I inquired about a quote for pool renovations. I had a great experience with Austin, who was very informative, diligent and easy to get a hold of. He was available for all my questions, concerns and easy to communicate with. I did not end up going with their bid for my renovations(even though they were priced very fair compared to my other bids) but I can’t say anything bad about my experience at all.

Completely satisfied with our experience with Beyond Blue Pools. From our initial meeting with Rick and working with Tristan on a daily basis we could not have asked for a better experience. We were continually kept informed on when everything would be happening. From dig to completion it took about 6 weeks. We absolutely love our new backyard retreat!

We have tried a few pool service companies in the area. This demand for everything pool related has been difficult for everyone. Not just the builders, service and supply companies, but the homeowners too. I believe we are all trying to do our best with what is going on. Pool guys themselves are great. Management is absolutely abysmal, They refuse to answer the phone or return phone calls. When you finally reach someone the answer to everything is a gallon of chlorine, drain your pool. The refuse to tell us when they are planning to show up even though we have four dogs that can get out of the gate it they unexpectedly show up. Their answer to calling ahead of time is you are our first stop every Friday, even though they came last week on Wednesday and this week not at all. Poorly run company. This week will be our last week.

I made an appointment with this Company for a repair. They never showed up so I called then and they said they have to reschedule for the next week. I agreed and then they noshowed a second time. Again I had to call them to find out they were not going to come.

Great pool service

There are a lot of pool services in our area, but I am a happy customer of Beyond Blue. (Nearly a year now.) Our pool is always taken care of and our pool technician who is professional, through, complete and always does all that is needed to keep our pool clean and clear. After each visit I am sent via email a detailed report on my chemistry and what chemicals, if any, were added and a picture of the serviced pool. They are dedicated to their customers and service. I cannot recommend BBP more highly. You will not be disappointed.

This review is for remodeling only, not for the service as I would not hire them for service since I dont trust them at all. The remodeling of my pool was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. A process that was supposed to take 7 to 10 days took 9 weeks to complete. If you dare complain, it will definitely be your fault. You will be told that you should wait until they are finished but the finish was so bad, I complained immediately and got no response except I had to fill the pool or it wouldnt be covered. Patch after patch and it was getting worse. I finally talked the sub into redoing the pool because it was not even close to what it should be, not only cosmetically but it was also was not structurally done right at all. The only thing the company is good at is collecting money. They do not care if the pool has been done right. I am in about 20 homes a month doing estimates for my own company and wanted a pool company that I could recommend. I now can in my opinion, tell my customers who NOT to use. My neighbors (5 of them) were so disgusted at the finish they hired another pool remodeling company and they were swimming in 7 days. I do not recommend this company at all!

Just hired this company a few weeks ago prior to this review to do pool service. Came a day late than scheduled due to some internal company issues. Once they came out said they were in a hurry due to aforementioned issue and could not vacuum pool but would do it next week. Following week came back out on regularly scheduled day, spent at best 5 min on my pool with some brushing/netting done only with no vacuum. I didnt have my polaris in the last few days so there were some leaves on the bottom and didnt vacuum or net them at all. Didnt clean my main filter basket as it was still clogged up due to my kids hair tangling debris in the filter so you cant just open it up hand dump, needs some hose to get it out. They didnt put tablets in my tablet filter cartridge despite saying they did on the report, didnt see them do any water test just eyeballed it, and brushed the pool a bit but not the corners to my steps as the corners still showed signs of algae forming. Overall just a bad experience so I have since canceled and would not recommend for pool service.

I use Beyond Blue Pools services for more than 3 years. I am very satisfied with and I even recommended to my brother who bought his first house with a pool. He is satisfied as well.

This review is in regards to a remodel. They started out as the most competitive, complete quote. 3-4 weeks we would be done. When the plaster was replaced and tile redone, we had high hopes for our pool looking awesome. Even though it took them a long time to respond and only communicating via email, we were still happy. Then when the decking came up, thats when disaster hit.They asked for a picture on the way we wanted the deck to look. We picked out the pattern for stamped concrete. Well, when the pattern we picked turned out to not be available, instead of calling us to let us know and to pick something else, they just picked a similar pattern and used that without telling us. I found out when I got home from work that day! THEN, instead of telling us they could not recreate the look in the picture we chose, they just let us try to speak with their contractor for several days to figure out how to recreate a style; language barrier, and plain lack of knowledge on how to stain concrete it was a total disaster and no help from BBP! How can these people not be available when they have contractors working on a job?! How can they just dump it on the customer to try to figure out how to recreate a look when we never do this kind of work?! This is why we hired them, to do this for us!Now 6 weeks later, after 2 rounds of trying to stain the concrete, the color STILL is not right. They left without putting all the furniture back and left trash in our flower bed. Over sprayed on our rocks from the first time they painted, said they would fix it and didnt. Messed up the slope in our drainage on the patio, claim they cant fix that either. They claimed to have vacuumed the pool yet there is still debris on the bottom, sharp shell from the pebble tech spray. The pool light doesnt work properly. I have to call the manufacture myself to get that corrected. I have left out some things just because this will be an essay!I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your remodel. These people dont know how to communicate effectively, execute jobs with project management skills, clearly over commit and under deliver and complete disregard for customer service!

The man assigned to my pool for the last three years is amazing. The repair group is efficient and able. And the company is reasonable in its pricing. What more could you want.

We built our pool 6 months ago and hired beyond blue pools from day 1!Cartridge Filters that get replaced 2/3 years had to be replaced in 6 months,( they literally fell apart) everything was falling apart. The cya levels were through the roof and we were told they had to drain our pool.At 6 months drain our pool!!!! The only company to have cared for it! They never returned calls. We had 2 other tests done to check the levels and both were coming up with the same result. Unsafe! Stay away from this company!!! Over chlorinating our pool at every visit. These people should NOT be in the pool business and don’t care about their work.

Beyond Blue Pools Scam - Beware!!!!!Signed up for pool maintenance service, I was fooled by the number of good reviews and did not take poor reviews on Google, or Yelp reviews, seriously. Big mistake.Started out well with the first service and quickly went down hill. After the first service they emailed me stating my filter needed to be cleaned and requested an above normal sum to do it. I asked them why they thought it required cleaning, they said, service technician recommended it, likely due to high pressure. I told them it was just done the week before and pressure was where it always was for last 5+ years. I declined the service and this is when it all went downhill. They would not show up giving excuses they could not get the in gate, could not access the property, just one excuse after another, yet kept charging me.Interestingly, I also signed up for the thier pool pump program where they provide a pump to you. They had no issues accessing property to install the pump or remove the pump during the same time period they kept stating they could not gain access for service.In end finally called them out on lack of service and they quit, came and removed their pump and left me with no pump. Interestingly they again had no access problem to remove the pump but where not able to do the service due to lack of access. Oh and they tried pressuring me into buying their pump by stating basically we quit, will remove our pump in 2 days unless you pay us over $1400 for the pump. I asked what brand it was and is a no name brand, I asked who would warranty it and they said they were the only warranty company for it. I told them no thank you and replaced with a $500 pump from well known brand with top quality warranty.Avoid this company or you will regret it.

They are worthy of every penny. It was a clean work and the cleaner was very respectful.

Never answer the phone. Very poor customer service. Technicians have not a clue what are they doing . And to top things out they tray to nickel everything out of you whit out fixing the proble. This was a big mistake.

Was a little hesitant when they charged the planning and prep fee, while most others did it for free. But they credited 3xs as much to the project and were already reasonably priced. They spent more time, effort, and communication than all of the other companies combined so I can see why they charge and I guess you get what you pay for.The project itself was flawless. They were great every step of the way and being a first time pool owner, they answered every silly question that I had. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience with Beyond Blue Pools for pool remodeling and our resurface service. We did a big job because the pool hadnt been touched in years.Even during the pool cleaning service part of the project I always felt I was being taken care of.

The worst service I’ve ever had! I called to set up monthly pool services. I had to call multiple times to have this set up before they sent out someone to clean it. Then they charged me $170 for the monthly pool service. Came out two times to clean it and then automatically stopped coming with out telling me. I called them asking why they were no longer coming but charged me, the lady on the phone told me she would call me back to get to the reasoning. She never called me back so then i called again leaving a voice mail with no return call days later i finally call again. I get an answer and the lady seems very confused, they don’t know what they are doing, and told me that because i didn’t pay $400 to get my pool drained and refilled that they were no longer going to service my pool. No call. No letting me know. Charged me, came out twice, and decided they were just going to keep my money and not continue the service. I asked to speak to the owner or manager or who ever about this matter and the lady said she would have them call me right back. 3 hours later i still don’t have a call. I’m livid and about to show up there demanding a refund. These people don’t know how to run a professional business and se extremely confused. Do not use this company! I’m extremely angry.

The work that Beyond Blue Pools have done for us is just amazing. I cant believe its the same pool. It looks so much better than I expected. Beyond Blue Pools were efficient in the installation and very receptive with any questions we had. I would recommend them very highly!!

Great experience with Beyond Blue. I called their office and they had a technician out the following day to evaluate the damage another pool company had done to my pool. Andrew arrived on time and did great plumbing work for my new pool pump. Their prices were very reasonable and I have since signed up for them to maintain my pool on a weekly basis.

We had an incredible experience with Beyond Blue Pools. We wanted to update our pool and instead of giving me 10 second quote like everyone else, they spent 3 hours in my backyard.We got things exactly how we wanted and cannot be happier with the result. We had an extremely poor experience with Beyond Blue Pools over the first few months of our weekly service. In addition to needing them to come back out to clean after they had clearly not finished the job, the next week, the technician left the pool in service mode. When we changed it back, the pump pumped all of the water our of our hot tub into the pool, which can severely damage the pool. When I called as soon as I got home and saw what happened, I immediately called them with no answer and left a voicemail, even though it was within normal office hours. I also called the next morning when I finally talked to someone and asked for a new technician and refund for that week. I never received that refund and have since cancelled my service. They dont answer emails and rarely pick up the phone. I would highly recommend using a different company.

Angel, the customer service rep I initially spoke with, told me that there was a $50 charge to have a technician come out to diagnose the problem Ive been having with my Polaris. She promised that if I decided to have them complete the repair work that was diagnosed, then the $50 would be applied to my bill. This, however, was a complete and utter lie, as their manager told me that due to the work, they wouldnt apply what I already spent for the diagnosis. Very dishonest company. Steer clear.

I’ve been with Beyond Blue Pools for several years. In the beginning they did s good job, but over the past 18 months things have really deteriorated. A couple of months ago my Polaris pump went out. It took just over 4 weeks for them to send someone out to replace it. During that time, my phone calls and emails asking for an update went unanswered. Then 3 weeks ago they told me that my main filter pump went out. I immediately ok’d them to put a new pump in. After 16 days of zero circulation and algae starting to form, I gave up and called Texsun. They came out the next day and got everything working. Oh, and during the time the filter pump was out, the same thing - repeated emails begging for a status update went largely unanswered. I don’t like changing companies and I don’t expect perfection - but at the same time I detest being ignored and simple repairs taking multiple weeks.

I tried cleaning the pool, do not recommend, it is really hard, but thank God for Beyond Blue pools, they rescued me.

Dont bother trying to get someone by phone on a weekend (when most of us use the pool) horrible attention to customer service. My pool is green and we have once a week cleaning. Awful awful awful. This is my 3rd poo company is 3 years. Noone good in cypress area apparently.
