Typical PO. I had to wait a few minutes since all the workers were in the back. Not sure why the front would be unattended, but eventually I was tended to promptly.

I’ve had a PO Box here for several years now. The staff is always friendly and very helpful.

I need to ship envelopes of tiny seeds everyday but I just won’t be able to come to this location anymore. I know the rule for non machinable packages is less then 1/4 of an inch and less than 2 ounces but at this location they want $4 for everything to be a package. Really Is an inconvenient Shame since I live a block away. But saving $50 a day is worth the 3 mile drive To the next location. I don’t understand why this can’t be a more uniform policy.

The staff at this satellite office on a East St in Concord are the best! Specifically Gary, Geronimo and Tameshia are friendly and never steer me wrong when I have to send out a package (which services to use, etc). Love these guys!!

Employees are friendly , This branch is pretty small though . Located on a main road and has a parking lot which you can easily park your car.

Mail delivery is VERY inconsistent. Theres days where not a single house on my street gets ANY mail, and lets face it, we can all rely on junk mail in the very least. I leave outgoing mail items in the box, and theyre still there come morning. You call the post office, nobody answers. Ever. This post office is a joke.They dont even deserve the one star your mandated to leave when writing reviews.Thanks for nothing.

Very courteous mail counter clerks who try to keep the line moving, all done with a friendly smile and welcome greeting.

Not getting an answer there. Message, after many rings, says please enter remote access code what is that? I just have a question.

I havent had mail at my house for 2 days (Fri and Sat). I called the 800 USPS main number and they told me I have to call my local post office. Ok, so I call this number and no one answers. Ive tried calling a few times so far this morning and it just rings and rings. Last I checked it wasnt a holiday today and they say the office opens at 9am. Ill keep calling. For now, it is just horrible service from another inefficient government agency.

The old lady is such a rude person. Youll know exactly who Im talking about you next visit.

My package delivery status has not been updated since Monday. Worst company, they cant even keep track of the packages. I wouldnt be surprised if they lost it

Horrible service. My mail is often damaged, and often comes late. I have been trying to call for awhile now and no one answers, not even a recording. As I told them, I would fire them if I could.
