Ive been charging my phone with my wireless charger for quite some time. The charging port on my phone wasnt working. I was too lazy to try and go get it fixed. I finally broke down today and stopped in to have it looked it. I was greeted immediately, he looked at my phone and knew right away what was causing the trouble. 3 minutes later he showed me what was wrong with it. Expecting to hear how much this would set me back, he showed me a piece of lint/string. Amazing! Before rushing out and getting a new phone because it isnt working, stop in here and have them take a look. Super happy with the great service!

Great place. They fixed my phone in 2 minutes for no charge. They could have easily charged me $50 or $100 but they didnt. Ill absolutely go back.

These guys are Outstanding! It was a late Saturday morning. I was from out of town and my broken screen naturally wasnt allowing me to use the phone correctly. I was recommended by a local to come here. I was already told by my provider that my phone was discontinued, so I was worried this place wouldnt be able to fix it. The man didnt flinch! Unfortunately, he didnt have the replacement screen in stock, but could have one by that Monday. I admitted to him that I was from out of town, I didnt know where else to go, but knew I wasnt yet able to get another phone. So, he suggested I could try two other local locations, just in case they may have it. During me talking too much..😅, I even mentioned that I was parked in a parking lot behind them, due to hauling a trailer. That actually helped! Another tech in the back, was able to stop me from leaving, cause he found the screen I needed! They even did it that day! It was a Stress Relief, to be able to use my phone again! Great place to get your phone repaired. My phone went completely blank and when I arrived they had it for about 10 seconds bon the back and I heard it power up. They examined to me how to reboot the battery connection. Awwsome place

Without even looking at my phone I was told by 2 “big” companies that there was nothing they could do for me. These guys said they would look at my phone and see if there was something they could do. He found a way to save my data! My problem was important to them. They cared when others wouldn’t and that means a lot!

I went in for an LCD and iPhone screen replacement on my IPhone XR and they were super nice and reasonable. They even threw In a free case and screen protector for me!!:) definitely recommend this place!!!

I work in a pretty dusty environment and didnt have a case that covers the aux port or the charging port so a lot of dust got in both of them and clogged them to the point of not working it. Brought the phone in and the cleaned out both and in 10 minutes my phone worked like new. Fast and friendly service!

These are the best people to send your device to.This place is grate- they were quick on the phone and knowledgeable about their craft they listen to my problem looked at my device and and gave me an honest estimate about my repair and my alternatives - I decided a replacement would be cheaper than a repair but they were still amazing with customer service and even going so far as helping me find a replacement and giving me tips on what I could do with the broken one so I dont totally lose out on the device.I think this place is truly amazing and I am saving them for the next time I need a repair on any gizmos or gadgets, computers or phones Id trust them to give me the best option!

So I dropped my phone yesterday (after dropping it 20 times before with no breaks) and cracked the screen to where I couldnt use the phone. Everyone else I called said they would have to order the screen and it could take a few days. But Gadget MD was able to order the screen for my phone and had it delivered to and had my phone fixed in under an hour.Only time will tell how well the job was done,but im an hour in and so far so good.

I wouldve given zero stars but it was not an option. They charged us over $300.00 to repair the screen on a $700.00, 6 month old iphone 11 that was otherwise working perfectly fine. When the phone was repaired it wouldnt stay on longer than 3 minutes at a time, kept shutting off. We took the phone back the very next day and were given $100 back and a loaner phone which was refurbished and didnt work well at all. The home button kept sticking. Took the loaner phone back, they gave us $80.00 back and kept both phones. They are thieves as far as Im concerned and we were robbed! Now were out money and no phone. Will never use orrecommend Gadget MD ever again!

I took my phone in for an issue with the earpiece due to a bad repair from another store not only did they repair that but they also took care of an issue with my Taptic engine and replaced it at no extra cost! Took my iPad in to replace the screen a few months ago. Had it replaced the next day for a reasonable price. Went back today with an issue with the charging port, they repaired it in a matter of minutes for free (not related to the screen), and were extremely friendly. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’ve been here three times in the last year for phone issues and they’ve been so helpful. Their prices are extremely fair and they stick to their new screen warrenties! I got 3 new screens only paying for one! 10/10 recommend.

Whatever you do, find another place to get any type of phone repair! Paid $165.00 on Wednesday for a screen and got a protector and a case from them. Less than 24hrs later guess what, the screen is oozing and the Owner- Manager said give me another $100.00 to fix it! Ridiculous. Never trust this store. Lies about a 90 day warranty, but cant seem to honor it 24hrs after purchase. Wish I could give them zero stars!

Brought my phone in because the charging port was clogged. Had it fixed in less than 2 minutes, and pricing is very reasonable!

These guys have replaced a screen on my iPad and iPhone in the past and did excellent, fast work, so naturally I came here when my phone wouldn’t charge. I had made several attempts to clean the charging port but to no avail so I assumed my charging port was broken. They were able to clean the charging port better than I could (a stubborn piece of lint) and gave my phone back in just a few minutes and didn’t charge me anything. This shop does great work and I will use them any time I need gadget repair.

I had a terrific experience for the repair of my older ipad pro (2nd gen) at this shop. A lighting cable broke off inside the charging port and I didnt have the confidence to attempt a DIY repair. Not only did they attend to the repair immediately, ready to return the ipad to me in less than half an hour, but they were exceptionally professional throughout the process. I utilized the curbside service for both drop off and pickup and appreciated that my technician wore a mask while receiving and returning my ipad to me. As someone who is caregiving to a chemotherapy patient, I cant stress enough how appreciative I was for this technicians thoughtfulness. I will absolutely return to Gadget MD on W Davis for any services I may need in the future.

I brought my Samsung Galaxy S9 phone in to Gadget MD to get the screen fixed. I had dropped my phone 2 years ago, a month into buying the phone and hadnt gone to get it fixed. It was cracked pretty badly (basically chipped) from the top right and bottom left and had a crack from the bottom right to mid left of the screen. I had talked to someone on the phone and he told me the price was $250 to fix the screen which seemed about the price that it costs to fix a screen. I went to the store and Holden was very polite and confirmed the price for me. They got it done in an hour which is pretty quick. I went to pick it up and with tax (8.25%) paid $270.63. Im very satisfied with the screen and it works like a brand new phone! I highly recommend you come in to get your phone fixed!

I took my iPhone into GadgetMD to get my screen replaced due to the sign claiming it would be fixed in 30 minutes. Didn’t get my phone back til 4/5 hours later. On Top of that my battery now has issues and my screen you can tell is aftermarket not an original part because the screen has a blue hue to it. I have checked the settings and I’m very tech savvy so I know it’s a cheap screen for a low price of 227.33. GREAT PLACE. I’m going to just buy me a new phone. 🙃🙃🙃 P.S. : My Face ID no longer works.

Came in a few months ago because my sons iPad wouldn’t charge, they said it needed a charging port and he drew a line with his finger around the bottom saying it’s over $100 not including tax because we have to replace this whole piece. My son was so upset because everything he had was on that iPad and I looked at the guy and said that’s really expensive would it be cheaper for me to buy the part and pay for the repair ? He told me no because the part was the most expensive part of the price. I decided we may as well just get anotherCome to find out I bought the piece on amazon for $6 and took the screen off myself and it was seriously just unplug this part and plug the new part in. That is absolutely crazy to charge people that much for something so quick and simple and has forever turned me away from using them.

Took my sons amazon kids fire hd 8 tablet in due to the charging port no longer working. They were nice enough to tell me the market price to replace it vs the price they charge to repair it. Fast turn around time and my sons tablet is now charging again!

Im a guy, so I always carry my phone in my pocket, which means the charging port constantly gets clogged with lint. I done the whole toothpick and paper clip routine to dig the lint out, but it never worked very well. I even took my phone to Verizon, but that was a waste of time. None of my charging cables would stay locked in place on the phone and it was getting REALLY hard to keep my phone charged. So, after hearing about this place on a radio commercial, I stopped by and asked if they could fix it. The guy said, No problem, and he took my phone in the back and 5 minutes later they had it fixed for a reasonable price. Now my phone charging port works like new and all charging cables securely lock into place with no problems. Id definitely recommend these guys to others! A+++

The young men at the Conroe Gadget MD were great! I like to think that I’m good with computers. However, it’s some of the new details that I don’t really pay attention to. I needed a screen repair for my iPad but had lots of questions. I guess I went in there 6+ times, often with small requests for help. How do I put this case on? What do I need to ....? They were kind, helpful, and patient with me! I felt comfortable asking; they didn’t laugh or hint that I was a crazy old lady! 😀😀🤪🤪 I highly recommend them! It’s a small store with a few employees. Add in the backlog from COVID, you may not get immediate repairs, but it won’t be long, maybe the next day. Go by for your computer needs.

Charging port in phone went out. As per Lisa Christie of 99.7 (KSTAR) I went by and within a minute they diagnosed and about 30-40 minutes they had me fixed and for what I considered to be a reasonable price. Very friendly and knowledgeable, family business...and they had a PUPPY on site....will definitely recommend this place in the future!

Great place to get devices fixed. I took my sons Samsung tablet E. Not only did they fix it, but they explained to me what was the problem. It had a loose wire inside that was a common issue for Samsung tablets. The price was reasonable and I highly recommend them (Ive also taken my daughters tablet to get fixed after my sons. Having a come-back customer says something about their business).

Shattered my screen they fixed it, perfectly clear. HOWEVER my screen is now permanently tinted to resemble “sepia” filter. Extremely frustrating that I cannot see my screen properly or my pictures in the correct color. When I told the person behind the counter That the color was damaged he explained “I have nothing to compare it to” so customer beware have a second phone to take comparison pictures so your color isn’t ruined as in my case. The employees were kind and friendly, I just wish my phone was repaired correctly.

My s pen for the note 9 broke off and most of it was stuck in the phone. Best buy or Verizon didnt take the time to or know how to fix it, but these guys were able to remove it from the phone within 45 min. These guys were very nice and friendly. So happy I didnt have to buy a new phone.

I took my phone in for battery replacement but it turned out I had a short on the circuit board also, so it drained the new battery as well. I took it back and they fixed it at no charge!! They are fast, have your phone ready when they say it will be, and are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing phone or tablet repair.

My grandson broke off the headset plug inside of his PS4 controller. I stopped by Gadget MD even though they only say tablet and phone repair. My headphone Jack broke and was stuck in my cellphone. Went in to see if they can get it out. Holden was the first to ask if he can help me. I told him the problem and he fixed it in less than 30secs. I tried to pay him for it but he refused saying that it was really simple because they had the tools for it. The guys who work here are both amazing, as a college student my lap top is everything to me, so today i had the worst day ever from school registration not going my way and then to top it off my laptop not working... I called and he told me to go in so he could take a look at it, I was so nervous cause I had no money to pay (school classes are expensive) he checked my laptop and fixed it and didn’t charge me. Just a couple of bucks for something he installed. So far the best customer service I’ve ever had, I won’t ever forget the sink hole they got me out of. THANK YOU GUYS
