I had a dental cleaning today. I want to share that the dental hygienist, Lee is one of the most knowledgeable hygienists that I have had the pleasure of working with and learning from. I am in my 50s and I have had a lot of cleanings and hygienists. Lee takes the time to go beyond the typical dental dos and donts and actually explains some of the science behind enamel wear and tooth decay. She is a gem and a wonderful addition to the practice. Concord Dental Associates is a great place that I have been treated at for many years. They always do a great job and today was no exception. My hygienist,Kristen, is very thorough and knowledgeable. She is very respectful and kind. She is especially careful to keep you comfortable and minimize the pain of procedures.

I went in for an extraction I had a bad painful tooth that was infected and I had Dr. Yang and her assistant Heather, and talk about the best team I took a long time to get num enough for theProcedure but they took the time to make sure I was comfortable like 5 times. They didn’t get irritated with me like other dentists I’ve been to, it’s was an actual enjoyable time besides for why I was there. But seriously Dr. Yang is amazing and compassionate, her assistant Heather was awesome too!!

I am not sure where to even begin.NO ONE likes the dentist - lets be honest.It has been a good decade since I had seen a dentist....Finally I listened to a recommendation & ended up scheduling an appointment to see Dr. Doner.First: Front Desk staff = AMAZING (Kate at check-out is the bees knees)Second: Heather will make you laugh non stop with your mouth wide open, she is patient, kind and takes her time.Third: Dr. Doner - it doesnt get any better than him in this industry. Not only have I worked with a lot of dentists but a lot have scared me away and he is by far the most genuine, kind, gentle and informative dentist I have ever known. Beyond blown away with his attention to detail not just with your teeth but with YOU as a person.Fourth: I loved my appointment so much I snuck in the next day bc a patient had to cancel and I got my first cleaning. Once again Front Desk staff ON POINT!!Fifth: Chelsea - where do I begin? Shes patient, thorough and makes a teeth cleaning as fun and painless as ever. I didnt even know that was possible!!So OVERALL - with not seeing a dentist in over 7+ years and having PTSD this was the most pleasant experience in my lifetime.And YES I will be going back!

I havent been a patient here in years, and they were able to get me in the next day for an emergency dental appointment. Dr. Doner was great. Patient, relaxed, and more than happy to work with me. He was a big help and made me feel calm and relaxed, which is a pretty good feat considering I usually get very anxious at the dentists

Saw Dr Frost for a small cavity. He is very competent and pleasant, as is his dental assistant, Courtney.

My family has been going to them 20+ years. Their extremely nice, and accommodating. I had a broken tooth, and they fit me in that same day. They do quality work too. All the dental work myself, and my family have had here over the decades with ZERO issues.

I had a cleaning and as a result of Lees recommendations, a Sonic toothbrush and a Waterpik, I got an excellent report.

I was very pleased to meet Dr Doner. He was very knowledgeable, professional, thorough and thoghtful.

My mother and I have been going here for a long time and there prices from the hospital where dr.Doner used to be has went through the roof! They charge you for everything and I had a appointment the other day to get my tooth fixed but he had no assistant so he said he couldn’t do the filling and charged me $78 to look in my mouth for 5 minutes!!!!!! Will be looking for a new dentist!!!!

The office visit was very professional. I was treated well, and all necessary precautions were taken. My hygienist took the time to speak with me and to respect my interests. At the end of my appointment there was a computer glitch which was handled professionally. They sent me on my way telling me they would forward me an invoice.There are numerous dental offices I could go to closer to my home (50 miles) however I enjoy both the professional and personal way I am treated. I see no reason to change practices.
