I had an ivory colored bridesmaids dress that I needed altered as the wedding was rescheduled because of Covid & Im now 7 months pregnant. It wasnt easy for her to match the color, but she did it in a great timeframe (way sooner than I expected), price was fair & it looks/fits great.

I had two pair of linen pants that needed to be altered. They did a great job and the customer service is phenomenal.

I had a pedicure and a manicure the pedicure was awesome the young guy that did my manicure I think he got distracted and didnt finish my right hand but thats okay I still enjoyed the relaxing part of it and the fact that the place was clean

It was super busy but the service was phenomenal. There is a room to change into the clothes that needs to be altered. I had two dresses that needed to be altered. They were completed in a timely manner.

Great place for alterations. The lady is so super sweet and very professional and knows what she is doing. I would highly recommend. Its under new management

Worst service every my daughter took her wedding dress there and she messed it up. Was told it would be ready on one day and it was not my daughter had to call about it and was told you don’t need it till this day so it’s not ready,so we had to postpone the bridal picture went to pick it up and the day she said and she cut the dress to short. Then makes out like it was my daughter fault and then was very rude about it. I WOULD NOT USE THIS PLACE EVERY AGAIN. I have three days to get my daughter dress fixed and this lady has not care about what she has done . She is rude .

Great place to get alterations. I took a dress I had bought that was way too long for me and asked the lady to cut off a few inches. She charged a reasonable amount and had my dress finished on time. When I received my dress, it was neat and the hem at that bottom of my dress was amazing.

Best turn around service (with a little fee). Reasonable prices. Very professional work!

RUDE! I arrived a 9:45 and the proprietor opened the gate/door (as she was just arriving). She ignored me first (like “I don’t hear you saying good morning”). Then lowered the gate and said “I don’t open until 10:00”. Then walked away. That’s a Hard NO for service. I will never know what her work might be like, but she’s an angry little person.

I took a jacket in for repair and told the worker to call me when it was ready, and she agreed to do so. She never called me. I picked up my jacket around three weeks later, and when questioned, she said she had too much work to do. This is inexcusable customer service. Also, my jacket was shoved into a plastic bag, and wasnt on a hanger. I will never treat my customers the way I have been treated at C K Alterations, I will never do business here again, and never recommend this business to anyone.

The absolute worst and dont waste your time!!! Find another alteration shop. Dropped pants off to be hemmed on a Saturday afternoon and requested for the pants to be ready the following Monday at 3pm. They agreed that it would be ready at 3pm and wrote the time on the ticket. Went to pick them up on Monday evening at 6:30pm and they were still working on them! I asked why she didnt have it ready and claimed she was working on a dress as well as to take dinner. If they couldnt meet the time deadline they should have called to let me know. The worst buisness morals and customer service. Will never go back!
