I’ve been going to this nail salon on and off since they have opened. Nathan is fantastic with acrylics, dip or shellac and so fast! Highly recommend to see him! Most of my pedicures have also been great, I don’t have a specific person, I let them book me with whoever is available - there have definitely been a few less than desirable pedicures, but overall a good experience and nail salon.

Went today for pedicures 9-26-21. My daughter and I. Pushy tech to get the high end pedicure. I caved and did, 57.00. My feet are rough and the massage was non existent. So disappointed. They did not even rub the feet or scrape dead skin off. It was so sad. I can’t believe I spent that kind of money for such poor service. The polish is done well.

My sister, a friend and I were looking forward to a pedicure here. When we checked in we were told 10 minutes to go back. After 10 minutes they took us back, started the water and told us to sit. They said they would be right with us. We waited 25 minutes. 25 minutes for someone to show up for each of us. The water was cold and my sister was upset, so she got out but waited for me because I haven’t had a pedicure in a long time. Same with my friend. After 25 minutes, the lady came and gave me the worst pedicure. I asked her not to cut my toe nails short and she did. Then she dug in my toe nails which was painful. I told her and she responded “I need to clean it”. The massage was extremely poor. I figured maybe the massage would be good a bit longer since we waited so long but she was timing it and that’s fine because again it wasn’t good. And I asked her not to paint my toe nails because I was already so dissatisfied. I should have complained but we had a guest with us. I won’t be back.

Chandley did my acrylic nails. so dissapointed. she could not even complete a simple design. made 3 nails bleed leaving my fingers with scabs and not one nail is the same size or correct shape. powder is literally rubbing off because they were not completely cured, and left multiple times leaving me to cure them myself.

Best spa around! The salon is so clean and fancy and you get a free drink with a service! Love it here

I have been to this location a handful of times and each time has been a great experience. This last time, my nail tech was Lisa. She did an amazing dip manicure for me! She was super friendly and she really took the time to make sure I walked out with good looking nails. I will be booking appointments with Lisa from now on!

I went in to get a full set of dipped nails... Two different girls worked on me. They both were very friendly and my nails turned out great. I do like when the nail tech is able to communicate well and both of these women did!

I had an 11:00 appointment. Arrived in plenty of time, but didnt get called back until 11:30. I showed the tech which pedicure I wanted and she repeated it back to me (45 min). The tech was good, everything was fine until check out. After sitting for 10 minutes waiting for my nails to dry, I went to check out and she told me it would be the price the 55 minute pedicure. they brought the tech out who started to argue until I showed her it still wasnt 55 minutes from when I went back! I will NOT be back!

I got dip with tips and asked for a marble look on one nail and it looked like a 3rd grader got a hold of a pen and scribbled all over my nail! I could tell my lady did not care that it looked awful!!!!! Would not recommend

Wasn’t sure what I wanted had a photo from Pinterest. Came in with previous dip with my natural nails and I do think he did a good job cleaning the previous set off. The guy was nice at first! He helped me pick my colors and told me what I wanted was doable. But when I put my gave him my hands I was immediately welcomed with a previous wet towel from God knows where. (Trust I have photos too)Was wearing a long sleeve shirt and didn’t want to be rude so I just move my arm aside. He moved it back. I told him the towel was wet and he did nothing. I should of taken my hand back and walked away but I was with a friend and didn’t want to cause attention! Pushed my sleeves back and he yelled at me to stop moving. Not only once but a few times and cut me a number of times. Was super rude from that point on. All my nails are different sizes and my cuticles hurt so bad I came home and immediately washed my hands and used tea tree oil (I don’t want an infection) Also while he was doing my left hand he was putting so much pressure on my pinkie and my ring finger that it felt more like a punishment then a relaxing day getting your nails done. There is a dot on my right side index finger when I pointed it out he said “eh it happens different colors sometimes get in the dip” I’m sorry that’s not my problem! Be more hygienic with your dip! Not worth the 60 that I spent. This is my first time here and it will be my last. Will go back to plush or executive this place is trash.

This was my first time there. For their prices, which were way too high for a nail shop!! The front desk girl was quite cold and unwelcoming. She truly seemed like she did not want to be there nor did she want to be bothered. Im pretty be sure she wasnt paying attention when I picked out my color because my nails are not the same hue or close to what I picked. I wanted in and out of there fast! Also, The nail tech kept trying to convince me to get a service I explicitly said I didnt want. I dont appreciate trying to be talked into something I know I dont want. The nail tech was ok I suppose but didnt try to engage with me at all. I dont be going back there!

It was OK… Too many other nail places to compete with yes it’s nice but way overpriced and I think they’re trying to piggyback on the location with the Woodlands etc.Nothing spectacular about it… good service and the technicians were nice but again to the other places with better price and more color options etc. in the area

I am a very picky customer. This is the best set I ever have. The cuticle is perfectly cleaned and rounded, the coffin shape is perfect and they have the best mimosa. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for the best acrylic nails design around Conroe/ Magnolia area. Ask for Kevin.

This was my first time here and Nathan was great. What I liked about him that he was quick but very good. Never have my nail tech for 7 years clean up around my nails. He made sure the hang mails, and dead skin was removed as if I had manicure as well. I absolutely love my nails. I will be returning for a pedicure this week. I think I found a new nail salon.😁

I went to this place because it had good reviews and it is one of the few places that make designs. When I showed him the design he wanted, I never thought it would take 2 hours to make them and then they would charge me $ 80 for the design and length. One of the nails was not complete up to the cuticle and in my right hand the design was distorted. The length of the nail was not so long as to charge me so much. The pedicure was excellent, its something I would go back for.

We went today and had Hana and Anna. They had great attitudes and did the best nails my daughter and I have ever had. We showed them a picture and it was exactly what we asked for. My hands have honestly never looked so good and I have been getting my nails done for 25 years! Please tell these ladies thank you

My daughter, myself, and my friend made appointments a week and two days in advance. We all specified our exact services that we were wanting, and someone from the salon even called to confirm the time and services requested i specifically specified that all three of us wanted female techs. The day of the appointment, we arrived on time. The whole time we were there we were rushed like cattle, they didnt complete my friends requested services, and I did not have a female tech as requested. I was told I had to have a coffin shape nail when i requested square-round, they did a basic pedicure when that is not what any of us requested. We were being rushed because they were about to close and I do understand that , but they were aware of the services a week in advance. It could have been scheduled accordingly then. That night I had a nail break. I went the next day to have it fixed and they fixed it... only to have it cracked again before I even got home. my daughters nails all chipped and her nails have a huge gap between the bed of the cuticle and the dip... my nails have mostly all fallen off in weird pieces. I wanted to come have this fixed, but I have found a new salon. I am a long time customer of Malibu, going on 5 years, but if I am going to be rushed around and skipped on services when I am paying 300.00 for services... I will be establishing my business elsewhere.

I was able to get an appointment same day. Amy was very professional, took her time and did an AWESOME job! I love my nails/feet and will be returning.😊💅👣

I literally just paid $62 for crooked nails she didn’t give me the shape I wanted and the time before I went here all my nails started lifting within one week and none of them were the same length so upset I was so excited to go here because it’s super nice inside.

Twee and Rose did a great job. Twee did my nails and Rose did my pedicure. I’m very happy with both. They got me in and out just like I had asked. I would only recommend for Rose to give a more pressure during a massage. Other then that I love my nails!! Thank you!! 😊 I will be back.

I was pleasantly surprised by how my pedicure turned out. I can’t remember the name of the woman I saw but I will update when I return. I tend to be picky and I’m usually not happy with the results but this time I was! Beautiful color and application by my nail tech. I didn’t really feel like talking either so she let me keep to myself and relax through out the whole pedicure, just checking in a few times to make sure I was satisfied. Will be returning!

So I went to get my bday nails done and I have to say I love my nail lady Bebe. They were super busy and I could tell she was tired. They type of nails I wanted took a whole due to details and she took her time to make sure they looked good and they came out beautiful! The receptionist was so friendly and helpful as well ! I have been going to Malubu Nails and Spa for a little over a month now, and I absolutely love, love, love the aesthetics of the place! My Nail Tech is Nathan, and Nathan is FABULOUS! His work has ALWAYS been on point! Nathan has excellent professional skills, and he is quick! Prior to coming to Malibu Nails and Spa, it took my nail tech an hour or more just to finish fills for me, and still my nails werent perfect, but Thank God for Nathan!

This place is nice. However, me and my boyfriend went in together to get pedicures and they completely ignored him. Didn’t ask what pedicure he wanted, and skipped right over him when they were asking people what they wanted to drink. I also asked right when I walked in if they could do a certain design, I was told yes and then when the guy who was doing my nails asked what colors I wanted and showed him what I wanted, he told me he couldn’t do that. Walked out very disappointed and will not be returning.

Been coming here for about 5 months and have had amazing experiences EVERY TIME! Nathan and his staff are wonderful, talented and attentive! Vy gives the most amazing massages with my pedicure and Bebe gives my nails that extra attention that screams perfection. Thank you so much for the top notch service!

I have been to this location several times of which I was completely satisfied with nails and pedicure.Unfortunately this last time I had to return 2 days after to have nails redone .My nails after the redo still looked horrible!

My cuticles were cut so short I was bleeding, the top coat applied to my nails were SMOKING!!! So much that it burned the brush to the top coat and I could feel the heat on my nails! I get dip powder often and this never has happened before! Bad chemical reaction! Also the color I picked from the selection wasn’t what I got. I was looking at a pinky champagne sparkle but got a brown gold instead. It could be due to the lighting idk... but my nails are not smooth and they hurt and it’s not the color I was expecting. Pedicure was ok. She was too rough on the bottom of my feet with the pumice brick but the actually painting was good.

Ive been coming here since theyve opened and have always been treated really well here with no problem. Love the herbal pedicures they do here and our daughter was treated like a princess when she came to get her nails done.

I enjoyed the process of my pedicure. The massage and scrub were great. My tech did give me an ingrown toenail which I’m not happy about.

I have only been in the area for about 6 months. I tried several places before Malibu and once I came here I haven’t had a need to go anywhere else. They give wonderful service, designs on my nails when I ask and the best massages on my feet and legs!

Malibu is gorgeous! My nail tech JT did a beautiful job! They offer a full bar if you want to relax while you get pampered. Im trying the anti-gravity chairs next time when I get my pedicure. You have to check Malibu out!

I would love to give a huge shout out to Malibu Nails Spa Marcel Center Natalie Pham JT did such an amazing job with my nails. I am so thankful I found someone that does such a phenomenal job. I showed him exactly what I wanted and he Nailed it!!!. Malibu itself is so gorgeous inside. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. It truly was such a great experience and I cant wait to go back! :)I found my forever home to get my nails done 🙌🏼😍💕💅

They made a bad cut on my pedicure and I went back the same day and the guy there refused to fix. The way the handled the problem was very disappointing. Will never go back and do NOT recommend at all.In response to your comment on my post....I do have it right, it is your place on 1488 that I am referring.

I ended up paying $54 for very badly done nails. On their menu it says that dip is $44. When I went to pay I got charged for 2 designs, which were the coffin shape and that they wee long. Ive been to other nail salons and they never charged for shape and length. Also after a day you could see ridges on them. The only good thing is that one broke and when I went back to fix it they didnt charge. I dont know if it was because they saw how bad they were or what was the reason, because when I called to make an appointment they told me it would be $5 to fix a nail. I went here to give them a chance since they are fairly new, but I wont be going back.

This nail shop is very nice, has nice employees and nail techs , the only thing that I didnt like is that I got a gel manicure and pedicure and didnt expect for my manicure to start chipping and coming off the top already exactly 1 week after getting it done , I feel like for what i paid for i should of gotten my moneys worth

I went for dip nails and the last two times I went it cracked and chipped within 2 days! The dip usually lasts me 3 weeks and this is unacceptable. Will be trying a new nail shop!In response to the shops’s response...this is my maiden name. Yes, unfortunately the last time this happened, I went on vacation for ten days. Thank you for offering a refund...I will be in with my receipt!

Beyond disappointed with the customer service. I was super excited to try this nail place as other Malibu Nails I have been to in the past were great. We got there at 5, they finished my nails around 6. When I looked at my toes both were horribly messy with lines in them. I asked to please fix them, after her 4th attempt and around 7 oclock. She said she was finished. They still look horrible and have lines in them. At this point I would just like to be refunded as I am not happy. I called to let them know of my disappointment, and they said the do not do refunds. But offered to redo them. After I made it very clear I did not want them redone, I would just like a refund. However, a few comments below I see where they offered to give a full refund? Not happy by any means and do not plan on going back.
