My friends AC broke down in the midst of a heatwave and I volunteered to be there when the tech arrived. Cali was able to come out the same day and fix the AC. Luis L kept us updated on his ETA and was very professional. He explained and showed me the issue, let me know why it happened (no maintenance for x many years) and did a great job cleaning and clearing the unit to ensure it would not happen again. I was referred to Cali Climate thru my home insurance company to fix a radiant heating system in one bedroom. This was in February of 2020 and if you can believe it, it is 11 months later and I still cant get these guys out to finish the job they started! They billed Fidelity for their services, ordered a part that I needed and have been unwilling to schedule a time for a technician to come back out to install it. I have called, emailed, tried to get Fidelity to assign a new provider, etc. and am still without heat in this room during the winter months. If there was an option to give 0 stars, that would be the selection. Stay away from Cali Climate - trust me!

These guys are extremely hard working and very honest.I have a business and the A/C went down on a Thursday in this extremely hot weather.After calling more than 20 different companies (including the one I had a contract with) and being told it would take at least a week before they could come in, these guys offered to come in the same day at night and even apologized for not being able to go in the afternoon.My A/C is very old, so it took a day to find the appropriate fan motor.They called me Friday afternoon saying they finally found the appropriate motor and offered to install it either Saturday or Sunday.I will definitely only be doing business with them from now on. They won a client for life!

My AC was blowing hot air, and Luis came out to diagnose the problem. I literally felt like he treated me as if I was a friend of his family. It really shows that he enjoys his job and also enjoys making sure his customers are happy. He is very honest, professional and straight forward in his approach. After the initial fix, a secondary problem showed up a few hours after he left. I reached an associate when I called to inform them of the problem. Luiss associate was equally professional and responsive. He assured me they would get right on it, and Luis was back the very next morning with the same level of dedication. I do not hesitate to give these guys 5 stars.

My heater wasnt working, so i looked for a heating company and saw Cali Climate so i decided to give them a try. Luis came out to my home he was nice, helpful, and professional. Had a hard time dealing with my home warranty company in regards to my heater and A/C, so I gave this company a call and set up an appointment, 2 guys came out at first I was uhhh when I seen that one of the technician was young i started to have my doubts about his knowledge but boy I was so wrong, he diagnosed the issue I had with my heater which was a shorted fan control and found something that the previous 2 companies sent out by my warranty company did not find in my A/C which was a refrigerant leak.They gave me a quote on the spot to replace my A/C and they got it done in a day, now Im ready for that summer heat I definitely recommend this company.

We had problems with our central air conditioning cali climate mechanical came to our home 4times and never fixed the problem!!!! Plus it was extremely hot in our home and they couldnt even make and urgent appointment to fix the problem!!! Very disappointed with this company
