I have been going to Shatiff for many years to get nails done. I also get my eyebrows waxed as well as shellac pedicures. They have many different choices for all of their services and so many colors to choose from!! Shawn and Tiffany do an amazing job keeping their salon clean and welcoming. Everyone working there is professional and kind. My daughter loves to go with me because she is treated like a little princess! Time and time again, this is my go to nail spot. I’ve had service by almost everyone in there and the work is always consistently great. From regular polish, shellac, dip, manicure and pedicures, it’s all been great(I had cut my finger the day before and the tech was so cautious not to aggravate it)

Great prices! Snow did a really great job on my thin nails! She wasn’t rough like a lot of places are. This nail salon isn’t as busy as others so they take their time with you. My pedicure felt amazing one of the best foot massages I’ve ever had!

I went here for some simple white COFFIN nails and they fail to do that. Even after I instructed the nail tech that what he was doing was wrong. All my nails look like almond and one of them look square. He tried to apply foil to my nail despite me telling him that’s not what I wanted them, then messed that up. When they applied the tip to my nail I didn’t get them cut and that was $25 more. Overall I paid $70 for one color and what was supposed to be one shape. Would never return... and when I told them how I wanted my nails he insisted I was “making his job harder”

They turned out really bad, the guy that did my nails shaped them terribly and cut me 4 times with the nail filer.they charged me extra, do nkt recomend.

Okay experience, the tech was very sweet but felt nickel and dime-ed for a mediocre mani/pedi. An old/clearly used brush was used during my pedicure. Manicure prices were not discussed upfront. Since when do you have to pay extra for the way the shape they file your nails?

It’s a no from me. First time getting my nails done was a bust. 4 of my nails have multiple bubbles. Most look like they need a few extra coats of nail polish(very see through) All of them are extremely uneven. Very disappointed and sad as I used these nails for my engagement photos.

I’ve been a regular customer here for over 4 years and I’ve *never* been disappointed! Shawn and his wife, Tiffany, are running a top-notch business with great customer service and everyone does great work! I always recommend their salon any chance I get! Tiffany does it all and I have never been disappointed she lifts and tents my eyelashes so beautifully everyone thinks they are falsies but they are all mine. The dip nails she does still look good 3 weeks later love the whole environment!!!!!!!

My sister and I came in at 635 pm to get our nails done. Amy and Jimmy worked hard on getting each of us taken care of. Jimmy did these beauties, and he was very meticulous about getting the length and thickness just right. HIGHLY recommend this business!

Best shellac I have had! My nails made it through 2 weeks of Covid, 2 weeks of work and another week of the winter storm. They looked great for 5 weeks!! One nail only broke a day before my appointment.

I’m really picky about who does my nails and how they turn out, I always make an appointment with Shawn and he never disappoints, always the perfect shape and doesn’t look too “fake” like that bump that some nail salons will leave at your nail bed. But I’ve never had an issue and always leave with what I pictured I wanted. 5 stars!! Even after I moved to tomball I still make the 40min drive to 1488 to have Shawn do my nails 😊

Make sure all staff does pedicure correctly. Customer experiences are very important especially if out of town

Horrible experience!!!! My nails have never looked this bad. I went for a full set Shellac..My nail tech had my nails all extremely uneven...when I complained (when he first started) Tina told me oh it will come out right, knowing damn well my nails looked horrible...Half were cut too short and the shape I asked for was a simple rounded tip....nope thats not even close to what I got...Tina did not try to correct it but treated me like I was the problem..needless to say, they have definitely lost a customer!!!

Steven did a phenomenal job on my powder nails! I asked him to change my previous almond shape into a coffin shape and keep my natural nails as in tact as possible. Not only did he take extra time to soak off my previous set, but he was so precise with shaping the coffin shape that they look Instagram worthy! I will never go anywhere else again.

Tina was awesome! She removed my acrylics and finished my overlay in under an hour. I will definitely be back.

I went to this place because they had good reviews. However I have been three times now and I’m so disappointed, I gave them so many chances and every time they were rude and messed up my nails or made me bleed. Today I was in the middle of getting my nails done when I was forced to get up and move somewhere else because another lady wanted to sit there. This place is rude, unprofessional and I will never return or recommend them to anyone when there are places in Conroe that actually care about their customers

This place was literally the best mail salon Ive been to! They did such a great job on my nails and I love them. I had a lady named Snow do my nails and she was super nice and positive the entire time. She also was havent and helped me with whatever I needed. Overall I love this nail salon and will for sure be coming back!

My nails were beautiful and perfect for the first two days.. but by the third day they had cracks through almost all of them... they were super thin and i was not at all rough on them. My ring finger was the only one that i hit by accident on my desk (barely) and it broke my real nail underneath and started bleeding. I hadnt had nails on for three months before this and they werent thin. Anyways my ring finger that i hit cracked and started bleeding.. along with my pinkie. Ive never had this happen before and this place had such good reviews that i had my high hopes. I ended up clipping all of them down to my fingertips and gluing the cracks with nail glue Ive had then for 6 days now and Im going to get them off at my usual nail place.. i was trying a new place and now i know.

Today was my third time going here to get my nails done and I absolutely love this place. I have gotten 3 dips and 2 basic pedis and they have come out excellent! The staff is so sweet and nice too! I have gotten 3 different people and they were all great in their services!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The price is very affordable. I got my nails done in the almond shape and I have always had trouble with finding a place that can do it without it having to be very long since I do a lot of typing at work, but Victoria did an amazing job of keeping it short an well shaped. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

First time I went they did a good job. Second time was s different tech. $90 and they were awful. I went back to give them a chance to make good with the work but they did a really cheap fix and my nails were no where near the picture I had shown them. I won’t be back. The owner knew I wasn’t happy but did NOTHING

Im not a girly girl and rarely have time to get pampered. My experience was so good they made me want to make this a more frequent appointment. I showed them a picture of what I was looking for and they recreated it almost exactly like the picture. Even though they had closed their doors, the technician took his time and did not rush me out. He was very thorough and made sure I received exactly what I requested. I will definitely be returning.

Friendly but VERY pricey. I paid 50 dollars for a very simple design when the person in front of me payed cheaper than that for acrylic nails, which I didn’t get, just the design. Also, I called the place before hand and asked how much it would be and they said 25 and then charged me 50. I feel ripped off and definitely won’t return. Also they messed up the simple design and I’m disappointed.

Very clean but I went there for the first time last week with my wife and her nails are to thick and are already lifting. The wax was way to hot on my eyebrows and made a red spot . We just moved here and we thought this place had good ratings but we’re a bit disappointed. My wife is going to call them to get her nails redone. Hopefully they honor their work and fix her nails because they look bad.

Do not get your eyebrows done here. I went in with beautiful, full eyebrows and left in tears. She made my eyebrows SO thin after I clearly requested to just have them cleaned up. I should have known something was wrong when she put wax on the top of my eyebrow and the bottom of my eyebrow at the same time. I guess she was in a rush. She RUINED my eyebrows and now I am very insecure and self conscious about them all because of her careless service provided. I never had to draw on my eyebrows before and now I do. I had to purchase makeup to fix the problem she created. I am just hoping they grow back the same.

ShaTiff is amazing. I have always bounced around from different nail salons and techs but this place made me loyal!! Lim and Tina are fantastic, Lim works magic on my ingrown toenails and Tina has given me the best dip powder manicures that I could have imagined!! Perfect nails every single time!I walked-in on a Sunday afternoon and was told it would be quite a wait. (45 minutes) Since i had been there before a couple times and always had such a great experience I waited it out. Well worth it :-)My mani came out incredible and short ! (Just the way i Like it) Shawn had no problem adjusting the length.My pedi was also satisfactory. I decided to get a brow wax as well and it went smoothly . Everyone was friendly & service was great, but my nails were already popping off before a week of having them. i don’t mind paying $$$ for great nails but i paid $55 not including the tip for mine and didn’t have them for a full two weeks, let along a FULL week.

Worst nail experience Iv ever had . My nails broke and the paint came off the first day. A powder set isn’t suppose to be flimsy. The lady also knicked my finger several times making me bleed . If I could give ZERO stars I would .

I moved to this area some months ago was looking for a new nail tech close to me. I thought Id found him until he, Shawn overly charged me $125 for a full set of chrome nails with 2 bling nails. RIP OFF!!!It was obsured, Ive never in my life paid over $70 for this set. No nail set is worth paying $125.I will stick to my previous nail tech no matter shes a little farther away from me, but its now worth the drive.
