Was trying to get a complicated quote. Couldn’t even ask a question the person who answers the phone was rude and dismissive. If You do business with them expect to be treated like You’re trash.

Great service. I called for a tow because I thought my starter was dead. Geno checked my battery, and figured it was the culprit. He jumped it for me, saving me lots of money and time. He was prompt, professional, and pleasant.

Lady who answered phone was rude after I asked a question about towing. All she said was no and hung up on me. That’s not good customer service do not recommend them.

Called and got a quote. $134 for hook up and first 7 miles. $4/mile after. Said driver would show up with best rate for the complete tow. Driver showed up and said rate was now $250 (total tow was 10 miles). Driver called the office and they would not honor rate they had quoted.Total scam.
