I am a new patient to this practice and expected to have to schedule my first appointment a few months out but they were able to get me right in. I have never had a more thorough examination. Everyone I dealt with was very kind and personable. I made my next appointment and, upon arriving at home, realized I had a conflict which I found embarrassing. The receptionist was, again, very kind and was able to change my appointment without any problem.

I had to get a new crown for my front tooth. The first procedure was long and done without Novocaine. The dentist and hygienist worked carefully and as quickly as possible. I was fine most of the time. The temp cap looks great and feels solid. Great job.

I am always greeted with a big smile and everyone is so sweet - Dr. Doner is the best! I am currently in braces and my orthodontist is an hour and a half away- He spoke with Dr Doner and asked if I had an emergency would he be willing to see me to address it. Of course he said yes! and I had my first emergency this week. Dr Doner not only fixed my problem he also fixed a poking wire that was not part of the emergency. I was in the chair for over half an hour and when I checked out- No charge! You dont see this very often- Hes not only a great dentist he is also very compassionate. Thanks Dr. Donor

For someone who has a dental phobia Dr Doner made my visit very pleasant and made me feel comfortable with having to have a tooth pulled. He was very informative and his assistant was wonderful!! I left feeling very relieved and pain free. The new office is great and everyone was very friendly. Thank you!!

I like the new location of the dental practice to the extent it almost makes it pleasant to visit the dentist. Dr Doner is still very knowledgeable and friendly, as is his staff, including the front desk. I have recommended his practice several times, and will continue to do so.

One of the most pleasant dental experiences I have ever had. Staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Dr. Doner spent over an hour with me instead of the usual ten minute zip in and check. He explained things in a readily understood way with what the outcome would likely be for each option. I was totally wowd by this office!

Everyone is so friendly! I was greeted immediately (and by the name I prefer instead of my given name). The new receptionist made a point of introducing herself. The cleaning went well. I loved the comfy head pillow! I was given lots of positive feedback from the hygienist. Scott Doner was efficient and congenial. All were professional and made the experience a pleasure. Great first experience with Dr. Doner and his staff. Everyone was nice and took time and care to make sure I knew where we were in the process, what steps were next and what I could expect. Im glad to have joined this practice.

I went to Dr. Doner to get a wisdom tooth pulled. Dr. Doner did a good job and I was happy with the fast and painless experience. HOWEVER, the receptionist/office manager was a nightmare! She told me that since my insurance was out of network i would have to pay up front but that I would be reimbursed with the insurance company. When I went to get my $700 back the insurance company told me that the office hadnt filled out the forms they needed in order to reimburse me the amount. I call the office lady multiple times and she was so rude. She even hung up on me several times! She would not help me work with the insurance to get my money back so after a few months of trying to fight her I gave up and took the lose just because I didnt want to deal with this horrible & disgusting human being any longer. It is a shame because Dr. Doner seemed like a great guy who knew what he was doing but I would suggest he start screening his employees better.

Becky is my favorite hygienist! She is happy, caring and is great with my special need of not reclining. Dr Donor is calm and easy to chat with.

The staff was as courteous, friendly and professional as always. I was seated right on time and my cleaning went very well. Couldnt ask for more from a dentist.

I have had a fine experience at Dr Doners office until recently. I received a bill out of nowhere with no explanation of what it was for--also saying it was over 60 days. When I called the office they explained that I had had 3 cleanings in a year (which my insurance didnt cover)--even though I only get them every 6 months like everyone else. It appeared as though they had scheduled me in early Jan, June and then late Dec.--which made it 3 in the calendar year. When I expressed my frustration, the woman in the office I spoke with proceeded to tell me that it was my fault and when was I going to pay?While I understand that ultimately it is my responsibility to check my insurance coverage and keep track of exact dates that I have cleanings, the reality is that most people are not going to catch this kind of thing. The people who set your appts in the office ought to know this happens, what a typical policy covers and not schedule you for a third appt in a year. And then to have a bill show up 3 months later, saying it is overdue with no explanation. I wrote a letter to Dr Doner explaining my frustration but have not had a response from him. I am planning on changing dentists.

Fast and friendly cleaning

Visit was thorough n efficient,Dr Doner,his Assistant and office staff made me feel at ease during,what for many people, is an uncomfortable experience..i ll be back many times.

First time in my adult life Ive shown up to a dentist appointment with no dentist and a staff I didnt even recognize. Not sure what is up there but definitely not what I expect when going to a dentist.
