This has to be the friendliest office Ive ever visited. It was my first visit and ALL the staff were very welcoming. They all explained things thoroughly and made sure I understood my treatment plan before I left.

I recently moved to north carolina. I came in and I was a mess. Your office scheduled 3 crowns and 8 fillings. Courtney was amazing at helping meet my schedule. Dr. Patel has been stellar. He is fast, accurate, and thorough. His bedside manner is perfect for me. We laugh and joke, he talks with me about my job and am very comfortable here. Also I have never waited longer than 15 mins in the waiting room. A+ team.

Was given the wrong information about denture relining. Was told they could definitely reline my denture since I got it from the same company but when I got there they said I had to get a new set of dentures. Meanwhile I have the top of the line dentures which is in perfect shape but just need the bottom relined. Then they tell me I have to get a brand new set. Why in the heck would I pay for and get a new set. Crazy. It says on the website you can get a reline.

I really like this dental office. The staff that I came in contact with was amazing. I got an appointment for a check up and cleaning within three days of each other. I love the 7am appointments, it lets you go on with your day without any interruptions. The place was clean and of course they were practicing social distancing🙌 Thank you Jamie for doing an awesome job with my cleaning. Also, thank you Ali for assisting Saturday and taking my xrays and I can never leave Courtney out. Thank you for being patient with me when I went to the wrong Aspen office😆. You ladies rock. My experience was great. The offices are clean and the staff that worked with me was welcoming! Yesterday I went to the concord parkway office and today I went to the Christianbury office. Dr Theo is excellent, meticulous and patient to explain and answer very question. I should say I think he is one of the best friendly dentist I have had to work on me! Might I add, I have no insurance, Aspen Dental, do free x-rays and give considerable discounts! Consider them if you need dental care!!!

From the moment I got there, most polite, accommodating (I’m on crutches with a torn miniscus), friendly group of people! No judgement from hygienist, dentist..anyone. I need quite a bit of work done and everyone just simply made me feel like “no biggie, we are gonna take care of you and everything will be ok”. This was my first visit, i love this place, financing was easy, affordable, again I’m having a lot of work done so its going to cost and I was worried I would have to prolong the work. NOPE! Financing done, all appointments were made for each procedure. BOOM that easy…now just waiting for the day to arrive. Dr. Patel (hope I’m spelling that right) cool, easy going, straight to the point, tried to keep procedures at a need only, never once tried to throw in anything “extra” and DID NOT MAKE ME FEEL BAD ABOUT MY ISSUES. I just can’t stress how important that was for me. NOT THE SAME EXPERIENCE IN THE PAST, AT OTHER PLACES! Also a big THANKS to Courtney who helped me with finding the most affordable route for me!!! Everyone working there that I personally came in contact with….were just great and I really appreciate it. THIS IS HOW ANY HEALTHCARE OFFICE SHOULD BE!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!

(Concord NC location) just want to say a lot of the nurses there are unprofessional and were very rude to myself & my parents. Also very rude over the phone and did not call my insurance company when they told me that they did, so they lied. When i got my surgery only one nurse was soooo sweet and helpful to me and made me feel comfortable I wish I could remember her name. Needed surgery really bad and it went good but wouldn’t care for going here again or recommending this place, onlybecause of the nurses/assistants.

I went there to extract one of my teeth. The first doctor could not extract it and I had a huge pain, after a week with pain, the second doctor removed it but broken a crown of another teeth and he said its normal. Like when you want to park your car and crash is normal. And after 3 days I have huge huge pain . I called them several times and he said pain will reduce after couple of days . Just be careful and try other branches

The receptionist is almost always rude! Spoke to managers twice about the way she talks to people and she sits in the office practically yelling peoples social security numbers over the phone for everyone in the office to hear.The do business shady as ever! I spoke with the lady who handles insurance and payments and she told me one price and one credit I had on file. Then two weeks later if that tells me they used my credit instead of filing my insurance (which I gave her that day) and told me a whole new price on the same procedure.I write everything down so I have the price written down as we were discussing with and without my insurance and discount plan so I have it clearly spelled out how I wrote it down. Funny how the price changes and how they tried to use my credit so they can get more money out of me in the end.They over book so my appointments almost always take much longer then they should because I wait FOREVER!The only decent thing is that the techs and hygienist and actual dentist are wonderful usually and I realize that is the main reason I come. But when I feel scammed by my dentist who is supposed to help aid in my health care I just cant have that!Will need to be finding a new dentist soon.

Friendly staff and located close by. During the consultation, my dental treatment plan was clearly explained and altogether I was in the office for one hour; so from the waiting room, to the x-rays, seeing the doctor, and then working with the nice lady in the financial dept who kindly answered all of my questions. I was given a referral for an endodontist outside of my network, so it would have been nice to have an in-network option. However, Im sure if I ask for a referral for an in-network provider they will provide one.

I have nothing negative to say. They were definitely very busy when I went in yesterday, it was probably 15 to 20 minutes before I was actually checked in. Everyone was very nice and considerate. What I need is a bit extensive so it will take some time to be able to afford it, especially right now, but I intend to return there or any Aspen dental as soon as I can. Hopefully they practice the same professionalism in other locations.

I had schedule for my kids dental appointment at 10:30 am. They made us wait outside for more than an hour, telling me that they need to clean X-ray machine room. There were more than 4 people who came before me let inside except us. I had to take time off from work so I was running out of time. I again asked the receptionist and she they are still cleaning the X-ray room. After that we were let inside the small waiting room. I can see other people doing their X-ray and not us. After 15 minute my son had his X-ray and they said we had to wait for our daughter . By that time I was running out of time, I had to call my husband who was sick and nw with my kids.While hygienist was cleaning my son’s teeth I can see other people doing X-ray and and they did not call my daughter at all.Long story short , I came to know that they purposely put our kids in last in line cause the same hygienist cleaned the teeth of a person who came one hour before of us and we know him and he told me later about it.So overall my kids came home around 2:30 hungry and miserable.Since we are new to concord we were planning to enroll our whole family but I guess we will be looking somewhere else.

The staff at this Aspen location were friendly and welcoming. They answered my questions and explained things along the way. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars was due to the long wait times. I was waiting on the doctor for 15-20 minutes in an exam room, then after the consultation, she left and I was in waiting again for the same amount of time. I finally walked to the front and they helped me there. I dont know if they forgot about me or maybe theyre short-staffed....either way, too long of wait in my opinion. Other than that, it was a great visit!

I had a confirmed 10:00 am appointment which I showed them on my phone. I was only told Im sorry. I was extremely dissatisfied. Im sorry just cant fix everything. I rescheduled my appointment, I am hopeful that appointment doesnt get cancelled. The soonest I could be seen is another 3 weeks out. I will post an update again after my actual appointment. Aspen Dental is the best the entire team went above and beyond. Dr. B. Did some extractions and did everything she could to make the experience as pain free as possible I am someone who had a lot of fear of the dentist and had not been to a dentist in awhile everyone was understanding and so sweet. They help you with insurance or financing anything you need. When you walk in the door you can feel the warmth of the awesome Doctors and staff. I just cannot say enough about these amazing people at Aspen Dental they are a true godsend

I cannot express enough just how amazing the staff at Aspen Dental has been through my recent dental journey. I had neglected my dental health for a long time because of sensitive past experiences. From Hannahs sensitivity in scheduling and treatment planning, Dr. Hardimans openness, patience and caring, and Aletheas warmth and knowledge, my experience here has been extremely positive. I would highly encourage anyone with special sensitivities to dental care, to reach out to Dr. Hardiman. I am grateful to have found this practice.

A really great office. Im a new patient and have a long history of fillings, crowns, root canals and a bridge and post. Last year I went to Aspen, unhappy with my last dentist. Ive had two crowns and several fillings and a deep cleaning since. I am very happy with the detailed attention and gentle treatment by the staff. Dr Ottey and the hygienist Miss Adams are wonderful and very skilled. I recommend them highly.

The staff was very supportive. They made me feel very comfortable and confident. Im encouraged to move forward.

I have been to a few dentist office in my time but I will have to say this is by far the best one Ive ever been to from the time I walked in the door and my visit with the X-ray tech and the dental assistants and the dentist and especially the lady at checkout they made my visit there so comfortable with their warm personalities that this would be the place that I would love going back to and I hate going to the dentist and the other thing that I like about this place is that everything is done in-house which means a lot to me so I dont have to run around to other places to get things done. This is the first review Ive ever done in my life but I felt like special recognition should go to these the special people working here.

I confirmed my appointment twice (see pictures attached) and when I got there they would not see us because it said the appointment wasn’t confirmed. Also, their first appointment for new patients isn’t even a cleaning so you have to take two days off work to get a cleaning if you’re new to them. The woman that called to confirm was also very rude. Poor service all around, would NOT recommend.

I made an appointment for a routine exam and cleaning (or so I thought). Waited for more than 30 minutes to be seen. After X-rays and consultation with the dentist, I was told to wait in the “green room.” I asked when I would get my cleaning and they dentist said “didn’t you listen to what I said? You need to make an appointment for a deep cleaning.” I have had this procedure done at another dentist’s office before, but have always had the routine cleaning the day of my exam and scheduled the deep cleaning for a later date. The dentist compared it to “putting a bandaid on an open wound.” I was prepared to schedule the deep cleaning, but was extremely disappointed that I used my insurance to cover this exam and then leave without a clean mouth. The dentist explained that “this is the policy at aspen dental” but this needs to be clearly communicated to new patients before booking an appointment. There were a lot of people in the clinic and it was said that “there are a lot of walk ins today” so I believe that they just wanted me to reschedule so they could see more patients. Overall, I would not recommend Aspen Dental to anyone looking for quality, thorough care.

Terrible service except for the X-ray lady. The Dr. looks discussed when looking in my mouth. The Dr. at this location wants 50% down or deposit on a procedure to be done in a week or 2 weeks to write a prescription for infection other wise hit the road. This Dr. and this paractice do not care about the patient well being, all they care about is $$$$$ . Bad, Bad I do not recommend this place anymore.

This was probably one of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had. I called Aspen dental because I had excruciating tooth and gum soreness.They did get me in same day, however once I was seated they proceeded to tell me I had gingivitis ( mind you they also mentioned I took great care of my teeth so idk how/why I supposedly had gingivitis ) they told me that I needed to do a two-part cleaning (which I’ve never heard of) to alleviate the problem then they proceeded to walk me out to pay for said cleanings. Mind you my mouth is still in nine out of 10 pain. During check out I expressed to the receptionist that I was still in pain and ask what they planned on doing about that, she said the cleaning should help. So after they took my money she was at least courteous enough to get me in the same day. so I walked out of there at 10:30am and had to turn around and come back at 12 noon. Mind you I had no intention on taking this much time off work. Once I arrive back at 12 they do a regular cleaning hand me some mouthwash and send me on my way after about 15 to 20 minutes so now that I’ve wasted half of my workday and I’m still in pain. They refuse to prescribe me any painkillers or medication to help and then scheduled a THIRD appointment for two weeks later.So you mean to tell me you guys want me to go buy “really strong” ibuprofen (their words verbatim) and potentially be in this pain for an additional two weeks until the next time I come in? Is this a joke?!? To top it off my roommate actually had a visit with them as well, she also expressed they asked her to come in two to three times for a simple routine cleaning, gave her the same mouthwash and expressed she too had gingivitis. What are the odds...I scheduled an appointment the very next day with a different dental office they immediately addressed my pain and in under 24 hours my pain was gone no thanks to Aspen dental.

Technicians were good at their jobs. The dentist was excellent and explained her thinking on the treatment. This was my first experience with this office, and have already made a follow-up appointment.

I went there in extreme pain from an infected tooth. From the moment I walked in everyone was very attentive and caring. The receptionist asked me several times as I waited if I was ok as I was in a great deal of pain. When I went back and took x rays they showed the x rays to me and told me exactly what was happening. They also were able to tell me before I left the exact price to have the extractions done which I really enjoyed. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience even with the great deal of pain I was in.

I had a wonderful experience. I mean, I was there to get a tooth removed so but they definitely made the experience as good as it could be. The staff is very cleanly. You see them wiping down all parts of the machine between each patient And everything was in the sterilized plastic. The staff assisted each other and got everyone out in a timely manner. Even the doctor(dentist) was very fast, which is unusual in my experience. Other places seem to take forever before the doctor finally comes in the room. I was super nervous about my extraction and wanted to save a little change by avoiding the laughing grass. I really didn’t need it. The Doctor talks you through and it was a piece of cake for me. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 out of 5 is because when they were telling my the price, they only mentioned the out the door price and I will have an additional payment after my insurance covered their portion. I didn’t realize this and maybe most people know but I didn’t. If it was explained that, $ is my overall price and $ is what is due today, I would have liked that better. Otherwise, I would recommend this location and will make this my primary dentist.

The staff at Aspen are all very friendly and that always helps when going to the dentist. Professionalism goes without saying, most questions answered before asked. Didnt have to grab my phone once to define professional terms. Never felt that money was all that mattered. I was important, worked for ME! Thanks to all of you, Ill have a glistening smile very soon, almost there!

This dental practice it’s not about patient’s well-being it’s all about the money. I called and told the receptionist I was having excruciating pain and can I have an appointment that same day, I was told no and they scheduled my appointment two weeks later. I got no compassion at all! Many of the staff members are very inexperienced.

Everyone there is great. From the front desk, to the dental assistant, to the orthodontist, to the dentist, they are all efficient, patient, careful, and professional. The office is very beautiful and clean and the instruments are very sterile. They education you on what to expect and address all of your concerns to make sure you are knowledgeable about any procedure you may need to get.

Friendly, organized, detailed, professional staff! They have their business on point working together and with you! I highly recommend Aspen Dental. The Dentist is very professional, courteous and explains things in great detail to your understanding. I highly recommend these services! My first contact with Aspen Dental was through a phone call that I made to Aspen. I was amazed at the quality of conversation regarding my needs. They were very professional and kind. I felt like they knew me already. Upon meeting the staff at my first visit was great from the person who met me at the door with a friendly. They treated me with respect. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Worst dental experience of my life if I could give negative stars I would. The receptionist was rude. My appointment was for 5 to have a routine cleaning (although I left at almost 7 still without a cleaning), well instead they did xrays and a gum measurement and was told I would need a deep cleaning of my teeth that would cost $2000!!! As well as my wisdom teeth extracted and a bunch of other work. I am in my 30s and take very good care of my teeth, this place had me leaving in almost tears thinking all of my teeth are going to fall out. Needless to say Ive made an appointment elsewhere. I found the dentist to be rude and money hungry and had a billing specialist in the exam room with me!!! not to mention I kept getting moved from room to room with little to no explanation of what is going on and had 4 different peoples hands in my mouth by the end of the visit! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!

Waited an hour to be seen while having appt with oral surgeon at a specific time.Was told treatment can be done that day,it did not.Paid $136 for consultation.All the dr did was diagnose potential treatment then sent me on my way to go over financing.Waited another 1hr before someone came to meet with me.The lady couldnt even tell me what my insurance covered.The only bright spot was the oral surgeon assistant.She was spanish,very pleasant,and possessed excellent people skills.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. The dentist and the assistants were all easy to talk with. You can tell they were smiling even though they had their masks on because of the Covid-19. They make you feel really comfortable too.

I had such a great time. I was embarrassed because i havent been to the dentist in forever but I came to get an extraction and they took care of me. Ill definitely be back.

Do not go here. I’ve been there three times now - once for X-rays and a “consultation”, once for a cleaning and filling, and 5 days after the cleaning because the filling the doctor put in was connected to the tooth next to it and a piece of the filling fell out just 3 days after the filling was put in. Not only did the cleaning and filling take 3 freaking hours, I had to wait over an hour past my scheduled appt time to see the doctor all three times even though I arrived at least 10mins early each time.

Dr. Alagic is one of the best Ive ever had. Extremely professional with a vast of knowledge. He explains everything about the procedures and progress of your teeth in clear concise language. The staff at Aspen Dental are amazing and always pleasant. If you ever been scared of the dentist, this is the place to go. Your fears will be laid to rest.

Inexperienced dental assistants and dentists for that matter. Returning for a second shaving of my tooth, molding and fitting for a crown. Was told by a new assistant if my temporary crown falls out before my appointment for the permanent crown that it’s ok. Needless to say, it fell out a week before my appointment. I get to my appointment to be told by another dentist who didn’t fit me the first time that I should have come in and that the permanent crown doesn’t fit and the previous dentist should have shaved more tooth. So, now I get to waste more of my life doing this all over coming in to shave, refit and temp crown and back again to hopefully having the crown fitted right this time. I currently have the original permanent crown in until my next appointment and that’s loose and I have to be careful flossing so I don’t pop it out and it was supposedly cemented in. Honesty, can say I have never had a dental experience like this before anywhere else in my 40s years of life. The reception person is not pleasant at all. This location needs to be evaluated and changes made.Update: my appt is at 9am. I just went to the door at 8:47 to be stopped and told they are going to have a 5 mins meeting and will unlock the door. Sheesh!

They were very knowledgeable about what was going on with my mouth. Was given several options to choose from to correct this. I appreciated the time spent with me, the only drawback was that my insurance company had an issue on their end so I could not get full estimate. Of course, this was not their fault, I am to get a call back today letting me know this information hopefully sooner rather than later

Very sweet women that worked with me they were all fun respectful and very understanding of my financial situation and helped me decide what is my best route Dr. B was honestly amazing she talked me through the numbing of my gums and secured that I was completely numb for my best interest and extracted my cracked tooth with 10 minutes minimal pain and healing very well so farThanks aspen ❤️❤️

Excellent, I had to have two crowns put on, meaning two giant fillings removed in order to crown two teeth that were next to each other. Dr. A is excellent Jessica is excellent. Hes fast and efficient. And it cost me substantially less than my now former dentist wanted to charge

Stay FAR away from any Aspen Dental. I chipped a tooth last year and since Id recently moved to the state and didnt have a local dentist, got an appt with Aspen Dental in Concord, NC. I went in for a simple repair on a cracked tooth and they tried to scare me into believing I needed a $1200 cleaning that would take two appointments to complete! I am a FREAK about my teeth and have spent several thousand dollars over the years on the perfect smile. I brush and floss religiously and rarely have cavities. I know people, who, when they floss, their gums bleed and you can tell they dont take care of their teeth. That is not me. Anyway, I went to the Aspen Dental in my town, High Point, NC a few days later when I could get in with them (they were booked the day I chipped my tooth) and they said I did NOT need that cleaning at all. They repaired my tooth for $300, gave me a normal cleaning and I was happy with the work.Last week I went in to get my 6-month cleaning that has been delayed for a few months due to COVID. I was again told I needed a two-part cleaning that would cost $900, plus another crown on a tooth that is not in any pain or having any problems with whatsoever. I asked what in the world could have happened in the nine months since THEY last cleaned my teeth to make them deteriorate like that especially since I have no pain, swelling, bleeding, etc. Ive been taking care of my teeth like I always do. They just kept repeating that my teeth were so bad they needed a LOT of work.I said nope and left. It took awhile to get in with another dentist but I told them what happened and they said that I did not need **any** of that work, in fact they were very impressed with how good my teeth and gums looked. Im a journalist and my smile is my signature - I knew they were lying!! Aspen Dental is a ripoff DO NOT GO THERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. This 2-part cleaning thing is a total scam, dont fall for it or at least get a second opinion. Spread the word - ASPEN DENTAL IS A RIPOFF.

I was so very happy with my experience at this dental Clinic. The entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable in every detail from reception , X ray and scans, Dentists, and Financial.The Honesty of the Dentist and attention to detail/care of all the different staff members was truly refreshing.I am very excited about this potential to have my smile repaired and restored. Definitely recommend you at least give them a visit and see what they have to offer you.

The team at Aspen Dentistry is great- caring, thorough and professional. Dr. Alagic encouraged me to have an expensive procedure done by a periodontist so I’d be happier with the results. He could have done the procedure himself- but he was honest and gave me the best advice possible. As a patient- that’s what I expect from all my healthcare providers.

Very friendly personnel, the first visit is free. Unfortunately they do not take my dental insurance so I was unable to get any work done, they have different payment options available just not in my price range 😕

First time there. Everyone was really nice. My only issue was that I was there for two hours. If I was getting work done, it wouldn’t have been an issue. However, it was a couple of xrays and a consult about the planned work to be done. Should have been no longer than 45 mins. But I digress, so far so good...no real complaints...go give them a chance to make your smile awesome!!!

I had my teeth cleaned at aspen dental in concord nc yesterday.The staff,as always was polite.Everyone was wearing a face mask.The treatment was good.You can be assured this facility is safe.

I went in for a free consultation and x-ray deal that is currently going on. All of the employees were very thorough, friendly, took their time with me and fully explained each step of the process that I needed to be aware of in preparing a care plan.No only did Dr. Vanja Alagic take the time with me to make sure I fully understood what needed to happen, he took the initiative to get the next appointments set up himself.As far as price goes, I will say they are a little expensive, but when you look at the amount of technological advances in the field of dentistry, well, the old saying goes... You get what you pay for.I could not be more pleased with the service I received, and actually look forward to my next visits with Dr. Vanja.

Went to Aspen as a walk-in. Staff was extremely nice and efficient. Offices were clean. Technicians, Hygienist and Dr.Vanja were all professionally exceptionally. This is coming from someone who has a few bad experiences and a bit of fear of dentist.

Was there a hour and a half for my first visit told them i just needed a cleaning then after all of that they were only interested in selling me stuff you need to do this you need to do that so i winter was a cleaning but again after all this they wronged me to come back 3 hrs later for my cleaning not impressed but X-ray tech was nice thou...
