My wife took her car in for service, the manager, Caesar was rude and disrespectful. She left, called me, I came over to talk with Caesar to understand what had happened. At first the employees told me Caesar wasnt in (he was, my wife had just left). Caesar appeared and told me that he said nothing to my wife and then all the employees came around and half-circled me - not sure what was going to happen with that - just looking for a sorry, it was a rough morning - I am sorry about that. Nope, nothing, just lies. Many businesses care about how they are perceived in our community - Caesar and this Grease Monkey do not (in my humble opinion). Its been a long time since I have dealt with a manager with such a lack of integrity.

Took 15 minutes to get oil changed, honored my coupon even though it was for a different location.

Terrible experience! There is a sign clearly posted advising customers to use the north entrance for the car wash. I followed the directions, but there was an employee (Sean) who pulled a truck to the back entrance and got out of the vehicle, blocking my path to utilize the car wash. I rolled down my window to ask Sean if he would please move the truck so that I could get through. He literally told me NO. I asked if I was expected to back up and Sean shrugged his shoulders. I was shocked and told my kids in the car with me that we would wait two minutes before I went in to the building. A customer came out right at 2 minutes, sat in his vehicle for a bit, and then finally drove off. Keep in mind, this is the back of the building where customers should not be retrieving their vehicles when there is plenty of parking in the front that would not have had this impact on my customer experience. So, I asked an employee if I could talk to the manager. She said the owner was off, but would get the manager in charge. Then she came back and asked what my issue was because the manager didnt want to talk to me. I did tell her what happened and then asked her to please get the manager. Well, guess who walked out? SEAN. I told him that he was extremely rude and he said SO and shrugged his shoulders. I asked for the owners contact information. Sean disappeared for at least 5 minutes and sent the girl out with a handwritten number and said he couldnt find a business card for Kevin, the owner. I have called Kevin 5 times and left messages. He will not return my call. I am extremely disappointed that Kevin doesnt seem interested in hearing about an experience at his shop as a business owner. I am a regular car wash customer (from my understanding, car washes account for quite a bit of revenue) and we have had oil changes at this location. I will move my business to one of Kevins competitors in the area and support them instead. I have lived in this community for over 14 years and I believe my business should be valued. Very disappointed.

PLEASE READ.TERRIBLE! Do not let these people touch your vehicle. We regularly took our 2017 Tundra to this branch for servicing. They are the only shop that has worked on this vehicle. So we are very upset that they would treat loyal customers in this way.Heres the story -We wanted them do replace differential fluids as a part of our service. They couldnt even do the work on the front differential because they had over-torqued the bolts the last time they serviced it, stripping them into place. They said they would order a new bolts and call in 3 days so we could come in and get them replaced, and they could finish the fluid change. This never happened.A month or so later, the truck was making strange noises, so we took it to to a Toyota dealership (full service mechanic). They found that the rear differential was filled with water. The only people to touch the differentials on this car was Grease Monkey. They didnt seal it properly, allowing water to get in.This is a $4,000 repair at Toyota. Grease Monkey will not help us at all because they say we voided their warranty by not taking it to them first. We thought the issue was in the motor, which is why we took it to a full service mechanic. How were we supposed to know that the problem was the differentials??Thinking about getting the truck towed from the Toyota dealership to Grease Monkey, and having them do a full diagnostic to find that they caused the issue. Its ridiculous!Why cant companies ever do the right thing when they make a mistake?! This is costing us $4,000 to fix, and we didnt even cause the issue. We take care of our vehicles, always doing FULL services before they are due (this is hundreds of dollars at Grease Monkey), and this is what happens...If they can help us with our issue, I will happily update my review.

Spilled oil on underside of both my wife and my vehicles. Left puddles in garage, and splattered all over side of wifes car. Went back and kid couldnt access carwash without manager. Terrible service, no one is in charge here, wont be coming back.

Took 3 guys to change my headlight. Still didnt fix it told me to take it elsewhere to get it fixed...well at least I paid 33 bucks for a new light bulb that doesnt work. No sorry or anything, just have a good day.

Second time I visited and I was kind of worried because I asked for an oil change and I noticed that my vehicle was not only receiving an oil change but other services were included like liquid refills for windshield, antifreeze, air was added to tires, vehicles windows were being wiped cleaned. The good news is that it was around $45, same price I was informed the oil change was going to cost. Thank you for the great customer service.

Locally owned, this is a great place for a quick oil change. The cabin filter was filthy, probably from all the wildfire smoke last year, they had to get way down and up in there, looked hard to change but they got me taken care of and on my way in no time!

Staff were friendly, work was well done, and the repairs were done efficiently. While I had a great experience here I never feel that you can get a full feel for a car repair shop from only an oil change. For this reason I will only be giving four stars but will update in future visits.

Ive been here twice, never had an issue at all. Owner is awesome and super friendly. The staff there have gotten my truck in and out in about 20 minutes both times. Never have had any of the issues some of the other reviews mention. I think the staff, process, and facility are A+.

Wow! Really great service. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. Service was fast, no lines when I came in. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. And they offer a free top off service with your oil change. Super honest with their pricing and they don’t push on selling you unnecessary expensive services and products. I was really impressed.

Kevin and his team were awesome! I took my suburban in with 235,000 miles for oil change and warning lights on. Kevin turned on car, heard it was missing. He suggested an “IV” fix to clean injectors and now it runs like new!! A few other mechanics had looked at it and never suggested this. Thank you for your knowledge and honesty! May have to take it all the way back from western slope just to get my oil changes!! Thank you!

I was up visiting a friend but had a bit of time to kill so I got an oil change here. It was a new vehicle and my first change on a transit 250. I was charged for 12 quarts of oil instead of six but I didnt catch the mistake. Just thought it was a big engine. When I later found out from the other drivers that I was infact over charged, I called back and asked for a manager. I happened to talk to the franchisee and he was very apologetic. The problem was with the return to my credit card. They needed the physical card at the terminal to do it. I explained to him that I live in castle rock and it would be obnoxious to have to just drive all the way there. He immediately said he would figure something else out if he could just have a moment to talk with the area manager. Anyway, he ended up mailing me a physical check for the overage. Mistakes happen, its how you respond and fix them. Kevin is a quality franchisee and if I lived there, I would absolutely go again.

Got an oil change and tire rotation. Im impressed at the level of service I received from everyone that worked there today. When I showed up, it was very quiet. They spent time going over everything with me and made sure I was comfortable with everything before starting the work. They made some recommendations for work, some that needed to be done right away and others that could be delayed till later. Good to see honest people there to help out.

Was really excited when they open up close to my house as I have several work vehicles that need regular service and I just dont have the time to do them all myself. 1st time they of course tried the dog and pony show to get more money from me - no dice. They must make notes because the next two times they never mentioned anything about any fluids/filters in the trucks. Twice theyd just ran out of washer fluid, but I could come back in the next couple days if I want some - of course they charged full price for the service. Theyre happy to let you wait, not very friendly and every single time Ive been in, the guy that Im guessing is the lead tech or maybe the manager has a HUGE dip in his lower lip the whole time hes talking to you. Now, I realize that its a mechanics shop and that it is a relatively petty complaint and I dont even care if people chew, Ive in construction so this is nothing new to me, but to be honest, being a small business owner with employees that work directly with my customers, I would never allow my guys to stand there talking to a client like that. Its just unprofessional and gives you the feeling that they could basically care less about your opinion of their business. If only the Les Schwab across the street did oil changes - I have vehicles there all the time and even though theyre on the pricey side as far as tires go, they consistently go above and beyond to provide a professional atmosphere and excellent customer service. Its a stark contrast to whats being offered at this Grease Monkey

After them not tightening the pan plugs on two vehicles and under filling another, I was pretty frustrated. Now i call to get a service done on my diesel and was told I can order and buy my own fuel filters and theyll get me a price to put them in. Ill just stick with the one on bromley. Theyve always been solid. Youve lost this customer thats for sure.

Staff is friendly, but the Grease Monkey standard applies. Be sure to check your hood before you leave (mine was not latched) and check drain plugs to ensure they are tight enough to not leak.

I stopped by today on my day off to get a car wash and clean all of the car seat crumbs out of my backseat. I forgot that the day before I had to scrounge for change in my car when my coworkers and I wanted a soda from our office vending machine but none of us had change. I was down to nickels and pennies. I found a dollar worth of nickels in my cup holder that I was going to put in the vacuum machine. Machine didnt like nickels... I walked around the building with my credit card looking for one of the machines that you can swipe your card for a code.. no machine. Some very nice guy was pulling another vehicle into the bay and asked if I needed help. I told him about my dilemma and he asked another guy named Kevin about a credit card machine. Kevin informed me that they didnt have one, but asked me if I wanted some change for the machine. I said no of course. You know... being polite. Kevin insisted and took me into the office and gave me $2 in change so I could vacuum all of the granola bar crumbs out of my car (How it got so bad, who even knows). Hopefully this review doesnt set a precedent now, but wow.... that was super cool. I was excited to get to clean out my car in the nice weather without my kids in the car. I wish I knew the first guys name, but both of these gentleman deserve a star for their outstanding customer service this afternoon. Thank you!

Came and had to leave after first the employee stood in the last parking space with the door open to another car, completely oblivious after looking at me with my blinker on. Then sat in waiting room for 5 minutes without seeing a soul so left. I’ll drive and still save time

The staff was friendly and service for an oil change was fast. However, after my oil change my car was leaking oil on my garage floor. While I was waiting for my oil change, two previous customers came into the store stating their cars were leaking oil after a recent oil change. The staff indicated there was no leak, but the techs did not clean up the excess oil from replacing the oil filter. I’m now the third customer with the same problem. To rectify the problem, and compensate me for my time, the staff gave me a free car wash.In closing, I appreciate the fast friendly service, but I’m disappointed to find a known problem (and acknowledged problem) has not been corrected and continues to occur.

Save your vehicle dont go hereWhile I was waiting in line for my 2nd vehicle of the day to be serviced a lady came in and oil was leaking out of her SUV. They brushed her off and said the o ring on the filter was damaged. She told me that her father in law had the same problem a week ago. I should have left, but I did not. I got home and my neighbor knocked on my door and said oil is leaking out of my pickup. I went to another shop they fixed the issue at no charge. They said its not a defect its when people rush and do not do things correctly.Last, but not least my wife found an open blade in the passenger seat. I called and asked why they could not give me an answer they just brushed me off blaming it on another unfortunate error. So the blade just fell out of his pocket opened up on its own? 🤔 seems like a ton of excuses comming out of this shop.
