to them. Pool has never been so dirty. DO NOT USE.

We are very pleased with My Paradise Pool and Spa weekly service. Our technician, Colby, is the best! He makes sure our pool is in top shape every week so we can just relax and enjoy it. And, he is also a “dog whisperer.” Our dogs look forward to his weekly visits (even the pup that doesn’t like any visitors!). Highly recommend this company and Colby in particular.

Our regular pool tech, Colby B, has been doing a great job for us for a while.We talk when he visits to service. This spring, like every spring, my pool fights algae for about 2 months when all the trees bloom. Colby tried about every trick he know to keep it under control (successfully), including discussing my pool at PPS morning meetings to get the benefit of experience from owners and other techs. He is always conscientious about watching the water chemistry, and the simpler things like filter pressure and baskets.When more mechanical issues happen, like needing a new pump or new timers, Colby has the backup of repair techs at PPS. They communicate with me, and repairs are made quickly. Overall a great team.

Always friendly and efficient service from our technician, Colby. Its our first time living in a house with a pool, so its good to know that we have someone competent to give us advice on pool maintenance. Hes been very patient with us! Whenever anything does need fixing it is always done quickly and with minimum fuss. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

We spent WEEKS meeting with pool construction and remodeling companies in an effort to find the best company to restore a badly neglected pool (were talking YEARS of neglect). We needed a COMPLETE restoration - stone work, new plaster (we went with Aqua White product - StoneScapes - stunning) all new equipment, the entire deck (patio), the large stone water feature - EVERYTHING - needed to be restored. This company was the absolute right choice! Professional from start to finish, they tackled a really difficult project and never faltered. Family owned, Father/Son run. Youll deal directly with the owners - not some hired salesman. Ive done the footwork - trust me, you can hire this team with absolute confidence!

Trustworthy and appreciative. Steve was out last week immediately after The severe weather had passed. I went outside to tell him thank you and ask a question about the pool when he told me thank you for my loyalty as a three-year customer and it turns out he speaks Spanish. Thanks to the whole team, especially the positive Lady who answers the phone, no voice prompts here directly to a live person who brightens my day.

Hes a very good communicator and youd be lucky to have his route!From Feb: Ive owned a pool for 2 years and have worked ONLY with Paradise. From Les, the owner, and Michelle in the office, everyone has been very responsive. They have been very patient teaching me the basics and wrestling with algae. I used them to resurface and install internet controls last year. Now tech Brandon is replacing an aged heater and I dont consider looking for other quotes.

I spoke with Michelle and she was very knowledgeable on the services offered. She was very pleasant to speak with as well as her customer service was top notch! Thank you for providing such friendly upbeat service.

Paradise Pool and Spa has provided us with excellent service since we installed our pool almost two years ago. Karl, our technician, always arrives during the same time slot each week, he does all work we have paid for (brushing, checking filters, adding chemicals, etc), as well as, checking our equipment for potential issues. He knows what he is doing, works hard and always brings a smile! In addition, whenever I have called the office with questions, my calls have been returned promptly and any questions or issues have been resolved -- again, by a cheerful customer service representative. I cannot say enough about our positive experience with Paradise and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, hardworking pool service company.

The technician Russell was assigned to service our pool equipment warranty. We had some prior issues with the heater. Russell was diligent and thorough with solving the problem and working to make sure that it was fixed correctly. His constant contact and follow up after the repair was above and beyond! Our experiences (and we have had many) with Paradise Pool & Spa have generally been very good. Our calls and concerns have been addressed in a prompt and professional manner. Repairs, when necessary, have been performed as quickly as possible to insure our pool and spa do not sustain any complicated issues. The owners are fair and reasonable when dealing with warranty issues. The pool maintenance business is very competitive and employee turn-over can be an issue from time to time based on our extended tenure with Paradise Pool & Spa. Nevertheless, we have not experienced any unwarranted delays in our service.

Great weekly service from our go to guy Christian. Hes been very reliable and consistently does a very thorough job and leaves the pool looking clean and sparkling top and bottom. Horrible service. Clearly this company doesn’t care about their customers. Pool maintenance guy is supposed to come once a week to add chemicals, check water chemicals, brush pool etc. for a hefty price of $150 a month. Pool guy doesn’t even clean our pool, what a joke! Just shows up and leaves a blue door tag saying he “cleaned the pool” and checks off stuff saying he did, when clearly he didn’t. Just plain lazy. How hard is it to actually do your job? Our pool is disgusting with dirt all on the bottom of the pool when he just left minutes ago and checked off he “brushed” the pool. Please go with another company that actually cares about their customers. Had to cancel my pool maintence service today. Paradise pool and spa is a joke!!! All they want is your money.

We have been customers for over 20 yrs. This is our second pool serviced by their great team. After 17 yrs. Paradise replastered and gave it a facelift. It’s beautiful and for our pool to last that long is totally due to their great care of my pool on a weekly basis. I wish there were 10 stars to rate their customer service,Cindi F.
