We came to switch providers during the Sprint/T-Mobile merge (former Sprint customers). We tried T-mobile first, but the process was coming off as difficult with them (like it always was with Sprint). We decided to give Verizon a shot, as we always heard they were reliable. Everything went as smooth as it possibly could. Erik was our rep, and he was very informative & helpful. Were used to Phone services being an all-day affair, but we were done in about an hour & half (including the data transfer). Hands down, the best service weve received from a cell provider.

On Friday, June 24th, my husband and I came to the store to upgrade our tablet. We were blessed to have gotten Andrew to work with us on our transaction. We had several issues and after literally 3 hours spent on the phone with Customer Service, we were able to resolve our issue. During the entire process, Andrew exemplified quality Customer Service. He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us resolve our issues. I highly recommend Andrew and the Wireless Zone.

Been with Verizon for a very long time. Was with GTE Mobilnet when Verizon came in. Always great service, on phone and in store. The staff very knowledgeable, professional, patient and friendly. Next ever had bad experience with Verizon. Cannot thank them or praise them enough for their service.

I purchased a phone at this location, it was explained to me that if I purchased the liquid screen protector and an incident occurs that the screen breaks, the manufacturer will pay to have it fixed. This is just one more bait and switch tactic used by the phone companies to absorb as much money from its customers as possible...Verizons word is garbage, and it comes down to the KIDS that run stores word. I would not use this location...

It was wonderful the young man that helped us did a great job and took care of all of ours needs. EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE !! NOT PROFESSIONAL...AT ALL! I called there 1st to ask info on buying a tablet online. Wasnt told there were diff types. Which there are and un experienced guy tells me as long as it says it is LTE, that it will be fine. Not the case. Diff types of service i.e. CDMA vs. GSM. Now I am aware but I initially called Wireless Zone for that particular info...which I did not get. So I buy tablet online. Turns out to be wrong service. I wanted to put my wifes & my phones on service as well ...great customer huh? After receiving my tablet in mail that I purchased online, I travel to their store which is not owned by Verizon yet they only have Verizon signs. No where do they have a Wireless Zone sign anywhere. They come across as a Verizon store. The guy wants us to pick out 2 5G phones. We did. After which I wanted to make sure the tablet was good to go but he says he had to turn the phones on 1st to be able to turn on tablet. Ok. Then...he finds out that Verizon service doesnt cover my type of tablet, which I need for work and already gave back the rental one from my company. It was a Saturday and I tell him well if you cant use tablet then I dont want anything. He says he cant do anything about it and to talk to someone on Monday there. He also offered me to buy one of their tablets at 3xs what I paid. I was so upset. I read they had a 14 day return policy. So Monday I go back, return phones and cancel everything. Which Wireless Zone charges me a HEFTY RE-STOCKING FEE !!!And would not give me my IMEI numbers off phones which I needed to get service at T Mobile. Also I later found out the phones 5G which they did give us were outdated and within 2 months from initially getting them they would no longer work with Verizon. Yeah nice people huh? And I paid for 1st months service with Verizon initially through Wireless Zone which now is on my credit report as an unpaid account in collections. I particularly want to blast an employee there named Shayan (middle eastern guy) who PURPOSELY MADE THIS DIFFICULT !! Absolutely NO ONE at Wireless Zone cared, or took responsibility for THEIR mistakes. They are shady business people there. BEWARE. Go somewhere else and have any wireless service company or an affiliate install an active card in your device FIRST...before signing anything. Which T-Mobile did 1st. Very happy at T Mobile ! And yet ..still after 8 months after dealing with Wireless Zone the 1st month service, which I paid Wireless Zone for/on behalf of Verizon...is now ON MY CREDIT ? They ought to rename that place Rip-off Zone or Brainless Zone !! I feel like they were and still are torturing me. They must be offering money for some of the good reviews. Worst Ive EVER been treated by ANYONE anywhere !!!!!

Ussually I dread having to go to the phone store, but Andrew was amazing. My husbands phone completely broke, Andrew knew what he was doing and quickly set us up with a new affordable phone and even stayed open past closing to help us get and setup the new phone.

EXCELLENT customer service! Much better than Verizon corporate store. They value their customers and take care of them. Shayan assisted me getting a new phone. He is very professional and knowledgeable, and helped me get everything set up and all my info transferred from my old phone to my new one before I left the store.

Be sure you read your paper work very carefully before they enter it. Do not trust what they say your paper work says. The first bill I ended up with a 800 dollar bill because they did the paper work wrong so I had to go back up there so they could fix it with the corporate office and now a year later trying to pay off one of the phones so I can disconnect the line I will lose a 300 dollar credit I have from a trade in because they put it on the wrong phone because they said it wouldnt matter what phone the credit was put on even though I wanted it on my line. So now I either pay the full amount due and lose the credit or keep the line active for another year and nothing can be done because they just put it where ever.

Erik was phenomenal. Probably the best experience I have had while upgrading my phone. Erik was incredibly knowledgeable and switched me into an S20 seamlessly. Next time I need a phone I will stop to see Erik.

Michael and his staff have consistently exceeded our expectations. The first time we met Michael around one year ago they looked at our billing and found a less expensive plan. Early this month we upgraded our phones and when I went in today to get some technical help, Michael looked at our data usage and suggested a lower data plan that saves me $70 a month. My daughter came here and they also saved her money on her billing. Everyone here gets our highest recommendation for product knowledge, friendliness and customer care.

I was visiting a family member that lives in Texas when my phone started acting up, my family member tried helping me with the problem but couldnt get it figured out I decided to call the closest store and see if hopefully someone could help fix my phone when I called in a man named Justin answered I explained the problem and he tried to walk me through steps to help hopefully fix the problem ok let just say I am definitely not a phone or computer technician and I unfortunately needed more help so Justin asked if I had time to come in to store so we could get phone working again I said I would be in later that day, When I arrived later in day I was greeted by a man named Andrew I explained that Justin had been helping me and had told me to stop by at that time unfortunately Justin was not available so Andrew said if I was ok with it he would be willing to assist me to make a long store short he fixed my phone I an home now and have not had a problem thanks to both of them for taking the time and being so nice if ever have problems with phone again when visiting will definitely go to them for help.
