DO NOT USE, if they and when they decide to make delivery, you will not get you BOLs or POD. We have made over 15 calls and are being laughed at, for real, laughed at. Now they are threatening to put us on carrier watch for calling so much. You would be better off to strap your load to a team of mules than use this carrier. Bob INDY 12/4/17
