I came in thinking I was just going to get my phone fixed, but this man Jose is an expert in salesmanship, hospitality, and just taking care of the customers all around. I ended up walking out with a PS5, iPad, and alot of accessories. This place was amazing. 10/10 would recommend Jose for any of your future needs coming to this store.

These guys were the best -- I took my dads iPhone 6 in for a battery replacement. 1st they had the replacement battery at the store. 2nd the price was better than anyone around. 3rd they worked on it right away and called to tell me the phone was ready to be picked up within 15 minutes. If you need phone screen repair this is the place! Twice (with two different phones) I’ve needed their service. I love this place! They are knowledgeable, thorough and professional. I waited about 40 minutes and both times my phones have been good as new! Jose gave me a great deal on a phone case and I cannot say enough good things about my experience there. Daughter brought her iPad here.Ipad was unresponsive and glitching after the repair.Was told to bring it in again…..upon receiving it the second time ipad was worse . Wouldn’t power on!Took it to Apple they said it needed to be replaced the screen was jacked up. CPR stopped answering our calls. Spoke with them after calling from a unfamiliar number and was told so many excuses and lies I gave up and paid Apple $200. On top of all that cpr lost the new $40 screen protector we purchased that was still in new packaging. Still haven’t replaced it to date. This place is unethical to say the least. MOST OF ALL BAD REVIEWS HAVE BEEN ERASED I NOTICED

People here are great, needed a new screen for an iPhone and they knocked it out quick and even put some effort into bending the frame back a bit from where it was messed up. All in all cant recommend them enough!

Wifes S8+ cracked front glass replacement. Had been working perfectly (Mobile data and WI-FI, download and upload speeds) in this condition for over a year, even better than my S9+. Asked to replace battery, as well, since phone would be opened. During repair, I received a call that they accidentally broke the back glass and asked what color I would like for it. Went to pick up, paid $333.41, brought home, and the finger scanner was not working. Did not use the phone for calls or texts. While researching, I dropped phone on floor rug, and the front glass cracked at the corner. Took phone back. They found scanner not connected, and I paid an additional $117.94 for another front glass and Otter case. That part was obviously my fault. Picked up phone, again, and noticed phones data/mobile signal was very weak; mostly could not send/receive texts, while we could with our S9, S9+,and iPhone in same areas. Phone only worked on WI-FI. Did everything but a factory reset. Took back. They opened and said everything looks fine, try AT&T. Took to AT&T, tried another SIM card, no bueno, same issue. Had to get another phone. $451.34 for CPR and then AT&Ts cost. CPR Customer service was good, but quality of work could be better.

Made a phone call to ask if parts were available for a broken phone glass back. Confirmed parts were in and had options. I showed up, waited 45 minutes (as they stated), and out the door. Not sure any more convenient than that. Appreciated the service, quality, and price.

Great experience. The guys at the front desk were super helpful and kind. Steven (I think was his name) took great care with my iPad in getting my screen replaced. I made a last minute appointment, but he got my screen replaced in no time. My iPad is as good as new, if not better. I would absolutely use this company again.

My screen went black one day and Verizon sent me a new phone. But they could not get my content from it. I turned in my ps4 with a error and broken disc. Paid in full ahead of time and expected it will take some time. No call back for about a month. So I started calling and he said its coming. 2 weeks pass. I went to go pick up a refund or my game and it said store was permanently closed and number disconnected. I lost $172.00 It was spring location but yall all are one company and no one from corporate have reached out to me.

Best customer service around. A family owned business, they gave me an extra 10% off their already reasonable price for a first responder discount for my cell phone repairs. They back up their work with a free lifetime warranty. I’ve been in several times for different repairs and they are always very helpful and honest. A few times they’ve advised me on things that ended up having me spend less money at their store, but because it was the right thing to do they wanted me to go with the option that ended up making them less money. That’s what integrity in business looks like.

These guys are great! I have an IPhone 6s Plus. The screen was basically demolished, it would not charge and the vibration/speaker had stopped working. In about 1 hour they called me and had fixed everything! Now its like I have a brand new phone. Also, the pricing was VERY reasonable.

I had a problem with my iphone 11 pro, the speakers were not clear and the truth could not recommend a better place than this, Jose Montoya who was very kind to assist me gave me possible solutions, one of them at no cost which left me speechless as it shows how sincere they are. This place is great! They are quick and honest! They replaced the charging port in one of our phones and a few weeks later it was messing up again. Took it back to them, and he said may be the battery. After checking things out he was completely honest and said it was the charging port again and covered it under their lifetime warranty instead of lying and saying it was battery and charging us. Only place we will go for phone repairs!

I recently had trouble with its connection and stopped back in and had a smoothe, no nonsense transaction. Id give negative starts if I could!They have a business model that seems to not at all be customer friendly.I contacted them to get a new screen for my phone, but because it was a special order they needed a deposit.No problem, I said Id pay for the whole thing up front, just go ahead and order it.Well...its not that easy because they dont take credit cards over the phone, so I would have had to drive all the way over there and give them a deposit, then go back home and wait 2-5 business days for the part to come in, then drive back again and wait a few hours for them to install it.Are you kidding me!?!?!?!?!?...I must have been speaking with an hourly employee because he didnt seem to care at all about the inconvenience he expected me to go through with all that driving back and forth, I doubt the actual owner wouldnt be so unbending.So, I went with the superb guy Toby from CPR on Westheimer who did NOT need a deposit.He ordered it, called me the next day to say it was in, I drove over and within an hour I was back in business.Addendum: shortly after posting my review I got a reply from someone at CPR with an apology that sounded not at all like an apology, more of a Im sorry you feel that wayHowever, I feel that all CPR stores should have the same policies and procedures...how is it that one store requires an instore deposit and the next one doesnt?????

My brand new Galaxy S9+ screen was damaged and needed to be replaced. These guys accepted my SquareTrade insurance and put on a new screen within a couple hours. Been as good as new ever since.

Eric is doing a great job at CPR. He and I had a miscommunication in the beginning and he went above and beyond the call to make sure everything was corrected. The screen on my iPhone 6S+ is as good as new! I would recommend CPR to any of my friends or family.

They replaced my iPhone screen and it had issues so they had to replace it again. Talked me into purchasing an amazing and best screen protector which cracked within a couple days. They wont replace the protector saying there is not a warranty. A waste of money.

The staff at CPR Cell Phone Repairs is wonderful. Very friendly and honest, they figure out whats wrong with your phone and fix it at a fair and reasonable price. No games, no run around. The service is always friendly, ginuwine, and fast. The staff was able to discover the problem, fix the problem, and have my phone returned to me all within 3 hours. I enjoyed the serivce and the staff and will continue to take my electircal hand-held appliances when I need to fix and done right!

Ive dropped my iPhone a million times, but just one little drop shattered my entire screen. I was going to go to the Apple Store, but my mom mentioned seeing this phone repair shop so I decided to give it a try. There are no lines, a short wait (1-2 hrs max.), no appointments needed, and their prices are better than Apple. The staff was also kind, they did an excellent job. I plan to go here for any other future repairs.

Fast (2 hours for a iPad air screen replacement), fair price (half of what Apple was going to charge), and friendly. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a damaged device.
