The staff and seamstress are well experienced, they do the alterations there, n u can get it in a little as 1 hour or a day or two, whichever u prefer, customer services is great and they make u feel welcome, and they are honest with you, and best of all they service to what your wants are, not what they think, and that to me is excellent. My wife had a dress and saw one she really loved, but it was way to big, like 4 sizes up, I told her to drop if off, she got it back in three days and I have say, she was happy n super happy on top of it, u couldnt even tell it had been altered, they put every thing back as is n made my wife look beautiful for our opening party, we would definitely recommend this place of business to anymore who is looking for a quick fix or a miracle!!!!

I wish I could give a 0 star rating. Took my football jersey in to get a minor repair. The NFL logo had a minor tear in it, and I wanted a zig zag stitch all around the logo to hide the tear, and keep it from getting worse. Well, the guy that was doing the repair, which wasnt done the way I wanted, put an iron on one of the letters, and it caused one of the letters to partially melt. I was obviously upset, and was told it would be fixed by Saturday. I went to pick it up today (Friday), and he put white tape on it to fix it. It didnt match the rest of the lettering at all, and it was already coming off in the store. (It was completely gone by the time I got home.) He kept telling me he felt bad, but I didnt pay that much for the repair. So I guess I shouldnt be upset because I didnt pay that much for the repair that wasnteven done the way i wanted in the first place. I wont be back, and I will ne telling everyone any time they ask about a dry cleaner or place to get alterations NOT to go there!!!
