Adjustable Services and Mark Perkins in particular have been awesome to work with. I recently had them replace my heat and A/C. From the beginning of the sales process all through installation I could not have asked for a more professional, reasonable, understanding company to work with. Mark and his team (Matthew, Mike and TJ) did an outstanding job with installing two new HVAC systems for my home. From start to finish they were there to respond to my questions, explain the different system options and cut through the noise from any of the competitors. I posted a request for a quote at 10pm at night, and I received an email from Mark within 15 mins. directing me to call his office in the morning and they would get right on it. We were without an air conditioner for over one month our warranty company was a sham the only good thing that came out of ThisWas the warranty company contacted adjustable services and I thank God that they did because Adjustable services literally came the next day and we decided to go with adjustable services and we got a beautiful new AC whole set up the workers are outstanding so very understanding And they are also very very caring I want to thank the staff and everybody connected to adjustable services I appreciate everything you did for us.Thank you a very very much a satisfied customer+++++++

No one gets five stars unless Jesus Christ was on site; that being said I was very satisfied with Adjustable Services work. A co-worker of mine recommended them. Added a new return air duct, new condenser, new furnace in attic, UV light to reduce mold and stuff, new T-stat. Three man crew, took about 6 hours. He also came back to install new breaker. City inspection is this Friday.

Dealing with a warranty is not always easy. I was SO IMPRESSED by the professionalism, help, and constant contact that I had with Tim during the large repair we had to do on the ac unit in the heat of this summer! He truly went the extra mile to help us get cooler faster. I am not a fan of the way the warranty companies do things, but Adjustable made the entire event much more palatable. Great Service!! When I called around 8pm expecting to leave a message, the owner Mark answered. I explained the problem and said he’d have someone out there the next day. The technician did a great job explaining the problem and answered all my questions. Great customer service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for my HVAC or plumbing needs.

This company is not about their customers. Seems to me they only care about installs and do not care to provide everyone with great customer service. I was without air for five days and made an appointment for a particular time slot four days after as they could not accommodate me sooner. Needless to say the tech showed up hours early and never called me to see if I could make it earlier. He just left and went to the next install appointment. Maybe its because it was an install and I am a warranty customer. They said he called but I never got a phone call although every time the company called me I picked up and the phone call came through. They said he will come back later and then called me later in the day to say he cant come at all. I think this is lack of consideration for any customer in North Carolina area in summertime to have to wait this long for help. Needless to say I called my warranty company and got a next day appointment with another company which took care of my problem in 30 min. I should have saved myself the hassle and heat and went went this company from the start. Looks to me Im not the only review with same problem.

In March, 2014, Adjustable Plumbing/Heating & Cooling Services installed a 3-ton, duel fuel/gas furnace/heat pump at our house. We were pleased when the installation was completed on 1 day. They removed our old gas pack and cleaned up and removed all the debris. Our air conditioning has worked very well all summer and has been more economical than our previous unit.

I needed some electrical work done. The came out promptly and were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would use them again.

We had a main water pipe break in our crawl space 4 feet of water . This company was amazing ( Mark ) the owner came out himself and got the ball rolling in a matter of an hour. They replace all out HVAC ducting and maintenance our units like true professionals. They also caught that out heat ex changer on one of our units was damaged and if ran could have caused carbon minoxcide in our house. They were able to investigate and found that a 1500.00 part was still under a 20 yr warranty.I highly recommend.

Well, here it is August and the unit our landlord purchased, actually the second unit, is still not working. Its 85 degrees in here again. I have medical conditions and my roommate has medical issues as well. We have essentially spent the whole summer in the 80 to 90 degree range inside the house. I ended up buying a window unit so that I dont die or something after I come home from my back surgery. The owner, Mark Perkins came out here and immediately blamed me and my roommate, you know, 2 guys being messy, hell, Ive never lived in a cleaner house. He blamed me because I smoke a cigar occasionally, well not in the living room. Its too hot in there! I dont know HVACS, and evidently they dont know them either as here it is, close to the end of the summer and they havent gotten this new unit working yet, but good news to Concord power, weve been paying a fortune for this thing to run, it hasnt gotten below 79 degrees all summer. Blame the customer and work backwards. They really are the bottom of the barrel.

We used this company only because it was one approved by our home warranty for repairs. It took them 3 days to even get us on the schedule. Its summer And theyre busy, we get it. But when they finally came out it only took 15 minutes which was good I guess but told us that we would need an electrician to repair some wiring and that they would report that further action was needed to our home warranty comapny and they would take it from there. They did not. It was over Memorial Day weekend so we gave the electrician additional time to call us. Turns out they were never contacted because Adjustable dropped the ball and did nothing after making the initial service call. Also, I had to call the day before to get a time frame for twhen they would be coming out, they didnt contact me. We will not be using this company again.

I used this company through an A/C claim on my 2-10 home warranty. The first time they came and charged my system with a leak sealer added. This only held for about a month. I noticed my A/C was not blowing cold so I placed another claim assigned to Adjustable Services. When I spoke to Helena she said they would be back in contact later in the day. Well, 5 days later I finally got them on the phone again and she said we have a service call in Waxhaw on Wednesday let me see if we can get there then. Called me back 4 hours later and said I am sorry we do not service Waxhaw any longer. Wait a minute, you were here 3 weeks ago. She says we just stopped servicing that area. Wait a minute, you already told me you have a call here in Waxhaw in 2 days. What about them? She says, I guess I will have to cancel on them as well. In the meantime, My second floor A/C in 90-100 degree weather has completely stopped working and my whole family is sleeping on couches downstairs for the time being. YAY! 4 star for first service and 0 stars for the horrible communication and confusion on the second call.

I have been trying to contact this company since Friday!!! Today is Monday and they just called me back like after 12... Then they tell me they can come.out tomorrow (there is a lake in my house frm my ac unit.. Which should constitute as an emergency) and they cant even provide me with a time.. They maybe able to.come out tomorrow (like i dont have a job)The only reason why I have to use this company is because my home warrenty says I have to use them. Im so upset because its 100 degrees outside and I have to suffer because they wont answer their phone.. Who wants to stay in a hotel for some relief from the heat && take away from my vacation $$$ they sucks sooo bad... And i wont use them EVER AGAIN!!! Its to the point that I dont want to continue with my home warrenty based on this company #smh

Waited 2 business days to try and schedule an appointment. I filed my claim at 830am, left two messages the same day, then contacted someone the next day who said she couldnt even schedule a tech to come out. She assured me that someone would be calling later that day to schedule. No one did. Had to go with another company. REALLY disappointed in customer service.
