They went above and beyond with their service and being friendly. I had to make sure my car was good to go for a 1,200 mile trip and they changed my oil, checked everything, topped all my fluids and even checked my spare (good thing too because it was almost flat 😳)! And I was going to buy a new air filter but they checked it and said it was still good (so no scamming trying to get you to buy more). They were amazing and I definitely recommend them!! Highly recommend

A piece of my running board was left hanging off my truck after an oil change. I should have said something while I was there, but didnt. Nor did they say anything about it being broken. I think if a company notices damage done to your vehicle while in their services, especially if they caused it, they should do the honorable thing and tell the customer. Wont be getting my business again and I do not recommend this location.

Quick and friendly service just had my car serviced here last week.

Just was wanting to say that altough i got my oil changed on my receipt of things done and checked off they said that they put washer fluid in but when i took a look it hadent been touched.i purched wiper blades as well i guess well see how those work out.

While I was waiting for them to change my oil I over heard that they didnt have a filter for a car. So after they finished I check my filter and sure enough it was the old one. I confronted them and they tried to tell me that they changed it and showed it on camera but all they showed was they took it off and put one on. I have pictures on the filter and it is definitely the old one. Place is full of cons.

In & Out in half an hour. Friendly staff.. Prices are getting higher tho ($95 for my oil change).. Conveniently located.

Not sure why on their website they say they do repairs when in reality, the really just do oil changes, A/C recharge, and basically fluid exchange services.

I hope you have an hour to kill. Slowest oil change Ive ever had, upwards of 40 minutes once they got they got the car in the garage.

The service here is second to none! I worked directly with Doug and Charles and they were so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Everyone else I met on the team (Jose, Joe, and Carmen) were so nice and willing to answer any questions. I could tell they were recommending exactly what my car needed and did a beautiful job of explaining why, while also not “pushing” services. I asked for more information and detail and didn’t feel rushed at all. They took great care of my car. I will absolutely be coming back!!

I called and received a price , and when I went a day later , 2 different guys were there didnt even check for pricing , and told me a price 60 dollars over what I was told , acting like they didnt want bothered. I usually go here , but wont anymore if the employees feel comfortable upping prices on people .So i went to a different grease monkey , and got what I needed done and an oil change all for the price the guy at this one tried to charge me . So , for the drive its worth going to any one besides this one till that is fixed

I took my truck in here last year, it was pretty good. This time the guy checking me in was really unprofessional, just creepy. Wanted oil change and tire rotation, they were really slow and it took exactly 45 minutes. The oil change took exactly 15 minutes, then my time switched over to add 30 minutes on the clock above the counter! Theres no way a tire rotation takes 30 minutes, so I got up and you can see their computer screen with all the cameras watching the bays. I saw three guys standing around my truck, one leaning on the tailgate. It was so frustrating to know they werent doing squat, just talking and wasting my time. They started at the 15 minute mark and were done at exactly 45 minutes total. Rolled my truck out and the time for last customer (me) was reset at 6 seconds. What a crock. The check-in guy also came in and tried to sell an engine flush to me and two other people while I waited, for completely different reasons. It wasnt even a good upsell, it was just sad.

Friendly and affordable service. If you can, make an appointment. They are very busy, but will still get you in as a walk-up. I, luckily, live nearby and just walked around while I waited. They also gave me a fair quote on other work that I needed done. I will return for more service on my Mazda 3.

These guys inflated both my front tires with 60lb of pressure who’s car needs 60lbs??? Then they tried to up charge and put additional charges they didn’t even do! Do not go here at the very least they will blow up your brand new tires! Completely disappointed I will never go back

I arrived at 8:00am and left at 1pm in the to afternoon to do oil change and have my Transmission filter changed done and lube oil filter $371 some cents later they lost my car keys ithe owner Richard said that He was not going to put in addition lock a door lock anarchy and Bob and then the have a program he said its too much money for them to explore so now Im going to need to take this the small claims court They dont seem to want to take care of what was wrong and make what was wrong and make it right I went home with a key no fobb and no way to secure my car from this time forth he doesnt think the Sun was lady come back and steal my car if they have my 8 remission he my father opened the door they can steal my car

As I remember, this day that my mother and I visited Grease monkey, we had a full one two three years without driving the Honda Civic: that day we drove it, apparently it needed maintenance, so Grease monkey assisted. In conclusion we had a successful maintenance run.

The workers was so lazy they didnt want to take a payment by phone.

The staff was really helpful and friendly! And super fast. They did my oil change in about 20 minutes as it was snowing! Very satisfied with my service.

The guys at the shop are knowledgeable, helpful and only recommended I replace a part in my car that actually needs replacing. Also, when I called Friday afternoon to ask if they were busy the man on the phone politely told me how long the wait was which made me feel welcome to come in even with them being very busy.Thanks for the great service!

This place is fabulous! They got me in and out for an oil change in 30 minutes on a busy Friday of a holiday weekend! They were not pushy about additional work, but made good recommendations. I will definitely be back.

Easy and cheap. Some upsell but not pushy, just call ahead and ask what the wait time is.

I was there not too long ago they did an oil change and they recommended an engine flush. After I drove for about 5 minutes the car started making a lot of white smoke from the muffler and it started to stall and smell weird. Called them and I went back they “fixed it” after they admitted they put too much oil and didn’t close the cap right and it was fine that day after I drove around for 10 minutes but now the next day it’s making the white smoke again and smelling weird. Very disappointed. Going to call tomorrow and hope they can do something about it.

Had an oil change done. Took a while despite not being busy in the middle of a work day. However they did indeed change filter( I mark it to insure its changed) and refilled to fluids to the correct levels, so better then a lot of oils change places.

I love this location I bring all of our family cars here. Not only is the service quick it was done correctly and if I have questions I can always ask. I will always come back to this location Dustin runs a great Center.

I went to get an oil change. They forgot to put my skid plate back and now Im missing it also they didnt fill my engine with oil. Worst service Ive gotten for something as simple as an oil change.

Grease monkey offers a free top off service however we stopped at this location and were shuffled around multiple times then told it would take 45 min to get a top off that is ridiculous and these people cant even get the first come first serve people in the right order! I am pissed at the customer service we received! I have never been so disappointed at a grease monkey than I am now and may look for a new service spot as I wont be treated any other way than with respect!

This place lost my business in one day!!! Guy came and said wait time was a hour and a half with only 2 cars in the bay. Then told me of other places to go SO GUESS YOU LOOSE A CUSTOMER.

Not sure what was actually done for $122 dollars, they never went through the checklist, didnt see much on the receipt. my check engine light went on 2 days after. my air filter lid wasnt attached properly, all my fluids werent topped off. Really just took my money and didnt tell me what was done or needed to be done, like at other locations ive been to. $122 dollars for just a full service oil change without the full service is a rip off. Will never be back to this location...!!!
