Had to deal with Michelle to make appointments for tech. First time over the tech (Kyle) had no idea why he was at my home. Second time over he said he didnt have the right wrench to disconnect a filter part. I asked when he would be back and he stated not today while it is raining. Got a call later from Michelle who said they were walking away from the project (after wasting two weeks with these people). Very unprofessional. Looks as though Kyle tried to beat the part off with a hammer and screwdriver. Strike marks on the part and inside the filter tank.

The Pool Tec team has been fantastic for our family to keep our pool serviced and clean for years. With the recent winter storm approaching, they helped make sure to get some last minute repairs done to avoid any issues with the freezing temps. Their customer responsiveness is greatly appreciated. We have been using Pool Tec for about 3 years and a couple of days ago we noticed our spa level was lower than usual. We sent a text to Kurt about 10pm, and the next day they were our diagnosing and fixing the problem. This is just the latest event in many over the years that exemplifies the level of service they offer their customers. Every time we have any kind of question or problem, they are immediately responsive, friendly and always professional. I just want to say a big thanks to Kurt and his team for their continued service and support!

Kurt and the rest of the staff I gave either spoken to on the phone/met in person have done nothing but treat me like family. Very welcoming and helpful. Close to my home as they are located off of 1488 so it makes it convenient for them to come take care of my pool.Happy I found them and will continue to use them for service and maintenance

I have known Kurt for 7 years. I own an operate a cleaning service for pools here in The woodlands. I confidently refer my customers to Pooltec for all my heater repairs. They are simply the best when it comes to repairing heaters there is no other company that can compare to the knowledge that Kurt brings to the table. often times pool companies will tell you that the heater needs to be replaced because the sale makes them a lot of money. Pooltec will always do their best to repair the heater and not deceive you into buying a new one so they make a bunch of money on a big sale. Still using him 10/5/21

Wow! Super customer service, high quality work, and just really nice people. At a time when its hard to find good customer service or sometimes just getting someone to call you back, Pool Tec is such a breath of fresh air. Its really nice to have the owner be the person that answers the call, schedules the appointments and is the person on the other end of the line trying to help solve your pool problems. This company is second to none and I cant recommend them highly enough.I have used them to fix a pump, and air blower, and now the pool filter and valve. Each time I have been totally happy with the service.

Used Pool Tech for the first time for repairs to my pool plumbing and I am very impressed. Darrel did a great job he was professional, informative and a nice guy. I do recommend Pool Tech and I will be using them in the future.

Came quickly with a reasonable call out charge and fixed the electrical issue caused with my gfci breaker install.A once over inside and they also diagnosed a major seal leak on one of the main pumps. Stabilized till we get a new pump in.Good job, well done, polite, quick efficient.

I received service from this company for my pool pump through my home warranty program. They diagnosed and fixed the issue after a bit of time as they had to work through multiple steps to resolve it. It was all done with a high amount of professionalism and the tech was able to answer a number of questions I had as a first time pool owner. I will only be requesting this company for any pool type issues in the future.
