Great place I like during the summer it when gym is quite hot I feel like I get a good workout but during the winter it’s super cold wish they could provide a heater inside

Gym owners are super nice they provide towels keep area clean but I do believe a heater is needed the cold kills my workout vibe 😕.

Very clean with any and every type of workout equipment you could think of. Provides the ability for diverse workout programs. Loved it

I dont visit here, however the business is close to my house. Not a problem except the times when people blow the local speed limit laws. Still, I have heard good things about place.

I was recommended this gym by some family that have memberships there. The best gym in the area hands down! It’s not your pretty princess a/c gym, it’s a gym for people who want to put Work in and out out.

Initially, I rated this facility 4 stars. My opinion worsened as time went on. Bathrooms and water fountains are regularly out of order, towels are rarely available, there is no AC (brutal toward the end of my membership, which was in the dead of summer) and the owners seldom pick up the phone to address their numerous facility issues.

This gym is not for the weekend warrior! There is no AC so you are going to sweat! It literally has all the equipment you need to become the best you possible! I dont know what the guy was talking about it being in a shady area! I have been a member for over a year and have never had a problem and the equipment is not in disrepair it is older but I have lost close to 80 pounds and added a ton of muscle! I currently sit at 240 at 8percent body fat! I bench 450, squat 650 and deadlift 700! I did all this in this run down gym! So if you are looking for a commercial gym with pretty equipment go to a commercial gym! If you like big weights, loud music and dont mind sweating this is the place to be!!!!

This isnt a gym that looks pretty. This is a gym where you get the work out in. Ive been lifting weights for 4 years now and this gym definitely has all the bells and whistles you need to get a FULL PUMP. Its even got some punching bags and gloves to go with it. This gym provides towels too! You can change the radio to listen to what you want and its loud enough to hear over the whole place. & they are continually adding equipment and room. The other gymrats are very helpful and friendly. This is my favorite spot in all of Conroe.
