Arrived at 12:30 pm to this store and since its covid they dont let people inside. No problem theres a number on the door to call. I start calling the number and an employee came to the door mouthing that hes on lunch. I couldnt understand him so he opens the door and tells me hes on lunch and cant help me until 1:45. Im sitting there with a motor I need looked up and ask him if he can just look it up real quick to see if they have it. He says NO hes on lunch and Ill have to wait more than an hour until he can help me. He then closes the door on me. These guys are a joke. Ive been in the field for over 8 years now and i have NEVER been so INSULTED like i was here.
Never seen a store have all there employees on lunch and no at the counter to help not a good way to run a company
