So very happy with the service I received from Chris. I was unfamiliar with the Apple product I was bringing in to have repaired. He looked up the product and explain to me the year make and model then showed me what Apple has come out with since. He showed me a price comparison of what it would be used what it would be new if I replace the product he then gave me his estimate. After discussing with him and getting his expert opinion I decided to have him repair my device. He made a repair to the LCD or something of that nature, and now my device works perfectly! Amazing service! I was referred by another repair shop after more than a dozen places were unable to repair my broken cell phone screen. The few places that were willing to try charged more than the phone was worth. Repair Mob did it quickly, and did a great job. This is the second time Ive brought my phone in to be fixed, and both times I was very pleased! One of my favorite things about this place both times was the honesty the workers displayed. They fixed my phone for a remarkably low price; I feel confident that they wont charge me more than they should. They also seem extremely knowledgeable and are very helpful.The location could be a little bit cleaner/more organized, but I wont hold that against them. I will definitely always bring my electronics here to be fixed. (:

He got a new part for my phone and had it fixed for me in only a couple days, and even quoted me beforehand for the parts and labor (and it was the actual price I paid!!) and after learning of his policy of No fix, no pay hes given my the impression that his shop is the only fair one around. Will never be going anywhere else. If your electronic device is on the fritz I highly recommend going to The Repair Mob!

If I could zero star this place I would. DO NOT bring a damaged laptop here. They rarely answer the phone, refuse to return messages and they give you the same update when you actually do speak with someone, and promise to call you back today or tomorrow which doesnt happen. After two months I ended up driving up to the location and demanding they give me my laptop back. Absolute waste of time. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever dealt with.

My husband was having problems with the display on his three year old laptop. The manufacturer and the geek squad told him it was a throw away and just buy a new one. He took it to The Repair Mob on the 1488 close to Old Conroe Road. He explained the problem and was told they would look at it for no charge and determine the feasibility of repairing. After running several diagnostic tests, they determined they had to replace the LCD screen,which they had in stock, did the repair for a reasonable cost and gave him a guarantee for six months. The owner really knows his stuff! I discovered in a conversation with him that he had previously worked for AT&T. While this experience doesnt necessarily make him an AT&T insider I believe this does give him greater insight that he can apply to the tougher problems.I brought him a very weird problem involving my inability to conduct Reverse Bluetooth Tethering on my AT&T S8. I will spare you the details but the owner expended much more effort toward resolving my problem than I feel like I paid for.As a bonus he patently explained to me all of the technical concerns that caused my problem to emerge in the first place. I deeply appreciated this new understanding.I will definitely be back the next time I have any mobile phone problems.

I first went to the Repair Mob off Sawdust in north Spring area. Its unfortunate that it closed since its so close to my house, but they did such an outstanding job that Im more than willing to drive the each 15 minutes or so to hit up the original location in Conroe. The staff is friendly. The quality of the work is excellent. The price is spectacular. Im a faithful customer and would highly recommend to others. I think its better to repair than replace, especially when youre dealing with expensive Apple products.

I had a great first time experience here! I would for sure recommend this place to my friends, family, or anyone!My iPhones 6s Plus display screen was completely unusable after being exposed to water, so I took it here to see what could be done. After checking it out, they gave me options. I could either claim it on insurance, or I could have them repair the screen and other things that needed to be fixed but at a much higher price. After reviewing the pros and cons of both and taking the amount of damage the phone had, the tech was honest and told me that the better option was to claim it through insurance.My only problem was that I had a huge test in the next 2 days to study for, and all my notes were on that phone. I mentioned this to the tech and he was kind enough to let me BORROW a screen while I was there so that I may transfer all my notes, backup my iPhone to the iCloud, and text important people that my phone was broken. This was a serious help!Also, while I waited for them to switch screens, I looked at the merchandise they had up for sale. The prices seemed very low!These guys have awesome customer service, low prices, and are honest people!:) Like I said, I would recommend these people to anyone.

After thinking that my old Samsung III needed a battery, I called the Spring location and spoke with Alex. He eagerly called the Bridlewood location and said that there was one there available for me. I quickly drove to that location and met with Chris. After inserting the battery, my phone was still malfunctioning. Chris determined that my power button was broken. He explained it could not be repaired: however, he could fix it in a way that I could still use my phone. I agreed and he said no charge!I did not need a new battery at all. Chris is friendly, honest and super smart! Im sure my old phone will need another repair in the near future.Im so glad I found these guys to help me out!

Where would I be without the Repair Mob? I have a stack of laptops that I use for my business, and when I have problems with any of them, this is where I go. Dependable phone repair mob.

I dropped my phone from the hood of my car going 40 mph. I dropped it in water. Its hit the floor at least a dozen times. Amazingly it still worked but the screen was shattered, the side was dented making it difficult to use the buttons. I thought it was trashed but I took it to Nathan who fixed it the same day, at a great price and it looks brand new. Unbelievable!!! Thanks so much!!

I would give no stars if I could. I brought in my phone just past Hurricance Harvey week. I am not sure if the shop was run by temps or students who dont have experience. The guy Chris as he told his name was, just did not have any technical knowledge. He first says probably not doable. Then I told if he can try to see if the issue was battery, so he goes leave it and go and I will run diagnostics. He does not give me a receipt or a ticket for it.....I went all the way back and asked for one (I had noticed this when I got home).......he goes you dont need a ticket, I said in that case, I will take my device then, he goes wait, heres your ticket......check back in 24 to 48 hrs........I called probably 15 times......same reply.......its not ready, still running diagnostics......so I drive there eventually, he said the same thing !! I said give me my phone back .....And I am done doing repairs here.....he brings it back and returns the phone without one of the little micro screws in the back.......I point it out and ask him.......he says it was not there when you originally gave it..........I said not the case......., he says......What do you still want..........I turned and walked away........absolutely horrendous experience

I went there approx two years ago (yea it took me awhile to write a review) to get my iphone 6s + screen fixed. They were really kind and after I went to pick it up I was about $30 (only had cash) short of the fix. Thankfully they covered my $30 and not only that but they left my Iphone in its original condition.

Dude, let me say I went to 5 stores trying to get someone to fix my 7th gen iPad 170 bucks new. I was told by 4 of them throw it away it will cost more to fix than its worth. The guy who helped me saw the despair on my face, I didnt have the money. I felt like that little girl in the Normand Rockwell painting bringing my broken doll to the cobbler. He said, let me have a look and see what I can do. He opened the case and filed down the broken aluminum power button, and put it all back together for get this... 20 bucks. This guy is my hero.
