I dont hate it, but I do not think they know what customer setvice is. My package was delivered to the wrong address and FedEx would not get it and deliver it to me even though the two addresses are not far apart. The delivery was way too heavy for me to lift. After several days I recruited someone to pick it up and bring to me. Fedex has really gone downhilk. I am disabled and unfortunately it is impossible for me to do much of anything like retrieve deliveries that FedEx messed up.
