DJ (the owner) is very understanding, personable, and kind! The equipment is very clean and well taken care of. You get access to the gym 24/7 and DJ is very prompt when/if issues arise. She freely gave me advice and showed me how to achieve the results I wanted.

The owner is super kind and motivational. Working with her has been nothing short of a blessing. I am looking forward to my weight loss journey, and am so excited to be a part of this gym. I find it quite disgusting that the owner replies to every negative review rudely. And by rudely I mean by being nice nasty. Its obvious!Im shocked that the owner doesnt respond with appreciation on the positive reviews, but yet carry on like an 8 year old on the negativesI just recently moved from Ga and is looking for a gym nearby. I went down the list on Google, and like MOST people, I began reading the reviews. I always check for patterns in negative reviews. Then I wonder...If sooooo many people are complaining about the same issues there must be truth to them.The owner definitely lack customer service skills the rebuttals are unnecessary especially with the condescending tone. I hate to leave such a negative review without actually experiencing it myself, but the responses made me look elsewhere. Update: After posting review, I did receive a call from the gym. So, I changed my review from 1 star to 3. She was really nice and actually has taken down the photos from Google of the muscle cars and irrelevant content. Unfortunately, after talking to her, it is clear that this is not the gym for me. I need a place to go and do my workout, individually. I dont need or want to schedule my workout and I need equipment that I can manage myself - Nautilus style and free weights, not the weight lifter style machines where you have to add and remove weights each time. Im looking for overall health, strength and fitness - not to achieve a over muscled body-builders physique. But if you are a body builder, this gym might be for you.Heres original post.I couldnt really tell you about the gym, since I left a message 3 days ago and no one returned my call. My gym (Anytime Fitness) closed after many years and there was a sign outside for Yes Fitness. I called and left a message - when no one answered, I decided to check Yes Fitness out for myself, online. Judging on the photos they have posted for their website - this is NOT THE PLACE FOR ME!!! First - it seems that their biggest focus is on their expensive, fancy muscle cars - photos of custom corvettes and custom trailers. Photos of very buff guys and girls in macho ego poses, but only one single photo of the actual gym. I want a gym that is focused on fitness (not being buff, macho and egocentric, just simple fitness) and not on silly photos of their macho fancy muscle cars. Dont get me wrong - we have a Dodge Hellcat - we love muscle cars. But this is a GYM, not a car show.... Definitely looking elsewhere for a new gym...

Don’t get a membership there because it doesn’t offer much equipment at all, what they do offer needs a lot of maintenance and it’s really difficult to cancel. Took me a week, 3 emails and a phone call just to get a response. Then they waited a few days to process the cancellation so they can say it wasn’t canceled within 30 days of payment so they can charge me again. Bad customer service, the woman who runs the place is very rude. They have a bad reputation in my neighborhood. Go somewhere else.

Joined a couple of weeks ago and let me tell you, I love this place! I have been looking for a gym like this all my life! I love that its not crowded, I come and go with my own door code and no one bothers me. No front desk people harassing me for my card, no training sales people bothering me in the middle of my workout. Oh yeah, they dont have all those Instagram trainer/models getting in the way of the equipment camped out on their phones. Seems like the members are there to work out and carry on with their day. They keep their gym clean too!

Rude as hell! The lady at the desk really needs to work on her customer service skills. Mask arent required. We were thinking of finding a new and closer gym. When we asked about pricing, she wanted us to enter our information into her iPad. When we refused, she said You dont want to enter youre information? Bye. Then turned her back on us and walked away. What kind of customer service is that!?!? You shouldnt need our information just to get pricing. The 24hr aspect really caught our attention and we considered it, but if refusing to give you our name and email address is a deal breaker....then whatever. Your loss, not ours. Well just keep making that drive to our current gym!

My girlfriend and I have been a member of this gym for a year and I can’t say enough good things about them. We had some minor billing issues but when contacted, yes fitness took care of the issue promptly and accordingly. The gym fits all needs and the people that run it are a good solid group. I would recommend this gym to anyone going forward.

The price is great and the employees friendly. they also keep their facility clean...but cancellation LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT CANCELLATION. Has to be by certified mail only with cancellation fees with less than a year going to the gym even though it isnt a contract and your next month of fees too so by certified mail which takes a while you can guarantee you will be paying that as well, what is the point of an app then? Once you decide to leave the gym you have to jump through some pea sized hoops it seems. Also, what is the application fee for when its all automated and done by the client, there is no work being done by your employees so is this some sort of convenience fee??

If I could give this place negative stars I would. This place is absolutely pathetic. The fact that they even consider themselves a gym or a business is actually funny. DJ, the owner or management if thats what you want to call her, should not even be involved in this. She is no business owner or manager. In my interactions with her she acted like a child who is desperate to take money from customers instead of sort out issues and keep customers happy. When leaving a gym you also cant cancel in person? You need a certified letter?? Am I resigning from presidency? Im leaving a hole in the wall garbage gym. All in all. If I could give NO! FITNESS negative stars I would without hesitation. The amount of unprofessionalism involved and lack of customer support is unreal. Save up a little extra money and save yourself the stress and go to another gym!!!Quick side note. This isnt a fake profile go on ahead and look me up. This place is awesome! Love the colors, so sick of the gyms with black and white. Love how easy it is to get in and out of too, bonus is I can see my car since its in a corner spot with all glass facing the parking lot. Now my car wont get broken into like it did at Fitness Connection. Yall gotta check this place out.

I drive here all the way from Atascocita 3 days out of the week and love it. It’s brand new, the owners are amazing and it’s not overwhelming and packed like most gyms. Not to mention some of the trainers here are beyond amazing. James & Courtney are thee best trainers I have ever come across and if your looking to loss weight, get in shape or just be a healthier you definitely hit them up I guarantee you will see results if u follow their expertise.

After breaking my ankle and small leg bone, l was fearful to walk on uneven services and to be outdoors. I am older in my 60s and l thought that is the way it would be the rest of my life. However, my trainer, DJ Neal has given me a new lease on life. I have more energy to do my daily housework and outside activities. I feel like a new person.

So here is my review on Yes Fitmess. When I signed up for this gym the representative stated the if I were to cancel that they prefer that you try to give 30 days notice so that you don’t get inadvertently billed for another month because it is more difficult to process a refund. When it actually came time to cancel I walked into the facility 30 + days prior to my next billing and attempted to cancel my contract that is when I was told that the only way to cancel is to mail them a CERTIFIED letter. What out of date, backwards way to inconvenience your clients. So I did do this but because it arrived within 30 days they charged me for the extra month. Trying to work with DJ on this is useless. She is more interested in a few dollars rather than having good customer service. I then filed a dispute with my credit card company and we tried to talk it out over a 3 way phone call but all DJ did was talk over me and would not listen anything I had to say. So rather than get upset and argue I felt it best to just end the call. Then DJ saw it necessary to directly text message me to get in the last word and she takes no responsibility for her employees. So outside of being unprofessional she acts like a scolded child if a bad review is given. If you really look she claims that almost all bad reviews have never been clients. REALLY?! Take a look at several of the 5 star reviews, NOTHING IS SAID. Are they really clients? To the gym itself. Small, very limited, outdated equipment. Then there were a couple times in which I went to the gym to workout and could not access the gym because my code did not work and there is no way to contact anyone when you have issues. In all I would say that there are far superior gyms in the area that cost less. Don’t get caught up in this scam of a “fitness” gym and go to one of the other facilities, you will be happier in the long run. I WAS an actual member. Key word WAS! I know that DJ will say this is because I did not get what I want but it is not that. It is just the unprofessional way that she handled the situation. I was the one who told my credit card company to end the dispute and let he have the funds because it was not worth it to me to have to deal with DJ or the situation any longer. With this it is time to move on.To respond some of the points that DJ brought up in her response, I did bring my wife in on a Sunday and then I did pay you for a partial month membership so if you want to make a point you may want to put a full picture out there. Also, there is nothing and no way to contact anyone when there is an issue with access to the gym. This was also stated by one of the other unsatisfied customers. Oh that’s right they were never a real customer. Also, the machines are old and outdated. For you to point out that free weights are not outdated, thank you Captain Obvious. Also, please try to be professional and stop trying to deflect everything by blaming the customer. How about you attempt to take some of the criticism and make positive changes but from what I have seen in your responses and read in your response to me you are the person who feels they are never wrong and cannot accept any criticism of any kind. That does not bode well for the future of your business. I truly wish you the best.

I would NOT recommend this gym to anyone. Nothing but issues with them on billing, and contracts. There is never a sole in the place, and the code to get in fails and there is no on there to let you back in.Also dont get fooled by the 5 star reviews, they rest are 1 star and read what people have to say.

There was an issue with their mail delivery making it difficult to cancel my membership but D. J. came to my rescue and took care of it all for me, very grateful. If I ever do decide to use a gym again, this would be my first choice.

Let me start with the good things about YES Fitness. Their facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly, and Ive heard from other members that their personalt training is high quality. Really, I have no problems with the gym itself.My problems, and they are significant, concern how the gym is managed and run. Firstly, they seem to move around and/or renovate the gym fairly frequently. Ive been a member for 7-8 months, and the first month of that time I couldnt access the gym because of construction. They were happy to take my membership fees regardless, and repeatedly told me they thought theyd be open before they actually were. Credit where credits due, they did waive the sign-up fee when I joined, but its still pretty unethical to take my money (2 months worth) before the gym was even open for business. I was subsequently offered 2 free months as compensation by the owner, which I never recieved.On to the fees. Although I did not personally pay a sign up fee, its normally $99. For what, exactly? I signed up for the app (which is required for membership). I entered my information into the system. What added difficulty justifies such a fee? The price per month ($30) is reasonable; its a fair enough price for the space allotted. But there are other fees as well that arent advertised. Theres a yearly maintenance fee of $65, a proccessing fee when you sign up (separate from the signup fee), and that brings us neatly to the cancellation proccess.Im currently in the proccess of cancelling my membership. If you try to cancel within the first 12 months, you pay a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 30 days of a monthly payment, that payment still goes through. So itll cost you $80 to cancel your membership, but thats not the worst part. The worst part is that you must cancel by certified mail. Not regular mail, CERTIFIED mail. The kind that costs extra at the post office. The kind that most people wont think to get if they dont read the Membership Agreement carefully. You cannot remove yourself from the app (I tried). You cannot walk into the gym and cancel in person (I tried). You must write a letter, and send it via certified mail to Fast Fitness. Not YES Fitness, mind you. Not their current address. An address specified in the Membership Agreement, from whats presumably a parent or previous company.Buyer Beware. YES Fitness looks like a clean and conveniently located gym, because it is. But they will make offers they dont plan on keeping. They will nickel and dime you with the worst of them. They will put you through a needlessly convoluted cancellation proccess if you attempt to leave. It looks like a good deal, but it is not. Take your money elsewhere.
